we walked in the room and the first smell that hit us was cat pee at about 6;00 the first night the fire alarm went off it was hard to hear in our room and no one from the hotel ever told us anything the firemen finally told us that it was safe to go back in the next morning at 5;oo in the mornig we where awakened by the sound of people cussing and […] arguing out side if i would have had made a refundable arrangment i would have went some where else the coffee pot in the room was nasty and did not work and took three hours to get towells the room was not very clean and the soap from the last occupants was still in the shower the paople at the desk acted like it was a problem to answer questions or complaints so enter at youre own risk and web site says the room has blow dryers they dont so take youre own 더 보기

Despite reserving a non-smoking room, one was not available when I arrived. I was able to air it out somewhat, but then it was cold with the open window. Even so, the rest of the hotel did not smell all that good either -- "Stale" is a good word for the atmosphere there. The hallway had an overly pungeant smell. The door from the stairwell was broken. The walls in the hallway were dirty. At about 11 PM the couple across the hall started a loud argument that went on for about an hour followed by a small child crying for another 30-45 minutes. The same couple started another argument at around 6:30 AM the following morning, […] continuing for about another hour. Really happy with our room. T.V. does not have a channel guide, so you must channel surf. The room was enormous. Kitchen was great. Close to shopping. Excellent room for the money.

The room has lots of space and very comfortable. Working the night shift and sleeping during the day, I sleeped great because I didn't here alot of noise from the hallway or the outside, and I was on the first floor next to the office.

Worth it for the money and the room you get. Staff was standoff-ish though. My guests got eyes rolled at them and interrogated when they went to ask for extra towels and a blanket. Carpet could use a good cleaning. If the hotel staff were more service friendly it would have made the stay better!

The condition of the lobby, the carpeting, and corridors give the feeling of a building sorely in need of a renovation. The room was not bad, but the first room had it's power tripped off. Not good signs in my book.

Some dishes and towels had to be brought in. The management were more than courteous and responded quickly to requests. The problems with the hotel took place later in the night. there was quite a lot of rowdy behavior throughout the night, including hearing the manager escorting a person out at 5:00am along with someone mentioning a gun!. First, it took over 15 minutes to check in and there was no one else in line. Then I drag all of my stuff up to my room on the third floor and find that the bed has been left stripped and unmade with the comforter on the floor. I called the front desk, before dragging all of my stuff back downstairs but they could not offer me another room. Instead […] I had to wait housekeeping to come bring clean sheets and make the bed. Then finally, I sit down to watch tv and no remote. The front desk did not have extras. I went to pour a drink and there were dishes and cups missing from the cabinet.
