Breakfast was great! Beds and linens very comfortable. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the convenience of the location of this hotel to my conference. When I registered I just got out of the hospital in DE. I was still sick and thought I would recover quickly. Unfortunately, I had to leave by Wednesday due to my illness. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff did provide a cot which was better. I made arrangements with this […] hotel due to providing a full breakfast. The breakfasts was not great, the eggs did not taste like eggs. I was very surprised because I have stayed at Embassy Suites in the past and everything was fantastic. The staff was fantastic! Always willing to help. Overall I think Embassy Suites was clean, close to many restaurants and attractions and a good buy for the money. 더 보기

The stay was amazing. The room was immaculate, the staff was wonderful, and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. The complimentary cook to order breakfast and the managers reception in the evening really put this hotel in the five star category. This will be where we stay when we go to Orlando from now on.

This is an older hotel maintained in top shape condition; the Ritz Carlton has nothing on these people; the breakfast buffet superb! Definitely stay here!

I was in Orlando for a few days. Breakfast was good, hotel free breakfast, no complaining. The room was awesome. I really had a relaxing trip.

I was extremely pleased with our stay at Embassy Suites. I was enjoying my stay when I was afflicted by an illness possibly from food eaten at a nearby Denny's. When I asked the hotel staff about a nearby Urgent Care facility they jumped into action and had a doctor on the phone with me in minutes (at no cost to me). The doctors advice worked and with […] in hours i was myself again. I was pleased when staff members asked how I was doing the next day. This service along with the quality of the lodging made my stay memorable. I will seek out Embassy Suites in the future. 더 보기

The only complaint I had was that the ironing board was broken. I reported it and they said they would send one right up. One hour later it had not arrive and my taxi was already waiting. I'm sure I looked nice in my wrinkled shirt! oh well. Everything else was great.

Hotel needs updating. The room had worn carpet to the extent that the seems were well worn and frayed. Then back of the bathroom door had rust on it. In the shower stall it would be nice to have a shelf to put the soap on and the shower head was waaay low. remote control sticky. I have stayed at Embassy Suites a few times and this one was the worst […] so far. . I've stayed at other area hotels for less and had a more pleasent experience. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was included in price. Great location on international drive. Tons of restaurants nearby . Free parking. Check-in literally took 1 minute. Free cocktails from 5:30-730 nightly.

Staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant, overall rating of service and room rate is great. Hotel is perfectly situated, everything from casual breakfast, convenient stores, 24 hr pharmacies, decent drinking holes/sports bars to fine dining of ALL cuisines right at doorstep and/or within walking distancee, Other places of interest such as shopping, […] Disney World, etc... within close driving distance and easy to find. This is an excellent hotel in the heart of all activities Orlando has to offer. Excellent cooked breakfast and happy hour daily included in your room rate. Staff exceptional and helpful. Pool area beautiful and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I HAD A GREAT TIME AT THIS HOTEL. VERY BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PERSONAL.THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. I LOVE THE EMBASSY SUITES. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO BACK.

Close to all attractions around Seaworld right down the road.

Some of the best employees I've come across. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Concierge super friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful although they don't serve french toast. Close to everything too. We went to Universal the first day and Wonderworks on the second. Fabulous time!

The hotel is in a great location and the front desk people are extremely nice! Overall it was great for our needs. The beds were ok, not overally comfortable but not uncomfortable either. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. It just wasn't very good or hot, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Let me tell you I am picky, and this hotel for the price you couldnt find a better Hotel like this in the states. I definately recommend it.

Stayed two nights for a Disney World trip and loved it. Great location. Very clean, and I am picky. Didn't have the hotel smell at all. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Plenty of hot water for the six of us. Very helpful staff. Gave us good local info and advice on Disney World and went over and above in helping us send some complicated lengthy […] business faxes. Our only complaint was we had the heat set as high as it would go and were cold; in fact our three-year-old up in the middle of the night cuz she was cold. So the next day we just turned off the heating/air and were just fine. It's like no matter what the setting, it blows out cold air. Very friendly staff, especially to my little one. Certainly made her first Disney World visit less stressful for all of us. The continental breakfast was amazing. I am considering becoming a member to stay here more often.

The Hotel is nice. 99% of the employees are great hosts. The Concierge is supposedly run by an outside company and they were less than professionally capable. Stayed nine nights and enjoyed thorougly. The breakfast is really good! Missed the Manager's Reception on all evenings. Very convenient location surrounded by comforts.

We stayed at this Embassy for 6 evenings. The staff was excellent and the hotel spotless. The hotel was nice and quiet. Beds comfortable and of course enjoyed the evening Manager's Reception and full morning breakfast. Right across the street is a fantastic lounge called "Howl at the Moon". WHEN I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL IT WAS A RAINY WEEKEND IN THE LOBBY WATER WAS LEAKING IN THE ENTRANCE WAY THE HOTEL LOBBY WAS 69 DEGREES AND SO WAS MY ROOM THE THERMOSTAT WAS SET TO 75 DEGREES AND NEVER ROSE ABOVE 70. One word....excellent. A great hotel.Staff were amazing and nothing was a bother to them.Very convenient for local buses ...shopping and for eating out....would highly recommend.
