Nice hotel, staff was Very Nice!! The only bad thing about the room was the water pressure was not so good in the shower.

This is by far the worst Embassy suites I have ever stayed at. Will NEVER stay here again. The room was dirty, the bathroom tiles, bathtub and mirror were not cleaned. There was an unpleasant smell in the gym and pool. There were no filters in the pool, it was disgusting!

This hotel was very disappointing considering that it is an Embassy Suites. The hotel seemed dated and unclean. One of the elevators on our side of the hotel was inoperable, no signs telling you such and nothing to show that any work was going to be done to try to fix it. When we arrived at around 10 pm there was a tray of dirty dishes to the left of […] our room's door , it was still there when we left at 9AM the next morning. The couch and chair upholstery was stained and unclean and all of the decor looked like it was in desperate need of an update to bring it from the early 80s to today. We needed to use the sleeper sofa, however our room wasn't supplied with any additional bedding. When we called to request it, there were only sheets - no pillows. The sink in our bathroom wouldn't drain properly so we needed to use the wetbar sink to brush teeth. A bright spot was the breakfast, it did offer a good variety of foods. However, the buffet was not staffed adequately - we had to go get a stack of plates from the hot bar area and bring them back over to the buffet after waiting and waiting to see if a hotel staff person would re-supply. the Hotel was great. The room was beautiful. The only problem was the spa jets were not working and since it was Easter weekend it was not repaired. The managers reception and complimentary breasfast were wonderful!

The staff were friendly, nice and clean atmosphere and a very comfortable stay.

Stayed in this hotel because of the location. We had an early flight the next morning. It is nice also because all the rooms are suites. We got there too late for the reception and they didn't start serving breakfast until 7am. We had to leave by 6:30. This is one reason I chose this hotel was because of the included breakfast, There were other cheaper […] hotels near the airport that didn't include breakfast with airport shuttles as well. The hotel is a bit dated but it's as clean as it can be and everything worked well. We were supposed to have two doubles but for some reason they only had a king non-smoking left for the five of us. Luckily, the sofa bed was fine for the little guy. Breakfast was excellent... A ton of rooms but our stay was quiet in room 628. The only real issue I saw […] was the pool was a little small for having that many rooms and located right next to the atrium and elevators, so everyone their felt like they were in a fish bowl. 더 보기

While I love Embassy Suites, I did not care for this location. It is old and desperately needs to be remodeled and updated. The front desk staff was nice but spoke very poor English. The hotel was very busy so the seating area at breakfast was packed. they need more seating area for the guests. Won't be staying at this Embassy again.

Was promised a King non smoker, but all that was available at check in was two doubles. Sofa bed was badly stained and not made up. Disappointed, but nothing I could do as it was late and we were very tired from a long 13 hr drive. We had also prepaid. HHonors member

This was our third stay at this location. Very nice hotel will stay again.

A few months ago, I had the oppportunity to stay in the Embassey Suite in Murfreeboro, Tn. When I arrived at Nashville Hotel I was looking for the same service. After we checked in and went to the room the door latch was not in place, the remote for the TV did not work correctly. All the linen for the pullout sofa bed was not in the room. I call and […] went down to the front desk for pillows/linen and never recieve the items. I called the front desk and told the clerk never mind, we will make it without them. Embassy Suites is my place to stay. Whenever where ever.

I looked out of my room and the US flag was ripped and tattered I guess from the previous night storms. I told the desk clerk and in 5 min they took it down like you should. That was the correct way of doing it remove it if you don;t have another one. Good job.

Windows could have been a little cleaner. There were this a couple of dead bugs on the window seal. BUT overall, this hotel lived up to Embassy standards that I am use to. Very easy to get downtown and IF you want fast foo it's less than a half mile away. The location of hotel was very nice and breakfast was great as usual.

The hotel was in a great location, staff was nice, bathrooms were dated, but clean.

The Embassy Suites was very relaxing place to stay. Enjoyed the happy hour and guitarist playing there.

Rooms had a very strong moldy/musty smell. Internet connection was TERRIBLE (they did finally fix it, but it took a long time)...Overall, this hotel is OKAY, but not what I was expecting.

The hotel stay was great as far as breakfast and cleaniness of room except for king bed was kinda small for a tall person

I expect a certain quality when booking with Embassy Suites, so I wasn't concerned about the reservation. The location was convenient for us. When we arrived, I could see that the hotel was a little older, but that didn't bother me too much. When we got to our room, however, it smelled bad. and it looked disgusting. The couch had stains all over it. […] The bedding had cigarette burns in it, and there were hairs in the bathroom/shower. Great location near airport. Came in a day early to catch a plane. Discovered Blue Grass Festival and your shuttle took us there and picked us up. Was able to leave my car at the hotel during my trip and was picked up at the airport when I returned. Great service and always love Embassy Suites.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. The staff was cordial, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel, though in a out-of-the-way spot, was convenient to all the spots we desired to visit during our stay. Loved every moment of my stay

embassy suites are all nice, the only setback was a poor breakfast, compare to other embassy suites

We always like Embassy Suites, and this one did'nt disapoint. always like the 2 hours of drinks in the afternoon, and the free breakfast. the room was comfortable as always as well as the bed. love the roominess. The lobby is very relaxing with the sound of water. the bar tender was nice and accommidating. will recommend to anyone and stay again

The carpet was old and the hotel had a slightly damp/moist feel.

We have stayed at many Nashville Hotels. This is one of the most comfortable. Employees very caring. Family visited us while staying and they too were very welcome to use room and all public areas. Will stay again next year while visiting nashville area.

Loved this place. I walked into the room and was "WOW'd". I highly recommend this facility. I would have liked to have been situated closer to downtown, but it was more choice to stay where I did. Price and quality exceeded what I expected.

We've stayed at several hotels in the airport vicinity over the years, and this was among the best we've found. First, you cannot beat their breakfast-- the omelets are fabulous. The room was very quiet, very clean, very comfortable-- no airport noise to speak of. Service was outstanding, a very friendly staff. Only comment is really about ALL hotels: […] why oh why can't you use fitted bottom sheets??? But I have to stretch that for to find anything I didn't love about this particular Embassy Suites. Just seemed run down for an Embassy Suites. The carpets were very soiled and needed replaced even in the hallways. They only had smoking rooms available which were on the third floor and they reaked of smoke terribly. Disappointed....

This Embassy Suites location is in need of a renovation. I recently stayed at the new one in Murfreesboro and it was awsome. This location has old sofa couches that are aweful and in addition to charging my hotel fee to my credit card it was required that they hold another $50.00on it for "INCENDENTIALS" ???

Our stay was wonderful because of the hotel itself, not because of the assistance of Hotels.Com.

We were in Nashville for cheer competition. We have stayed at Opryland Hotel for past several years but Embassy offers more amentities for a reasonable price, especially parking fees, there are none.

Would definitely stay here again. Great room, great reception, great deal.

The kids loved the breakfast. The atrium design was very relaxing, and the staff was very friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The atrium was beautiful with peaceful waterfalls throughout the lobby, and the evening time complimentary happy hour was definitely a highlight of my trip!! I will be coming back to this hotel frequently.
