2013년01월05일, Hotels.com 고객 이용 후기I booked early so I have a nice deal and the location was really nice for somebody who is going to take an airplane in the morning. the staff was nice enough but far from city center (by a tram aprox about 27 mins), great breakfast and... generally it was nice but still i don't understand why the receptionist charged 300 euros for testing the validity of my card. they said it has been canceled automatically but It can not be sure. because last year in Italy, well actually it is not about this hotel, a hotel tested my card and charged and it was not canceled. it was really just one euro at that time so I just forgot about it. But this time, I just hope the same thing will not happen here.

The hotel is well-located (good that we learned how to easily navigate in the city via a Zurich travel app we downloaded) with easy access to major attractions or train stations. "Close to the train"

This hotel was clean and had very helpful staff. We felt welcome fron the time we checked in until we left. Although the room was not large, it served our needs quite well, was clean, and felt very safe. I can't stress enough how helpful the staff were. Zurich is an expensive city. The Hotel Leoneck represented one of the lower cost options for us on this trip. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is a bit of an uphill walk to get to, but there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. It is fairly close to the main train station.
