저녁 10시반에 도착을 해도 전화했더니 제깍 셔틀 보내주었구요..리셉션 받던 학생분도 너무 친절했고, 싼 가격과 깔끔한 시설이 참 좋았네요.

호텔로 부터 3~4마일 이내에 뮤지엄, 극장, 쇼핑몰, 공연장이 있고, 3마일 이내의 명소나 목적지는 호텔 셔틀 버스를 무료로 이용하여 오갈 수 있는 편리함과 서비스가 돋보입니다. 또 객실 내에 냉장고와 전자레인지가 있어 여러 날을 투숙 할 경우에 음식을 데워먹는다거나 보관할 수 있는 편리함이 좋습니다. 객실도 개끗하고 안락한 편입니다. 내년에도 캔사스시티를 방문해야하는데 이 호텔에서 다시 지낼 계획입니다. 가격 대비 좋은 호텔입니다.

This isn't a bad place to stay for the money.

for the price it was nice but the bed was rock hard. I travel all over the USA and will stay there again when I am back in Kansas City
"Good place to stay"
Only stayed one night but was a good experience. The staff was very helpful, close to mall and other businesses, and spacious. I did the feedback on my stay and they personal wrote back to correct the problem my next stay. that problem was short on parking. Also have to pay for Internet use
"Won't stay again"
Although the hotel staff was nice, the room was horrible. The entry door handle was broken, the extra lock was broken, the love seat was broken down, the bed was very hard, the window screen was torn. Very worn down facility in bad need of remodeling. "Great place"
The staff was excellent. I arrived after midnight, and they waited up for me! The room was awesome! Great value. The only complaint I have was the bed was a little hard for my taste, but otherwise, no issues. I will definitely be staying here again!
"Very worn and needs maintenance badly"
Kitchen countertops and tub chipped and very rough looking. Water leaked through ceiling and had to put a pan and towel under to catch water. It had already soaked the bathroom floor when we noticed it about 30 minutes after we checked in. Room was clean.

A little older, but definitely a very nice place to stay. Has a resort feel to it with the open courtyard in the middle (think Embassy Suites, without the swans). Looked like it had a decent restaurant inside. We stayed here because we got bumped from another hotel and hotels.com graciously upgraded us to here. "Nice for the money and SAFE!"
A little older but very nice hotel. Felt spacious and safe at this one. Everything worked, rooms were clean and well stocked.
"Not clean, loud at night"
I travel alot, and even for the price, I would not elect to stay here again. Hotel was very loud at night, customer service was terrible at best, room was not clean at all.

The room was good for the price and our nee ds except the sofa bed was broken so the kids had to sleep on the floor

"Great for a Great Price"
Very affordable, clean, suited my needs perfectly, I only needed it for one night before a half marathon race. I could have easily stayed 2 or 3 nights. It is not modern, but great for the price.

"definitely liked this hotel..."
only bad thing I felt was that there was not too many pots and pans in the room. That, and the pull out bed was a little worn out. Otherwise, a great place to stay.
