Told to park a long way from elevator; 2nd floor hall a sauna due to heat from ice maker; old, small TV; small room; kind of run down, peeling plaster in bahroom (207)

This was a great hotel in an OK location. I say OK location because it is a couple of miles from the highway. There is plenty of restaurants near by and a near by mall. Gas stations on your way to the hotel from the highway and on the way back to the highway with out having to cross the street.

This hotel is at a very convenient location. The hotel provides breakfast which has wide variety of food. the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful in getting information about the local hangout places. I recommend this place and is worth the money we pay.!!

Having enjoyed my stays at this hotel before, I was truly surprised by the lack of maintainance and cleanliness at this hotel this time! Room: Not well cleaned, especially the bathroom. The coffeemaker not only did not work when turned on, but it would not turn off, thus creating a potential firehazard if any guests did not take the time to unplug […] it. The iron did work, but did not become hot enough to properly iron clothes. The exterior doors, supposedly to be locked 24 hours, and requiring a key to open, were left open all night. Finally, the staff were astonishingly uncaring and rude to most(all?), of the guests. 더 보기

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed are stay and will stay there again if we are in Santa Fe.

Staff was wonderful, and very helpful. Stay was relaxing, just what we needed. Bed was a bit uneven. Mattress replacement should be looked into. Overall, everything great.

the handicap shower head was not removeable,room was not convenient to get to especially if your using a walker. Air conditioner was very noisey. we thought this room was too expensive for what it offered. Handicap bench would not stay up in the shower, inconvenient for a non handicap person

The staff at this hotel was so accomadating. They were very friendly and helpful to my family. They even mailed a sympathy card for us. When I tried to pay for the stamp, she said no, that wasn't necessary. Would stay there again.

I would highly recommend you do NOT stay at this location. The beds are hard, the rooms not up Holiday Inn cleanliness standards and the staff (from housekeeping to the front desk) like to argue with you even after you prove that you are right. One more thing. The rear door to the building does not lock after hours. I reported this to the management […] 6 months ago at my last stay. I will never stay here again. Their is a nice Hampton Inn just up the street. 더 보기

About what I expected of Holiday Inn Express, staff was helpful and facility was clean; I was disappointed there was not hot tub (we needed it!). I would have been glad to be closer to the Plaza.
