샌디에고 첫날은 다운타운, 둘째날은 씨월드를 가기위해 이곳에 묵었습니다. 호텔이 전반적으로 조용하고 수영장도 아이들이 놀기좋아 아주 좋았습니다. 코인머신 이용해 빨래하기도 편하고 스텝들도 아주 친절했습니다. 위치는 프리웨이 빠져나와 약간 유턴하듯이 돌아들어가면 있었는데 네비게이션이 없다면 찾기가 좀 불편하긴 했지만 전 네비가 있어 잘 찾아갔습니다. 조식부페는 어느 미국호텔이나 다 메뉴가 똑같은 것 같구요, 그냥 먹을만했습니다. 가족단위의 투숙이라면 권장합니다.

저는 호텔위치/청결도/직원들서비스 등등을 따지며 정말 많은 호텔들을 경험했었고, 호텔 고르기도 까다로운 스타일인데요, 이번 여행은 경비를 아끼고자 가격때문에 이곳에서 머물렀습니다. 하지만 호텔 객실은 200-300불 주는 특급 호텔 못지 않았고, 청결도 또한 그랬습니다. 직원들 서비스 마인드는 정말 짱이었고, 수영장에 자쿠지에 있을 것 다 있습니다. 가격때문이 아니더라도 저는 샌디에고에 가면 이제 이곳에만 머물고 싶다는 생각이 들 정도로 정말 강추하고 싶은 호텔입니다. Room was clean and price was reasonable. Not an ideal location. They did not call for my wake up call. Good thing I set my phone alarm.

It was much better than I expected. 2 malls within a 10-15 minute drive, big rooms (2 beds and a sofa bed/couch) and comfortable pillows all for a decent price. I forgot to mention the complementary breakfast with the Belgian waffle maker and I will say if I was FAT I would have made more than one Belgian Waffle. The customer service of this hotel was satisfactory, the hotel was very convenient, it was pretty close to sea world and the san diego zoo, breakfast is good, the room looked very clean a bit small but was ok because we kept more time outside! For the price, this is an excellent choice.

We enjoyed our stay here ! The breakfast was very good, the hotel is close to many attractions, beaches, & sites. The room accomodated the 6 of us. The pullout wasn't too bad. The room was a little cramped, parking was tight, & the breakfast area was not able to seat all of its guests. Overall, was satisfied with our stay & great rate!

I really liked the location of this hotel, they are right on the freeway with easy access to the Zoo, Sea World and even the airport and downtown. I found the staff to be very friendly and they were always willing to help with directions and anything else I needed. Breakfast was a feast and I will definitely go back on my next trip.

Stayed March 13-15, 2012 Hotel is in a good location, staff is courteous, breakfast was good but a little busy. Parking near the lobby can be a little cramped for larger vehicles. I would recommend and stay here again.

We just stayed 3 nights and did not book a rental car since there is a hotel shuttle that could take us to the zoo and sea world which was our plan for the time we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and rest of the hotel very clean. Breakfast was great and if you go early it is not busy and you have lots of choices for […] food. The only negative was the reliability and availability of the hotel shuttle. Our first night we took it to Old Town and it was 30 min. late picking us up, which was a concern since we were travelling with out 10 week old son. It never picked us up and we had to take a taxi back. Better communication between the hotel and shuttle drivers is needed. We did take it to the zoo and sea world where there are set pick up and drop off locations and that worked much better. The other issue is that it is a small passenger van so unless you book ahead you may be out of luck for a ride as it gets full a day or so in advance. Since this hotel is off the freeway it is convenient for driving but there isn't anything nearby to walk to. Overall a good stay for the price. 더 보기

Offered plenty of food and variety but the dining room was way too small. We could not even get in to see all that was offered. You must be a very early eater to enjoy it. The rest of our stay was very comfortable.

I travel a lot with my wife and kids.So always looking for a family friendly hotel near to my location. this one exceeded our expectation at the price range. we enjoyed the stay. also the free breakfast provided by the hotel was very good.

Good price good breakfast but average neighbourhood and location

Our room faced the freeway, which made it noisy. The breakfast crowd was big and the servers could not keep up and in some respects looked like they were not even trying to keep up. Also be ware that parking is extra, which I missed if it was described on the hotels.com site.

We stayed here for 5 days on our trip to California. The hotel offers a free shuttle to many of the area attractions including the zoo and Seaworld. Breakfast room can be crowded, but they had great variety including: make your own waffles, fruit, eggs, bagels, toast, etc. I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

I reserved this hotel as I Visited to sea world for the weekend. I checked in late at around 1 a.m. and got to room quickly. I took a 2 Queen bed room 1 bath. The room was neat and clean. The Bath room door did not close properly, so I gave 3 for Condition or maintenance of the hotel. The area was kind of dead end so I gave 3 for neighborhood. The breakfast […] was Awesome. I work rate more than 5 for this. They had so much options for Breakfast for free. They even had the pan cake mix and pan's to make your own pancakes. parking on the lot was $9 per night --right out front was free parking on the quiet street which the front desk should have given the option---I paid for one night on the lot and then parked 10 feet away on the street at no charge as did most knowing customers.

PROS: The breakfast is awesome, good location, heated pool CONS: small rooms, pay for parking Overall I was very satisfied I saved alot of money on breakfast so paying for parking is worth it. The rooms are small but we didn't spend to much time there. Our family had a great time ill will definately return.

My room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also very good but wake up early to eat or else you will be waiting in long lines and in a crowded and loud dining room.

We recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel while on vacation and we were really impressed. Through hotels.com we got an amazing rate and could not believe that we paid so little for such an amazing hotel. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and the beds were really comfortable. Most hotel beds hurt my back, but these beds were amazing. Our fold-out sofa bed […] dipped in the middle quite a bit, but our 3 year slept on it and it did not bother her at all. There was always a ton to eat at breakfast. We loved the waffle makers. Most days the eggs tasted okay, they were like the eggs you get at McDonald's, but one day they tasted pretty gross. My husband almost threw up! Not sure what happened that day with them. But overall our experience was awesome, and we were only a few minutes away from both Sea World and the San Diego Zoo which made it really easy to head back to our hotel for naps. Oh, if you plan on doing laundry while there make sure to either have cash to get change at the front desk or bring lots of quarters. And bring your own detergent. I'm glad I did because they had some for sale it was really expensive. If you have to buy detergent it can cost about $5 a load, but if you bring your own it's only $3.50. 더 보기

The room I had was with 2 queen beds and a leather sofa. I stayed here with my family to visit the zoo and didn't allow my child to touch the sofa because it was in pretty bad condition from wear and tear. At check out, I was told that the sofas were going to be changed in every room though. It included breakfast which was extremely busy. The fresh […] fruits were gone faster than I can get a plate of food at 6:30am. Luckily the other breakfast items were plentiful. Breakfast great. Removed from public transit, very short ride away from Old Town. quiet and felt safe, the beds seemed on the small side (perhaps a special hotel size?). I would go for a king next time. polite, knowledgable and helpful staff.

The kids suite was perfect for us, one little kiddo on his 5th birthday and an adventurous Grammy who didn't mind stowing away on the bottom bunk. My only complaint was that the quaility of the picture on both flat screen TVs was poor, nor did we have the option of buying movies or kids shows. As our goal was Seaworld (which was only about 3 miles away) […] this didn't bother us much but I could see how it might be an issue for other families. Hotel stay was great. Very modern up to date rooms, friendly staff and convenient. We went to the zoo and it was very close by. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

I arrived in San Diego a day ahead of a conference I was to attend downtown. Instead of paying an arm and a leg for the conference hotel and parking downtown, I decided to stay at this Comfort Inn for one night, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The hallway smelled musty and I found a silver fish insect scurrying out of the bathroom. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub.

Perfect location to everything you need and want to see! The hotel gave us a "cheat " sheet on how to get to all the popular resturants and activities from the hotel! That was awesome! We never got lost once!

Friendly staff, fullfilled requests quickly, great breakfast. Only complaints were sofa bed in suite was uncomfortable and hot water at start of day took a long time (30 mins!) to come through.

We booked the kids suite. It had a set of bunk beds in a separate room from the main room with the king size bed! The kids room was very big and had a separate tv, mine brought their xbox for nighttime play. The main room was a good size and nice decor throughout. The room also came with a coffeepot, microwave and minifridge. Overall the room was above […] average ! Only thing lacking would have been for it to have a dvd player! The breakfast was very good and the staff was attentive, courteous and there was plenty of food. There were several seating nooks for eating, but strollers should be left in the room or in the corridor, there is just not the space for them in the dining area. The exterior was a bit trucker stop feel, but if you use the underground parking you will probably feel more secure and it is well lit and has elevator access. Parking fee is required at check in. There really are not any restaurants within walking distance, but many at the mall nearby. We upgraded to a kids suite at our arrival. It was perfect! We stayed for one week, touring the area each day. The extra space gained by the suite (and switching to bunk beds) was well worth the price, and it gave the kids (4) more room and more TVs. We brought our gaming system with us, so one TV was devoted to that while the other was free for others […] to watch. Breakfast was a zoo, but we were traveling during Christmas break so a large number of families were in the hotel. The food was okay. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, and the sausage was likely precooked and warmed. But, they have cook your own waffles so those are fresh and pretty yummy; there are also cereals, breads, bagels (?), some pastries, apples and bananas, yogurt, and even hard boiled eggs. So, for the convenience and the price, it's hard to complain. Parking was tight and crowded late at night. As long as you have a smart phone or a navigation system, finding nearby places to eat was easy and there was a wide variety. However, don't expect to be able to walk to anything except the one restaurant next door. We loved the hotel, and all of the kids have clearly stated that they want to go back. 더 보기
