We stayed here prior to going to cruise out of galveston because of proximity to hobby airport (for car drop off). We picked this hotel also because of the price drop prior to our cruise. Finding the hotel was very difficult due to the construction of the LRT on one side and that the GPS showed the hotel one block away from the actual location. As we […] arrived , we noticed that the lobby was very clean and impressive looking. I loved how the red doors of the rooms contrasted the darkly painted walls of the hallway. We booked 4 people for the room however when we arrived we noticed only 1 bar soap (wished it was body wash instead for hygiene reasons) as well as only 3 sets of towels. The doors to the rooms weren't quite soundproof as we heard people talking or slamming of the room doors throughout the night. (the doors closed noisly unless one was very careful/cautious about closing it) If you liked modern look, you will find that the bathroom was gorgeous however, because the bathroom doors were actually frosted windows, it felt like you were giving a peep show when taking a shower! The front desk people were also very friendly when we asked for more toiletries (in fact they kept suggesting items that we might have wanted/forgotten!) 더 보기

This is a very nice hotel, with updated, very nice contemporary decor. ALL staff members were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel and rooms were spotless. I loved the standard room, especially the desk chair! My only recommendation is - valet service. The garage was nearly full and the parking spots are tiny. I had strange internet problems during […] my stay. I was trying to work from my room for most of my stay and was consistently kicked off of the hotel wireless, about every 20 minutes. Additionally, I had my own Verizon MiFi and it had the same problems. I rebooted many times. I didn't have problems before or after my stay, so I believe there is something strange about the network, at least on the day I stayed. Everything about the hotel was satisfactory or better except the surrounding neighborhood.

The U of H has done a great job with remodeling this hotel. It is a very comfortable stay. We used two rooms for our wedding weekend. One of the front desk girls was no nice to get us two rooms right across from each other and we were able to close the doors at the end of the hallway and have a little "mini suite" with the two rooms. Only things I would […] not rate well are the food (too expensive for the quality) and the parking (too expensive for this side of town). Being that this is a training location for Hilton, it has been the best Hilton I have been. The customer service is top notch and I would recommend this for anyone staying in Houston Texas.

This was by far the best hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. The room was very big, very clean, and nicely decorated. Hotel staff was friendly. We definitely plan to stay there again soon.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff is excellent, the room was beautiful and clean and we will continue to stay at this hotel as long as our son is attending the University there.

I really loved the hotel and staff very clean rooms, however the parking conditions are horrid you have to pay $15 for one days in parking or every hour like $3 . I did not know about the parking conditions or I would not have stayed there, and location within the university is not good for my recommendations.... This hotel is a hidden gem. If you are in the area of the University of Houston, you need to stay at this hotel. It is convenient to downtown as well. I was totally blown away by the quality of this hotel and the staft.

Wow. This place was different. It felt like a dorm with Hilton posted on the door. Didn't realize that University of Houston Hilton meant IN the university. It was nice but very different. I won't be going back. I'll go somewhere different.

We wanted to be super close to Robertson Stadium for a Houston Dynamo soccer game. The hotel was quite lovely, the room was very comfortable, the staff was super friendly, Eric's Restaurant was great AND we had access to the university Wellness and Recreation Center, which is AMAZING! We needed a nice place to stay while in town for a funeral at Forestpark on Lawndale. This was the closest one to it and everything about the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. This was a great hotel very clean. The staff was very informative and willing to help you with any issues. Special thanks to the team that takes care of room service very speedy even though our order was placed late (5 mintes before cut off) and the breakfast was on time and tasty! Overall awesome!

This hotel is perfect for University of Houston parents!

I was in town for business and was a bit skeptical about this hotel due to its location on the U Houston campus, but I was really happy that I stayed here. The room was very modern and looked recently renovated. It was cozy and clean, with a sort of "Asian-fusion" feel. I really liked it and wished I could have stayed more than one night! This hotel has been remodeled and is very chic. My daughter and I loved our stay at this boutiquish style hotel. The bathroom was modern with glass and chrome.
