Quiet, clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay.

I stayed here with my boys to see the GP at SPA. It was nice and there was a burger king across the street when they sad the kitchen was closed on Sundays. They overcharged my credit card but quickly fixed that (less than a day). I'll stay there again.

Excellent all round. One oddity. They provided a double bed with a single duvet. There was another duvet in the drawer. A bit odd. Best bathroom in a hotel. Staff excellent. Breakfast expensive.

We arrived late so I guess they don't put their "A-Team" on for the night shift. After driving 13 hours we were exhausted and a couple of mistakes by the night reception had me getting dressed, undressed, dressed, undressed to go up and down to reception, finally I made them come up to me. Hotel is clean, room is spacious enough, price is fair, but […] in relation to location (unless you are there for a sport match at the stadium next door) it's a little high. Additionally, as many other Euro-hotels, they will try to really up the price of your stay with any small add-on. Like a 13 Euro breakfast, or 7 euro an hour Wi-Fi... Unacceptable. 더 보기

We stayed here for one night in order to see the Aachen Christmas market. We had a car so it worked well for us (10min to city center parking garages). For those that are without a car or would rather use public trans, they can hire a taxi for you or there is a bus roughly every half hour. The rooms were in excellent condition and the breakfast spread […] was excellent (though an additional charge). The front desk was very nice and spoke many languages! Parking was free and the location was fine if you have a car. However, there is no pool or entertainment nearby, the internet costs money, and the expensive breakfast buffet is not very impressive.

Hotel is a reasonable business hotel but the reason I decided to stay there was they stated that they had wireless internet access in all rooms. This is not the case as the signal in several rooms included mine was so weak that it was unusable.

The hotel is far from the city center and very inconvenient if you do not have a car. If you have a car, it's good place to stay with lots of parking space. We thought Wifi was free but it was not in fact. They should make it free.

Very comfortable bed and easy parking. Breakfast at €16 was expensive though.

Bon restaurant mais vins chers, bien qu'excellents. Minibar sans boissons. Regrettable. Wifi payant. C'est regrettable aussi. Sinon bon hôtel où nous sommes déjà allés plusieurs fois.

Alles bestens: Nettes Personal, alles sauber.. und wenn man in die Soers muss auch gut gelegen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Personal am Eingang läßt jedoch zu Wünschen übrig. Sehr unfreundlich und nicht ehrlich.

Tolle Reception, Zimmerzustand prima, man findet alles, was man von Holiday Inn erwarten kann. Großer Nachteil war das Internet, keine kostenlose Verbindung, Business-Computer in der Lobby kostet 36 cent pro Minu. , 1 Stunde W-Lan im Zimmer kostet 7 € , 24 Stunden W-Lan und im Zimmer kostet allerdings eine gute 13€ pro Tag, was finde ich sehr angenehm. Es ist längst nicht mehr zeitgemäß, in Hotels hohe Gebühren für einen Internet-Zugang zu verlangen. Genau das tut aber das Holiday Inn in Aachen. Sechs Euro die Stunde, das geht einfach gar nicht mehr. Das Internet ist heute ein so selbstverständlicher Teil des Lebens, dass man dann genauso gut eine Extra-Gebühr fürs Waschbecken oder den Fernseher berechnen […] könnte. Da reißt dann auch ein Wochenendspezialpreis fürs Zimmer nichts raus. Außerdem liegt das Hotel längst nicht so ruhig wie in der Beschreibung angepriesen. Vielmehr schaute (und hörte) ich auf eine vierspurige Ausfallstraße. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eher eine Enttäuschung. 더 보기

Hotellage an der Autobahn gut. Verbindung zur Innenstadt mit Pkw Gut. einziges Manko Fs-Gerät uralt !!!!

Sengene var ikke specielt gode - men det var kun en overnatning.

Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn sehr schnell zu erreichen- das TIVOLI- und das Reit-Stadion liegen nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt - ohne dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen kommt. Über die Krefelder Straße ist man schnell im Zentrum. Das reichhaltige Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen- die Hotelangestellten sind motiviert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Average hotel; had good price and decided to book, stayed 3 nights mid aug 2010. Weather was so-so with one rainy day. Hotel is somewhat old. Rooms a bit dark. Noisy 4 ways road (entrance side) even whan windows closed. Buffet breakfast quite expensive per adult, but gratis for children with good price/quality-quantity ratio. Free apples at reception. […] A shame that wi-fi in room is not free, nor is the only computer in the hall. TV is ice aged cathodic one, with very poor image quality. Free TV channels very limited. Room cleaning ok (never seen them). Never had lunch nor dinner as expensive. Go to the asian buffet the other side of the road. Car parking was free, barrier was out of order though. 더 보기

Ja - vi (min kone og jeg) var ventet - det sætter vi stor pris på. Hotellets 4 stjerner fortjener den.

Hotel confortable mais lorsque nous avons voulu prendre le petit déjeuner, i n'y avait plus de place disponible et nous avons mangé (un peu) dans le hall d'entrée. il y avait visiblement un manque d'organisation..a cause peut être de la présence d'une équipe de handball. Dance ce cas, le management de l'hotel aurait du leur préparer une table à part […] ce qui aurait libéré l'espace pour les autres clients. Zwei französische Betten für 4 Personen war eindeutig zu klein. Dazu nur 2 Sommer- und zwei Winterdecken. Die mit den Winterdecken mussten die ganze Nacht schwitzen. Zu wenig Handtücher und dazu noch z.T. verschmutzt (Flecken, Haare). Wurden nach Reklamation sofort ausgetauscht. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut.

Hotel liegt Nähe Autobahnausfahrt. Sehr sauber.

Hotelzimmer sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ca. 5min mit dem Auto in die Stadt

Rigtigt godt hotel med god morgenmadsbuffet.
