hotel is older and not updated but staff was amazing and stay was good

Every thing i need was in my room, felt like really at home very quiet, the staff very nice and caring!

The hotel is not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. But the accommodations for the price are great. I stayed there for 5 days. There is a full kitchen with bowls, plates, cups, silverware and pots/pans. It was in a decent part of town and close to I-40. The only real issue I had was the fire alarm went off several times during my stay. They were […] all false alarms. You also have to pay for internet access (wireless) This is one price for the entire duration of your stay. There is also a pool on site, however I did not use it. There are also laundry facilities on site. Also there is an Aldi store next door where you can get cheap groceries for your stay. 더 보기

I needed to economize and needed a room for 6, so I tried Studio Plus. I made a bad decision. I stayed in 3 on the way to Florida and back to Oklahoma. The only place that seemed to get the concept of cleanliness and maintenance was the one in Tallahassee, Florida. The staff at Cordova was wonderful, we even got a hug and candy when we arrived after […] midnight. They tried to help us get sheets etc. but the whole system is in trouble. There is no maintenance, the maids don't understand cleanliness, so what difference does it make if the staff tries to counter all the problems. The carpets need to be cleaned, the furniture needs cleaned and repaired. We were very eager to get out and get on the road again. I kept thinking what a great concept, but where is the owner? Each location needs checked for maintenance and cleanliness. The hair dryer filter was covered in lint, the hair dryers won't last much longer. I know it's not my problem, but it was while I was staying there. Please, someone help Studio Plus be a clean maintained hotel. 더 보기

This was a very nice hotel. Coming up to the hotel, it looks a little smclose to all but the rooms are very nice in size. There are two beds and a let out couch and a full working kitchen. The hotel is conviently located close to clothing store, grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Cordova Studio Plus is alright to stay for a day or so. The entrance is hard to find, the room was clean, nice with appliances. If you book, some of the staff get you confused with another roomer. I believe that is a management problem. If you call the front desk, make sure you get the name of who you spoke to so you can prove you paid for the room […] through another booking company. I was in Memphis for business and it was my second stay at this location. It leaves much to be desired. I don't require a lot of extras, only cleanliness. Both stays I had to remove hairs from the bathtub and sink area. I thought I could sleep on a rock until I had their beds.... Well, I may be able to sleep on a rock but not those lumpy beds. They […] were out of hand towels and coffee. There is no ice machine on the premises. And both times it was a very loud hotel. Lots of really loud people coming and going all the time. Our stay at Studio Plus was a winner! Management was pleasant, helpful and met every need that was asked by us. Refrigerator was spotless and our basic needs such as dishes, etc. were all clean. We will definitely stay there again.

When booking this hotel I really didn't know what I was in for but upon arrival and getting to the room I was surprise. Not bad at all for the money it was a above average room. The water pressure was the best I have ever seen it was really nice. I would have to say the pillows were not that good you need about 3 of them per person. The hotel and rooms were clean and the personanel was very courtious. There is anything you want to eat all around the hotel. Easy to get in and out of. On the main street. Lots of places to shop and 3 miles from the colisium in Memphis-Cordova. The room we had, had a full kitchen, pull out couch.

The Studio Plus in Cordova is a great place to stay. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, neat , and organized. The kitchen and bathroom areas were also very clean. Almost spotless. All lighrs were and remotes were in working order. There was no nosie levels to deal with despite being right off a very busy street.
