페어몬트 케아 라니 마우이 (The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui) - 와일레아(마우이)

리조트라 아무래도 경관은 아름답습니다. 와일레아가 마우이의 주요 관광지와는 거리가 떨어져 있으므로 주로 골프를 치시는 분들이 이용하는 것이 더 좋을듯 합니다. 와일레아내에 쇼핑몰이 있다는 점은 편리 합니다. 호텔은 아름답긴 합니다만 층간 소음이 있어서 수면시 방해가 됩니다.

오션 디럭스룸을 예약하고 갔는데 허니문이라고 메일 드렸더니 빌라로 업그레이드 해주셔서 너무 즐겁고 행복한 신혼여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 수영장 시설도 쾌적하고 깨끗해서 최고였습니다.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont, I chose this hotel after reading several reviews on hotels.com and tripadvisor for severa Maui hotels. The reviews were true 100%. This hotel is perfectly located on a great beach, and has activities like snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, yoga, spa, paddle boarding all on site. It's also walking distance to shops. The […] service was warm and not too intrusive. Each day at breakfast the staff remembered my food choices and my name and offered them before I had to ask. I would stay here again while in Maui. The Fairmont Kea Lani is a beautiful property but the rooms are starting to show a fair amount of wear and tear. Looking like an update to the rooms is much needed. The pullout bed in the living room was lumpy and uncomfortable for the kids to sleep on. The pool area and beachess were great. Meals like at any hotel, were overpriced but acceptable. Great hotel for parents with young children .the swimming pools and great location on the beach make it ideal for kids . Restaurants are good - great service and good food although a little over- priced . I would avoid Nick's Fishmarket restaurant but Ko is fabulous . We have stayed at the Kea Lani for three years in a row and each time we leave wanting to return. This hotel may not be the fanciest in the area, but it is in a great location with a relatively quiet beach compared to the other hotels near by and it has direct access to the fabulous walking path. The best!!

2nd stay and it was as fabulous as the first time 10 years ago! Even though it was being renovated, it was a great place to stay. Beach is excellent, doesn't feel crowded even though I'm sure they were booked solid Thanksgiving. Love the location in Wailea...other places on Maui feel very cramped. I booked this online and the hotel put us about as far away from everything as you possible can. My ocean view was a room on the second floor and our real view was the top of green trees. If I reached over the balcony I could see a little spot of the ocean. I asked for a different room and view and they said no. Customer service was terrible. Restaurants […] were closed. This hotel is just beautiful! At first as we entered the main lobby my husband and I just looked at each other and said WOW! They also have a great pool area. There are 3 separate pools. We loved the resort and the surrounding area. The resort was tailored to adults, which a lot of other hotels in Wailea were not. We would definitely return. However, be prepared EVERYTHING is extremely expensive! Most cocktails ranged from $12-22 and you can't get something to eat for less than $20!

Best things....the valet guys, Nicks bar, giant gorgeous bathroom, endless pool towels, the beach. I have been to many beaches in Maui and Kea Lani beach is outstanding. Beautiful resort. We got a good price because the resort is undergoing renovation. The renovation did not really effect us.

We stayed here for 7 days with our three year old son and had a great time. We must have encountered ~30 different staff and all were friendly and helpful, so I rated 10/10 for service. Our room had a fantastic and spacious bathroom which was better than I expected. We frequently made use of the sunset dinner menu (discount restaurant meals when dining […] at ~5:30). There is a mini waterslide for larger kids and a beautiful adults-ony pool for those without kids. The resort is little remote (which has positives and negatives). but they provide a shuttle to the nearby shops, however there is not much to offer there in the way of dining. The only negative is that some parts of the hotel (hall carpets) are looking a little worn. If you are going to Maui you are probably looking for a relaxing rereat, and this resort definitely delivers. 더 보기

The hotel is a bit dated with carpets in the bedroom. However, great location and amazing sunsets from your very own lanai.

Excellent in all aspects: Food, Service, Atmosphere. Everyone that worked their provided 5 star service. Expensive but worth it. In this case you truly get what you pay for.

Stayed here twice now. Hands down the best hotel in Wailea based upon room size- each room is a suite with balcony. If you have kids, it's perfect- mini fridge, micro, sink and food storage. Master room shuts off so kids can sleep while you stay up. Staff is super nice. Pools are amazing with an adults only pool for those who want peace. Only watch […] outs- they'll up charge you for everything and once you're here, it's expensive. A terrific place with some of the best rooms in Maui-- a bit pricey but you get a larger suite plus not as kid happy as the Kaanapali Beach area--Wailea is more romantic and couple friendly; Fairmount overtakes(in this writers opinion) 4 Seasons, Grand Wailea and just about all the rest;

We stayed here and at several other 4-5 star properties and were very satisfied. The construction noise aside, which wasn't all that bad, the hotel is a perfect stop over for peace & relaxation. Thank God we got it here because when we went to our next stop, the Westin Resort and Spa in Kanaapali, we thought we had left Maui for a third world country. […] Who knew a Westin could be such disgusting outdated hotel infested with annoying tourists and run down smelly rooms. We were very pleased with the Fairmont. Upon our arrival, we were given an automatic upgrade to a partial ocean view. Our room had a private balcony with a view overlooking the courtyard and the ocean. The room was gorgeous and clean and spacious. I would love to return to the Fairmont the next time we visit Maui.

We stayed here for four nights of our honeymoon recently and loved it! All of the rooms are suites, and it was great to have a little living room and balcony. We love the Kea Lani, however this trip there were a lot fewer wait staff. We rented a pool cabana, but did not get the great service we expected. Our server was friendly of course, but she just didn't have any help, so it took forever to get her attention and a drink or food. The same was at the restaurants also. It seemed management cut back on the […] staff, making it harder for them to be as attentive as usual. They were all still gracious and helpful, i just think they were short staffed. We WILL return hopefully with more staff! Everyone there worked very hard though to pick up the slack. The rooms are great - the views are great - the location is great, the beach is great, the pool is great ,the spa is great! they just needed a few more food servers! :) 더 보기

The service is not nearly as good as the Four Seasons right next door and the rooms were extremely warm. We complained multiple times about the air and it was never fixed. The rooms are also very dated.

This is a nice hotel in a nice area. I would compare with the four seasons next door next time.

Great service. Very quiet neighborhood of other resorts. Would stay in West Maui if you want proximity to more action. Would stay here again though, very happily.

I have never been so impressed with a hotel in all my life and I travel alot. Friendly staff and very eager to please. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and my birthday. They even sent up a bottle of wine with a cheese, cracker and fruit plate our first night to enjoy on the lanai. We will be back!!

We have stayed in at several Maui Hotels, including nearby five star hotels. The Fairmont compares favorably for several reasons. First, the suites are spacious and comfortable. However, by far the Fairmonts best asset is their hospitable staff. Every person we met from the Manager to the maid went out of there way to make us comfortable. We were addressed […] by name the seoond day and it is clearly a hotel policy. You could fee the "Aloha spirit". The adults only pool is a plus if your not traveling with kids, or if your kids are adults (like ours). Pool attendants found everyone a chair every day. Although there aren't any private beaches in Hawaii, the beach at the Fairmont is geographically secluded and beautiful. It is noteworthy that the hotel is only 18 years old and could use some renovation. An 840sf suite should have flat screen tvs and wireless internet service. Ironically, we asked why our wireless service had such a low signal and were told that the hotel rooms were not wireless. (But it worked anyway) That said, we would most certainly stay at this hotel again (next year). Less I forget, their new restaurant, named Ko, has the best sushi appetizer and the food was incredible. Had dinner at sunset overlooking the pool and a perfect sunset. Hotel con todas las comodidades, lejos del aeropuerto, recomendable alquilar auto, servicio y atención muy buena, totalmente satisfecho.

ホテル内でおそらく一番安い部屋だったのでしょうが、広い部屋にスタンダードな備品は全て揃い、タオルもシーツもベッドも清潔。ホテルのグレードが高いので、雰囲気・利用できる施設・安心感を考慮すると、とてもお得な旅だったと思います。 記念のご旅行や、日中も静かな部屋希望の方にはこのレート利用での宿泊は薦めません。月～金の朝9時から夕方４時頃まで工事で、砂埃や音が気になるかもしれません。ただし、現場は敷地の端の方ですから、リノベーションレート適応外の部屋は問題ないのかと思います。私達は日中殆ど部屋に居らず、居ても騒音で嫌な思いはしませんでしたが、バルコニーのテーブルや椅子は砂埃で汚ていました。 コンシェルジェにいる日系女性に日本語で語りかけただけで、終始不機嫌そうな無愛想で冷たい態度を取られた以外 […] 、従業員から悪い扱いを受けたことはありませんでした。　 더 보기

部屋からの眺めに工事中で景観が損なわれる部分がありましたが、騒音とかもなくリッチな気分で素敵なホテルライフを楽しむことができました。 Ｓｅａｆｏｏｄ　のレストランで沈みゆく夕陽を眺めながらのディナーは素敵な思い出になりました。 生ガキが小ぶりでたくさん入っていてとても美味でした。 素晴らしかったです、ありがとうございました。

私たちは、静かな環境で夏休みを過ごすのにとても良い場所です、近くにゴルフ場が3箇所で、それぞれ趣が有り、とてもエンジョイしました、何年も来てますけど又来たいと思わせる、場所です。
