Good situation with clean and comfortable accomodation, very good value for money. Would book this hotel again.

Hotel staff helpful. Easy/quick check in. Bus stop immediately in front of hotel. We stayed on an upper floor making road noise unnoticeable, we had a great view. Our biggest complaint is the lack of shower water pressure. No fresh coffee in the lobby. Limited local restaurants.

Found this hotel 6 months before visit, and got a very good price. The value was incredible. I would have preferred wireless in the rooms, but given the price it was OK to have it in the lobby only.

Remember to add at present 10 € a day pr person for a very average breakfast. Don't use the hotel parking. In april 2012 it costs 10€ a day, and there are lots of parking nearby. Kurfurstendamm is a busy street at night too, so the risk of somebody breaking into your car unnoticed is very small. In april 2012 parking in Ku'damm is free between 19.00 […] and 08.00, so when you arrive on the evening put one euro in the meter, and park until 09.00. 더 보기

No iron and ironboard which I expect in hotels.

We spent 4 days in this hotel, this is reasonsble price and convience to underground train and bus to airport just cross the road. The room was clean and like the street view. Will stay this hotel if we come to Berlin in the future.

A comfortable hotel well located on the Kurfurstendamm. S Bahn line to centre or to Potsdam is just a few minutes away and the bus from Tegel airport stops very close by. Breakfast is reasonable in range and in price (compared to nearby alternatives) Staff friendly and soke good English

I booked this hotel well in advance on the basis that it had good reviews and was very cheap. I visit Berlin every year and, although I knew where this hotel was, I had never stayed there. Please note that this years price for December is at least 50% more than last year but is still good value. The location is good and easily reached by bus from the […] Zoo and Tegal, just take the 109 bus as it stops right outside the hotel. Although Adenauerplatz U-Bahn is a short walk away it is not the best line and neither is Uhlandstrasse, it is better to take the 10 minute walk to Charlottenburg U and S; this saves time and gives access to more routes. The hotel is very clean and the room was warm, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was also clean and spacious compared to many. The room was cleaned daily and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and efficient, not always the case with cheaper hotels. The only negative was the noise from outside. I had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the Ku-damm and I was surprised at the level of noise despite double glazed windows. However I would still choose the same room as the view of the Christmas decorations and the photo opportunity afforded by the balcony outweighs the noise. 더 보기

A bit out of the city centre, but very close to public transport and shops. Bus 109 from airport stops at door. Comfortable, clean, but basic room at good price. Stayed on the first floor on new years eve, but still didn't notice any street noice. Rooms are quite spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast overpriced

The location is noisy (stay in a parking lot room if worried) and the hotel facilities are good, but not great, but the location is great and the service staff are awesome. They really go above and beyond to make their guests happy.

I stayed in Come Inn Berlin 3 - 6 December 2011. Hotel was nice, clean and service mainly friendly. Good breakfast and good price. I can recommend!

stayed 7 nights and found staff absolutely professional and very courteous. hotel on a very "posh" street. 2 stops on bus which stops outside door. our second time there. very safe and convenient and pleasant staff, thank you

Great place to stay. On U7 line from Rudow so easy to get to by U-Bahn. Only negatives - leak when showering and no wifi in room. But super location, and especially recommend Pizzeria Taormina on Uhlandstrasse south of KuDamm. Oh, and Cafe Einstein.

The chambermaid opened the safe box in my room and money went missing. Local police was very understanding but the manager never even apologised to me nor any member of hotel's staff!Chambermaid had a key for safe box and claimed that 'I asked her to open it while i was out' but I never asked! why would I ask such a stupid thing??she lied and the manager […] accepted. I don't reccomend this hotel as a safe place as cleaners and chambermaid have access to your safe box with a key!! Desk staff have very basic english,they made important mistakes on translating from German to English for the police. I left as soon as I could. 더 보기

I had booked the reservation on-line and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. My room was a nice size with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel is right on Kurfuerstendamm, where all the stores and the tourist sightseeing buses are within walking distance. Hotel is great for those on a budget. Not right in the centre of Berlin but with the U-Bahn and S-Bahn close by its easy to access everything. Staff very friendly and rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Overall I couldn't find anything wrong with our stay. Definately would recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly and informative hotel reception staff. Large bedroom and bathroom. Easily accessible by public transportation with bakeries, shopping and other dining nearby.

Very good hotel, close to U bahn giving easy access to all Berlin. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Safe box in room didn't work though. Very good value and location.

The hotel is very reasonably price. However the television is very old. the technician had to come the next day for it to work. Even then you can only turn it on by a couple of buttons on the television.

Hotel was just what we were looking for. Convenient location and accessible transportation right out front.

Airconditioning was not turned on until Day 5 of a 7 night stay despite several requests made by me to Reception and outside temperature of 27'C. Then it was turned on only by intervention of Hotels.com staff.(Natasha) 24 Hour Bar is only for non-alcoholic beverages. This should be stated in the Hotel Facilities. This a perfect hotel for exploring Berlin price was good from the airport staight on to one of two buses to the underground in 15 mins over the road to underground and 45 mins to the station then a 10 min walk to the hotel The hotel is easy to miss as it is set back from the main road on a square of flowers etc. and it does not have the word hotel on […] its sign and is not lit up at night there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the open top bus around the city is only a 10 min walk .The breakfast is on the 6th floor so you have a wonderfull view of the city The hotel is in a very expensive area but a short walk takes you to a more afford able area with an abundance of restaruants etc This is a hotel we woud defenatly use again and recommend 더 보기

Good value for money. Convenient. Bus stop outside. Near underground station. Pity its closing in Nov 10 as would go again.

God service, flinkt personale, rent og pænt. Rimelig beliggenhed tæt på bus og tog. Dejligt område med fine caféer - jeg kommer med glæde igen.

Kan anbefale at bo i området - mange gode spisesteder omkring Savigny Platz.

Ingen negative bemærkninger. Dog ser hotellet lidt "slidt" ud udefra, men indvendig rent og pænt.

Wir waren zufrieden, Frühstück war immer alles verfügbar. Wenn mal was ausging, es wurde gleich wieder aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Gewisser Straßenlärm ist trotz geschlossener Fenster zu hören. Die Lage ist zentral und damit super an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt. Fint hotel til prisen. God beliigenhed og med en god morgenmadsbuffet.Parkering i gården som er nem at komme til.Absolut et hotel vi vil komme tilbage til.

Rigtig godt hotel, pænt og rent. Super morgenmadsbuffet på 6.sal med fantastisk udsigt over Kü.Dam. Ærgeligt at terrassen kun er åben til morgenmaden. Kunne være rigtig rart, at man kunne få en kop kaffe om eftermiddagen eller aftenen.

Das Hotel liegt am Ku-damm direkt an einer Bushaltestelle. Dies ist gut und schlecht zugleich. Ein Bus Richtung Zentrum steht fast immer vor der Tür, aber die Busse hört man nachts manchmal, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat. Zu Fuß kann man direkt vom Hotel aus zu exklusiven Geschäften bummeln, verschiedene Lokale aufsuchen oder ins Theater gehen. Das […] Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, das Zimmer völlig ausreichend und ordentlich und das Frühstück ebenfalls. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til shopping, bus, u-bahn mulighed for parkering mod betaling, god morgenmadsrestaurant med god udsigt kan varmt anbefales

Min kæreste og jeg havde et super ophold på hotellet. Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt lige ud til Kurfurstendamms mange butikker og hyggelige spisesteder. Kunne snildt gentages en anden gang :-)
