"소음문제..."
덕트 팬이 돌아가는 소리가 온방에 울려서 잠을 잘수 없어서 엔지니어를 불렀더니 방을 옮기는 것외에늨 별수가 없다고 하였고 프론 트에 이야기해보겠다했었습니다. 하지만 그 이후 호텔에서는 아무런 대응이 없었습니다. 우리는 기다리다가 잠들었고 하루만 있기로한 우리는 다른 곳으로 이돝했습니다. 당시 소음은 버스에서 느낄법한 진동과 소음 강도였습니다. 하지만 위치는 존 행콕 타워 바로 옆으로 좋읔은 편이였고 클럽을 좋아하시는 분이라면 18층에 있으니 이용해보세요..사실 확인된 Hotels.com 숙박객 이용 후기

"excellent hotel for a good rate"
The people working there are super friendly. The room we got was a suite gigantic. Little noisy at night but not a big deal. The location is excellent in the heart of downtown. The rate are not huge for a 4 stars: 300$ for 2 nights. I enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. It is a charming place that used to be a dormitory for the Northwestern University nursing students years ago. You can't ask for a better location than this hotel. The adjoining restaurant was terrific and the donut shop in the lobby is divine. However, the bathroom needed a little maintenance (the toilet wobbled, the faucets were wonky), and the elevator situation is a bit comical. Don't attempt to use them in the late morning during heavy checkout times. Nice boutique hotel, very small elevators involve making new friends, clean, deluxe room was spacious. Unfortunately, I was lied to by a lady at the front desk regarding the Italian eatery adjoining the hotel. The same lie was told to me by the hostess at the eatery. "Disappointed"

Great location, just a block east of Michigan Ave...weekend trip for the girls...hotel was comfortable and clean with everything you would want in your room...the bar at on the rooftop is trendy and pricey but also nice to visit - we used the drink coupons provided but then moved on to another less expensive site to continue having some cocktails - […] hey, atmosphere is great but sometimes you have to spend your money wisely even on a weekend trip with the girls! We loved the Raffaello Hotel. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room. It was unbearably hot. There was no way to adjust the heat/air. We complained to the front desk only to be told that the ac had not been turned on yet. They suggested turning the fan off. That did not work. We complained again on our second night to no avail. The location of the hotel, as well as the door men, valet parking people was great. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the fact of it being extremely warm. The air conditioning was set on 60 degrees, the fan ran non stop, but never cooled off. Mind you that this is the end of March when it was 40 degree outside!! For the price it was a great […] hotel. We had stayed about a month earlier and had been disappointed. Amenities were lacking but it was clean.This time our suite was larger and we had a bigger bathroom. Location can not be beaten. "Good location but suite beyond disappointing"
Reservation for Grand Suite....BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. "Kitchenette" simply a counter space with a mini fridge. Bedroom--VERY small. Couldnt even walk around the bed because the bottom corner of the bed was against a part of the wall. Bathroom was ridiculously small-like two people can't stand in there together without touching unless one is halfway in […] the shower. Speaking of which is a stand up shower with only a half clear glass panel so you froze while showering. Oh and the bathroom did not have a fan, could be very awkward given the closeness to the bed of two feet. When I first walked in I was so shocked that this was the grand suite--I even called the front desk to ensure we received the right room. The guy said he check to see if we could get a different room layout and then never called back. Needless to say, pictures are decieving and I have stayed at other hotels standard rooms and they have been better for the same price. It is a pretty clean hotel despite the old building feel and the fact we were at the end of a hall that was a sloppy storage corner. It is in a good location, right by hancock building, mag mile & water tower mall. I felt secure staying there-keycard for elevator which was kind of a con too since it was slower because of it. We do offer different layouts for all of our room types. The fact that you expressed displeasure with your room and were not met with at least a phone call back in not acceptable.
