The hotel was okay. Refrigerator leaked. The drain in the tub was broken and you could not take a bath, shower only.

Because I needed to be on the ground floor I agreed to accept a room set aside for the handicapped. Fine. However after getting ready for bed, I noticed there was no soap or shampoo etc for the bath. Nicole was very good about bringing me some. When I actually went to get into bed I found out there was not a top sheet, only bottom and a wool blanket. […] I reported to the front desk its absense and even tho she offered to bring me one, I declined because I did not want to be a maid, so I slept on the bedspread. also, there was no shampoo, coffee, cream, sugar etc!. It was an uncomfortable night, but I survived! Why rent out the room when it does not meet your standards. I feel the fee was very high for what I paid for. 더 보기

Stayed here with my family while visiting Las Vegas for the first time. Hotel is very clean and roomy. Hotel was not on the strip,it is actually about 7 miles but very easy to get to. We are planning a trip back in October and we will be staying here again.

I have stayed at several Extended Stays and this one was the worst. Roaches, no pots and pans, no hangers, sticky, dirty floor. I will NOT stay here again.

I would never recommend this place! I had a two night stay and left after the first. The place was old, and the rooms were not well kept. We found unmentionable items in the drawer in the room.I slept on the pull out couch, and it was the most worst sleep of my life. I went down to the lobby to ask for clean linens for the pull out and they didnt have […] ANY clean, so I went without! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. When I arrived, I observed several men standing by the entrance of the hotel by the street. They were loitering all evening with suspicious activity. I checked in, and I received a room, that I quickly had to exchange. The room was deplorable: it reaked of rotten eggs, the sink was stagnated with water, the lights in the room was not working, and the […] carpet was dirty, stained, and there was portion of carpet that was taped up with masking tape. The place looked totally ghetto. On the positive side, the clerk at the registration was nice, friendly and apologetic about my experience. He gave me a cleaner room. This room was an improvement but I was already put off by first impressions and the 3 men who were in my view when I drove in and out of the hotel. I was grateful I only stayed 1 night. Not a place to bring family and children. You could see women of the night walking up and down the main street when you drive through the neighborhood. 더 보기

There are basic expectations of hotel accommodations: Bathroom: clean, enough towels so that each registered guest has a bath towel, a hand towel and a wash cloth, a hair dryer, a trash can. In this room, the bathroom floor was very dirty, there was hair in the tub, there was no trash can, no hair dryer, and not enough towels for 2 people (2 bath, 1 […] hand, 1 washcloth). Bedroom: on a King bed, 4 pillows, a blanket or cover besides the bedspread and a mattress pad between the bottom sheet and the mattress, a TV and a phone. In this room, the bed had no mattress pad, no blanket or other cover besides the bedspread. There were 3 foam pillows - square and lumpy. There was no TV and no phone. This room had a kitchenette which should have had basic equipment to operate (coffee maker, flatware, dishes, saucepan, skillet, a trash can, dish soap, etc. In this room, there was a coffee maker without any coffee-making supplies (filters, coffee, creamer, sweetened). There was 1 coffee mug, 2 salad plates, a spoon, 2 forks and a table knife. The sink was not clean and there was no dish-washing soap, no pots and pans, no can opener. The floor in the kitchenette and the carpet throughout were not clean. The room was 'advertised' as a non-smoking room but it clearly smelled of stale cigarette smoke. As described in the review title, this room was poorly equipped and not clean. We did not expect luxury for the price. However, we expected cleanliness and a fully equipped room. 더 보기

The room was what I had expected, the people in the front office where nice, I just wish the sink didn't leak, nor the toilet.

The worst hotel experience ever. Had to go buy my own bedding for sofa bed, & plug for bath tub. We had four people in our group and hotel would only provide 2 towels period. The carpets were so filthy our feet were black within minutes from walking on them. Stayed for 5 days and they did not provide housekeeping.

Rooms were quite dirty and hotel is not well maintained. There were lot of dust on the carpet and when me or my kid walked bare feet, our feet were getting dirty/black. Bed was making so mush noise with every movement. Only reason I booked this hotel was because of kitchen. This was a satisfactory stay at a convienient location.

the tub was leaking and actually left a one to two nch puddle on the floor, then it went all over the carpet, we complained they said sorry its all they had let but did move us. the other room has cockroaches. bed was harder than anything. its like 20 minutes from the strip but in a badd neighborhood

If I would have known what kind of neighborhood this hotel was in I would have not stayed. The room was a nice set up but the bed was so hard and the floors were filthy! Would not stay here again no matter how cheap it is!

If you are looking for a decent suite and a good price this is a good buy. The only downside is that there's no AC in the bedroom so unless you keep the AC on high, it wont stay cool. This of course makes the living room area freezing.

Was A Little Out Of the Way but convenient with the Kitch Only Downside no A/C in the Bedroom.

Bed room is not having the Air conditioner instead of living room have it and the fan to suck this cool air into bed room was not working. Microwave oven was not working. Water is not going out from the sink in rest room. The shower is not mixing the hot water and cold water properly. While using the shower suddenly cold water only coming and in a 5 […] seconds interval only hot water is coming. When I call to the front desk to rectify this mistakes they said to repair these on next day. But they haven't repair anything. The room was extremely hot & with no air rotating into the bedroom....sleeping was uncomforable. When I called the front desk for help the person did not speak English & was unable to understand the problem. She just kept repeating "only for check-in". Its a good point to stay, if you are looking for value of your money. Kitchen and cutlery was an additional plus point. I like my stay there and would recommend others.

Looked good in the pictures, total dump in real life. Full of low life short term tenants that look like they are hookers , pimps and recent parolees. If you want the crack house experience then you have found the place! the guy working the desk is very nice and helpful , he should work at a better place.

Walking distance from a Station Casino, a favorite of locals. We enjoyed our time on and off the strip. It's not close to the strip so don't expect a quick walk or cheap taxi. One of the best Extended Stay hotels because of the large rooms and even a pool. Very comfortable and affordable.

The hotel does not look bad from the outside and does provide security cameras in the parking lot (a must as the neighborhood is bad). The staff member who checked us didn't greet us in a friendly way and never once smiled. Our suite (ha!) was dirty with a large hole in the kitchen floor linoleum, linoleum peeling up with trash under it in the bathroom, […] and dirty coffee mugs in the kitchen that I had to wash out. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the television was in the living room, not the bedroom, so there was no lying around to relax while you watched television. The couch was hard and uncomfortable. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! There were 3 inch cockroaches running around, the outside smelled like trash and had a beer smell. The office personnel closed 1/2 hr early and left. The most positive thing is that I contacted Extended Stay America's main number and they helped move us to another Hotel in their chain, without charging […] us a dime. This hotel needs some serious clean up action and the chain is aware that this is a problem hotel. I will stay with Extended Stay America again, just never at this location! 더 보기

It is what it is. The price matches the quality of the property. The walls are paper thin so I got to hear the mid-night activities of the people next door. They did involve a "working girl" service. Otherwise, it's a somewhat decent place if you don't travel with kids.

This is one of the worst nights I've spent in a Hotel. The Air Conditioning didn't work and there was No Service to help me get another room. I asked for my money back and was giving the Finger in words/. They would only tell me that I needed to go to Hotel.com we can't help you. What a night.
