We loved our stay. Incredible customer service! T

This will be the only place we stay at when visting Dallas. It is a little far from Downtown but the location is still great. Dispite some of the other reviews, I never felt like I was not safe, and the rooms were great. The bartender here (I forgot his name) was great, he is very good at his job! I love this place!

The over all stay was great. Although we were very unsatisfied with the pool. there were children in the hot tub and no extra pool towels. staff told us they would be bringing some towels to the pool area. 30 minutes later they did and only brought ten. we were the third one in line to get pool towels and they were gone. we had to walk up to our room […] soaking wet bec there was no more towels. rooms were great. breakfast was really crowded both mornings. had to stand in line forever just to get an omelete.. other than that the stay was great. loved the rooms and they were clean. although we put a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still came and knocked on door and woke us up. also felt very secure bec you have to use your key in the elevator just to go up past the first floor. very nice hotel otherwise. 더 보기

First let me commend the staff and the food/beverage service provided by the hotel. They were very professional and nice. The hotel room had all nice ammenties but the room itself was old and not very clean. The carpet and comforters were old and sticky. The bathroom was newly patched ( you could tell) but on the other hand the water pressure was good. […] Pillows...oh pillows how they needed to be renewed!. Other people who stayed there were loud, dirty, and left garbage outside their rooms which were not even picked up that morning when we left. I hate to give this type of review but it is in all honesty and other people should get the heads up. 더 보기

Spacious and clean! Great free breakfast! A small drive to everything, not too bad. Wish they had free internet.

I must have picked the worst weekend as there was a cheerleader convention that. Weekend & botel was noisy! Comcortable. Beds & good room servicess, the. Buffet staff was rude.

The hotel is a typical Embassy Suites, and we love that. The rooms and ammenities are nice - breakfast in the morning, managers happy hour in the evenings, spacious rooms, etc. We've stayed at this location twice and both times have been great.

Hotel is a good value for your dollar. Friendly staff, nice daily happy hour, close to freeways. Clean rooms. Underground parking is plus. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect for a two night get-away! Couldn't have been happier with the staff,accomodations, amenities, manager's happy hour, etc. Highly recommend!

Work on the vwater roaches in the rooms.

very good hotel to stay in . will stay there every time

Just an FYI, CHECK YOUR BED SHEETS... This hotel was fantastic and the service and breakfast were amazing, we just had DIRTY SHEETS ON OUR BED. We got in so late the first night, but my husband pulled the covers back and it was very easy to see the makeup and black mascara that was on the sheets. Not a pretty site! But thank God we had two beds, we […] found that the other bed was fine. But i didnt get the chance to call and let the manager know the next morning, and when housekeeping came in they never changed the sheets. So i called after we returned late that evening, and they said since we didnt request for the sheets to be changed they dont change them. Nice, so we didnt sleep on that bed the whole stay. Over all they were nice, but its just the thought of even when housekeeping came to clean my room didnt they see they were dirty and change them? Just Sayin! 더 보기

Let me start with the bad; there was mold growing on the wall in the room i was staying in with my wife and son, and the window was apparently not sealed because there was so much condensation on the inside that it was literaly wetting the carpet. The parking garage is really weird in this hotel too. As with all hotels by this chain, the breakfast […] was good and the indoor pool was great. The room was good sized. I would like to strong recommend this hotel, if you visit Dallas.

This location provided quick access to 75/635. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Other than a slow draining tub, our stay was excellent.

Terrific staff and unbelievable amenities. Will stay in ES again.

Great place to stay with kids and grandkids. Lots of breakfast and indoor pool. Our 3-year old didn't want to leave.

I recently stayed the weekend at the embassy for my bday weekend. I loved the breakfast that was served and the decor of the suite. Even though this is a family hotel it was absolutely a romantic getaway for my stay.

Great hotel! Nice staff and huge rooms. The hotel restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Excellent club sandwich. The only complaints were that the surrounding area wasn't the best but that is average for any hotel downtown. The hotel is older but has been updated. Found used condom in nightstand drawer! The manager gave us a FREE MOVIE voucher after we complained...

We are very pleased that we chose this hotel especially because of the politeness of the staff everyone was very polite and attentive to our needs may God bless the entire staff

Really nice hotel in a really bad neighborhood.

Our visit at this hotel was a decent visit and the hotel overall was a very nice hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was good and the hours were favorable. Our room was a very nice and quiet room with cozy amenities that more than suited our needs. Any issues that I had were with our room. The room had a hole in the bedroom door that looked […] as though someone had kicked it in. The toilet lid was broken to the point that anytime someone flushed the toilet the lid would band up against the wall so loud that if anyone was asleep they would be woken up. Also, the entry door had some sort of short in it or something because it was sporadic about working. Sometimes the sensor would not even light up to register the card. All of these things are quite minor but they cheapen up the overall feel of the room as well as the establishment. My biggest issue by far though was the fact that we saw a large roach (waterbug???) run across our living area to the back of the television stand. This for me is a total deal breaker as far as recommending this particular hotel to people because in my limited knowledge about roaches I do know that where there is one there are many, many more! I would rather have paid twice as much for a room without any bugs, unfortunately for this particular hotel that is totally unacceptable to me. 더 보기

Breakfast was great! Beds very comfy! Nice stay!

Very disappointing. The air didn't work, there was about 6 inches of water in the tub, the ceiling leaked and the receptionist was texting the whole time I was checking in...very disappointed.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but you can tell the previous people smoked in the room. I also noticed bugs throughout the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel were unacceptable.

The hotel & staff were great - would definitely stay again.

The King-sized bed suite was very nice. The bedroom was nice and large. We set up our baby's portacrib in there with us, and had plenty of room. The kitchenette/living room was a useful size with a 4-person table, couch and chair. We ordered room service, because the baby fell asleep, and it was wonderful. Steak and chicken meals were beautifully presented […] and delicious, if a little pricey. The floor looked clean, but every time the baby crawled around his knees and tops of his feet were gray with dirt from the carpet. Not nice. The problem with the location is that it is on the service road where two highways meet. It is a one-way street, and very difficult to get to unless you are heading south on I-75. From I-635 it was a pain to get to. If you miss the hotel you have to circle around several miles. 더 보기

So it was for my son's b-day.. he enjoyed himself. I love the security factor of having to have your key to access everything. It made me feel safe. There's nothing bad to say..Had fun

We love staying at this hotel! The 2 room suites and pull out bed are a must with our 3 kids, and it's very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, we love being able to get breakfast first thing in the morning, and the staff is always lovely. We left behind a special toy and I called to confirm it was there, and received a voicemail back that it was. […] When I kept forgetting to call back, I figured that if I didn't get to doing it, they would toss it. But they called me and reminded me about it and sent it my way! I could have done without the $10 fee to send it to me, but that's my fault for leaving it behind. 더 보기

We had 4 rooms in this hotel returning home from a youth mission trip. The youth gave the thumbs up to the pool, the rooms & the breakfast. Great place to stay!

2 elevators were out of service - it took 30 minutes from arrival to room access. Parking in under-hotel parking convenient but 2 side-by-side elevators out of service made access to 8th floor room difficult. Pool closed at 11pm and with delay for room access limited swimming time (late check-in). After checking out had 2 additional charges for $50 […] on my credit card without knowing reason... 3 tries to call hotel and no answer yet. Rooms showing age - long time since last renovation.
