Very good, great staff.

The staff is amazingly friendly, the room was in perfect condition, and the location is really close to Portland. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The highway is really close, which makes travel easy. If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a room on the non-highway side-- but even if you are on that side […] it is still a great nights sleep. The hotel was comfortable. The suite set-up had a full sized refrigerator and a fully stocked kitchen w/dishwasher. The problem was the staff working the breakfast each am. The girl was surly and rude, did not keep adequate food supplies out---they were constantly running out of everything from coffe creames to yogurt. the hotel was a good stay was just a little disapointed. When we arrived no one was at the front desk to help us check in and there was no bell to ring for service. The same thing happened the next morning at check out.. Then I saw two used tissues on the floor in the bedroom, cleanlyness comes into question.

We have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area, and landscape were all clean and well kept. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier, but they weren't rude, either. Breakfast was good and the price was worth every penny.

This hotel was very nice and the frontdesk person was terrific. He was very friendly, good personality, was quick to point out interest and even let my husband know that he could watch the Celtic's game downstairs on the television in the lounge area. Which my husband took advantage of . The entire hotel staff was very friendly. The only complaint that […] we had is that when we went into the hot tub it was only luke warm maybe at most 75 degrees. We had called the front desk and he did send someone to look at it. The young man couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and explained that he was the only person on this weekend that he would have to have who I believe was his supervisor look into on Monday. We left Monday so that wasn't helpful to us. Other than that our stay was very nice and I would recomend this hotel. 더 보기

Definitely stay again. Pet friendly, too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was far superior to most. They were undergoing renovation during my stay but it didn't interfere. The pool area was well maintained. My room was on the first floor and the only drawback was that the plumbing from the room on the second floor was extremely loud.

I travel extensively and was horrified at the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. Granted the hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not disclosed during the booking process, but that should not stop staff from running a vacuum and picking trash up in the halls. The man who greeted us (at RI in Portland Maine) the night we arrived at the front desk was nothing short of WONDERFUL. We were exhausted. He had us laughing, made cookies and we really had never had such a great experience at a hotel and will look for you first from now on especially in Maine. I wish I knew his name but he was the only person at the […] front desk that evening and you should recognize him for the amazing job he does for you, truly. The only problem we had was a clogged drain in the shower but it didn't matter. The people were so nice that it just didin't matter. Thanks for asking. rooms were so stinky i went and bought candels for the room. ask for a room not up against the freeway, otherwise you'll have truck roaring through your room all night. very small gym. treadmill barely worked.

The hotel was excellent, great hot breakfast, location is great - close to S. Portland and directly across the road from a grocery store that had everything we could have needed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Love the 'towel animals' at the front desk :) We will definitely stay here again whenever we're in the area. Excellent value. Two room suite with kitchen and two TVs is a plus especially for a family. Very good breakfast included. Easy drive to downtown Portland. Clean and comfortable.

Very Clean, Very Good Staff. Would stay there anytime, and would recommend to anyone.

Close to the highway and dining locations. They had a wonderful full breakfast area. Staff was very helpful and gave us directions to a local dinner house for lobster and also direction to the White Mountains of New Hamphire close by. Very satified with our stay there.

My husband and I had a short visit to Portland, Maine and decided to stay a few miles outside of Portland. It was a great choice with a beautiful family setting. Residence Inn even had evening get-togethers for all guests with a one-course buffet for all to enjoy in the garden courtyard or in the comfort of your suite. This event happens every Monday […] through Thursday evenings. They serve a full breakfast every day. Many choices. We really enjoyed being able to open windows to enjoy the crisp and cool night air. Our only complaint, and is minimal, is that the bed is too firm for our liking. Others may like their mattress that firm. We had the suite with a pull out sofa and also a fairly full sized kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal in if you cook on a stove top or use a microwave. I would definetely reccommend this hotel to my friends. Clean, cozy, breakfast the best I ever met at the hotels, pool area neat.
