From the get go this was not a satisfying stay. No pool or hot tub available and the on site restaurant was not to be found. The TV kept turning itself off during the middle of a program and there was no real cream for the morning coffee.

This hotel was AWFUL!! The rooms were very dirty and outdated. The mattresses were from the 60's like the rest of the hotel. You could feel the metal springs and frames of the of the beds. The bathrooms were gross. I am not happy with the amount of money we spent on such poor quality. This hotel was rated 2.5 stars...I would have given it 0 stars.

Went to Albuquerque for business and was told to watch the budget. This place is OK. It's not terribly noisy even though it's pretty close to Interstate 25. The rooms were unspectacular but serviceable. I didn't make it for breakfast so I can't comment on that. This is a great place and the price is so very reasonable. We would stay there again!

more of a low grade hotel give it two stars. blanket had a burn in it. remote didn't work. breakfast was nothing but sugar loaded high breakfast. building was kind of run down.

I stopped here with my young boys for the night. Very dirty and outdated. The sheets still had makeup and hair on them...YUCK! I grabbed blankets from the car to sleep on instead. The mattress was covered in plastic and lumpy. I wouldn't even allow the kids to take off their socks. Not staying there again!!!!

Walked into an OLD and SMELLY room and discovered the following; 1) secondary door latch was broken, 2)no lights in bathroom due to unsecure light switch, 3) broken bed foundation- fell in when I sat on bed. Walked down to front desk to advice about the problems and request another room but was told no rooms available so requested a refund and was advised […] “No Refunds”, was told maintenance worker will be sent up to the room to fix problems. Manager came up to the room with one light bulb and tried to change but discovered the cord was cut. When the light came on, we found a cockroach in the sink which the manager killed and washed down the sink. We stated all the problems again, he walked out and returned and said he would give us a refund. We followed him down to the front desk and there were others customers also requesting cancellation/refunds for their rooms. One of the female customers stated to us that the rooms were unsanitary and were unsatisfied also. Manager stated he would give us a refund but it would be a problem because we booked the room online or we could get another room due to a recent cancellation. I requested a refund and was given a manual receipt and told we needed to go through the online service for the refund. In my opinion this motel is very unsanitary, unsafe and a potential for an electrical fire. 더 보기

The rooms need to be more sound proof. I could hear the person in the next room coughing all night.

Room definately needed to be cleaner. Front desk would not supply extra pillows. Continental breakfast consisted of stale doughnuts and warm juice or coffee.
