"Snotty Customer Service"
Not very nice overall - customer service was poor....room was adequate at best.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR STAY AT THIS FACILITY AGAIN. I JUST HOPE I GOT MY REWARDS AND FEEL I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A FREE STAY FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE RECIEVED.
"Well lit, quiet and secluded place to stay"
As the name implies, this is more of an extended stay housing unit rather than a traditional motel, but it functions well as a place to stay for the night. Well lit parking lot. enjoyed my stay. location was great and room was clean. it served my needs for a clean room and perfect location for my travels. staff was friendly and helpful when needed
"Very dirty"
Not cleaned properly. Disinfected as much serface as possible as it was obvious the room has not been cleaned properly for years.

A bit hard to find and I deffinitly recommend bringing a package of Lysol wipes to wipe everything down with as there was visible soil on a towel and the toilett seat but all in all a good room for the money. The staff was very helpful check in and out quick and easy.
"Excellent Customer Service"
An error was made with my original booking that was not the fault of this hotel. The staff however honored the booking that I desired. The staff was professional and accommodating past their obligation. I appreciate this fresh breath of air and can only say nice things about the management because of their courteous treatment of me.
"Extended Stay America - Great for the money"
The hotel was a little difficult to find because it was hidden behind a strip mall. Everything inside the room was clean and well taken care of. The only issue was that there was only one bar of facial soap and one bar of body soap in the bathroom, so make sure you pack your own shampoo and other toiletries. Still very good for the money!
wow! I did not know this is one of the older extended stay. Need to be remodel. The walls, floors and bed was to nasty to sleep in and I was afraid to take a shower because the water smell. Requested another room and it was not better.
"Great place"
A little off the beaten path but hotel was very nice. The wireless internet was only $5 for the enitre stay. While we only stayed one night It was still cheaper than most hotels charge. The only thing I didn't like was the hotel staff calling at 1000 am to be sure we were checking out at 1100 am. "Location"
The location was an issue with the GPS. The GPS got me to the area but had to ask where the actual hotel was. There was a sign but it was in small print. The large hotel sign next to the freeway was not lit at night making it more difficult to figure out where it was.
"Dirty!!!"
Bathroom was disgusting. Floors were not vacummed very good and dirt in the corners. Found a pair of kids pajama pants in the sheets of one of the beds. The manager moved us to another room and it had an awful odor.
"Travelling with 3 People"
The room was very clean and well kept, but the beds (which the clerk claimed were fulls) are at best singles. Even though I was charged for an additional person to the basic room rate, there was no way that 2 people could sleep in the same bed comfortably. To make matters worse the motel did not have any rollaway cots or extra linens. Ended up buying […] an air mattress and sleeping in my clothes while my wife and daughter slept in their singles. For just two people, this would not have mattered but they should consider having a couple rollaways if they accept a third person, charge you for it and then surprise you that they cannot really accommodate more than 2. 더 보기
"Overall pretty good"
Pretty clean and in better condition than most Extended Stay America hotels. Staff was very nice. Really the only criticism is the location. It's tucked away and not all map or GPS services could properly locate.

i enjoyed the stay. the staff was very friendly. the room was simple but clean. I only stayed one night but the price was so great that it allowed for money to be spent for other activities. i would stay again.

Was a decent hotel for the price but the beds were really hard and the room needed to be cleaned. There were a few other hotels in the area so I would drive around and see what else is out there for the price.

the room could use a little updateing but overall it was clean the bed was comfertable and the staff was very nice,and the price was right.

"Great Deal and nice for the price!"
I actually only stayed one night, but it was clean for the low price we paid. Granted some cosmetics in the room could have been better, but I am more concerned with cleanliness and price than cosmetics. It was a good deal.
