Bayview Eden에서 1주일을 잘 보냈습니다. 도착부터 출발까지 저희가 있는 문의사항에 대해 매우 협조적이었어요. 방은 매우 편안하고 깨끗하지만 실내장식은 오래된 모습이 약간 나타나기 시작했어요. 위치와 방에서의 전망은 저희들이 보기에 훌륭했고 다른 사람들에게도 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

시내 중심가에서 몇 분밖에 안 되는 거리에 있는 아주 편안한 호텔. St. Kilda과 그곳의 카페와 해수욕장과 멀지 않음. 신경을 많이 써주는 직원들이 모든 필요를 돌봐줄 준비된 자세. 객실 내 음료와 간식은 너무 비쌈. 신속한 서비스와 다양한 식사를 제공하는 좋은 룸서비스.

지적이고 친절한 직원들, 좋은 위치, 즉 식물원, AAMI 공원/M.C.G.가 도보로 짧은 거리에 있고, 무료주차, 넓고 깨끗한 객실, 다양한 종류의 아침식사, 저녁식사 또한 마찬가지. 적극 추천할만하고 또 오겠음.

Hotel shows signs of needing a refurbishment. Avoid rooms at the front of the hotel overlooking the Park as the main road outside your room is very busy even at night and road noise may be an issue - that said if you don't mind that the views of the Park are great. Stayed for 2 nights with our son. Room was a little sqeezy for 3 and only had a double not a queen for us. Was neat and tidy though. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Gym needs a little maintenance. Free but tight parking.

Fridge was leaking water and fan filter in bathroom was very dirty and almost clogged. Looking for something my wife dropped, I saw that underbed area was quite dusty. Otherwise the room was clean and tidy. I would recomend it to others.

Did notice fire escape plan didnot have marked clearly where we were on the room map eg YOU ARE HERE was not on there. This needs to be put on so old people and tourists can see their room in relation to fire escapes if needed. A pleasant stay overall.

A nice place for staying for a few nights, but noy international class, friendly staff, clean room and beautiful reception. But not good breakfast, not very clean hallways and lifts, and no great spa and pool. Good value for money. I would go there again if I can not find a good rate like that.

My family enjoyed our stay, and we get to see Melbourne. Bay view is great for family group. The services is excellent and friendly. The location is just tram ride away from Melbourne.

The hotel it's self was great, excellent service from staff, fast room service. The only down fall was the car park, it was so cramped I felt like every corner I turned I was either going to hit a car or the car park walls and very limited spots left even though parking was support to be free. Hotel was fantastic. Staff was very polite and helpful. Being an Indian and pure vegetarian, we had some problem in relation to dining at hotel restaurant. However, breakfast was good. Overall, a good experience of staying there.. Cheers !!!

Very happy with this hotel, good size clean rooms and bathrooms, hotel staff very friendly, especially the two guys who work the dining room in the mornings, very quick to top up our tea or coffee, friendly. Breakfast was great, hot buffet on the weekend and a continental buffet with hot a la carte (which was included in our fabulous room rate) in the […] week. It was very central to our destination, the room was very nice, parking excellent, and the breakfast the following morning was amazing. I would highly recomend.

Lobby, bar and restaurant magnificent. But room quality let it all down. Staff where excellent.

4 of us stayed at the Bayview Eden recently and found it excellent overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful as were people everywhere in Melbourne. Rooms were quite large and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is top-notch buffet style with all you would expect, cerals to start with, a selection of hot food, toast and jam and plenty […] of coffee or tea. Each room comes with a car park (though we only had one vehicle) and there is ample spaces provided (you do have to look for it as all the clearly visible spaces are quickly taken, but if you hang a left just after entering, there is usually a whole wing of vacant spaces). There is also a sauna (small but quite adequate) and gym on the 8th floor as well as a beautiful indoor swimming pool on the ground floor. 더 보기

Hotel Bayview Eden had everything you need in it to please. Breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed , nothing was a bother and the room had the most wonderful view overlooking the golf course, we were on the 6th floor and the room we had was great...Check in and out was very smooth and the car parking a bonus...

Gr8 stay ... close enough to the city but also close to Albert Park, Botanical Gardens and St Kilda and the Bay. Breakfast could do with a revamp !

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented, the pool was clean (not too deep though) the gym, is dissapointing however overall I would reccomment to anyone. We travelled mainly by taxi when there, however i was lead to believe a tram station wasn't too far away...i was running late while there though.

A most enjoyable experience, service was excellent, room terrific, staff very helpful.

We were early for check-in, greeted very cordially, and the spacious room was available at once.(3 hrs before actual check-in time) the staff was very friendly, professional and most helpful..Nothing was too much trouble.It is great to see that true, personal customer service still exists.The […] location of this property is overlooking Lake Albert, only a short walk up to the tram stop on St Kilda road, and about an half-hour walk into the CBD. the buffet breakfast, with plenty of variety, was included in our price...very good value.We thoughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Reception staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Great start to holiday. The room and bed were very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the location if going to league/rugby games, as short walk away through the gardens. Our one criticism was the shower was difficult to regulate the hot water.

Room was modern and clean with excellent service. Hotel was close to tram line, restaurants and convenience store. Would highly recommend the Bayview Eden on Queens Road

The Bayview Eden is in a great location. Only ten minutes from the main downtown shopping areas by tram (streecar). The Tram is very reasonable, half the daily rate for all day Sunday and a very reasonable charge for all day on weekdays and Saturday. The Tram is only two blocks from the hotel and will take you just about anywhere you want to go in Melbourne. […] Tickets can be bought at the hotel desk or at a 7 Eleven Convenience store that is also two blocks from the hotel, all well within walking distance. If you have any questions, just ask the Concierge. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly. Do not hesitate to ask them any questions. They were great! The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable and my room was very clean with plenty of room. Room was equipped with a large bathroom and had an in room refeigerator.as well as other amenities. A Subway and McDonalds is only two blocks away if you want to eat fairly inexpensively. Looked like a couple of other Cafes were in the immediate area but did not eat at any of them. Breakfast at the hotel is very good but a bit expensive for a full hot buffet breakfast. Should try it at least once as I have said, it is very good with the buffet offering a variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Otherwise, take a quick 10 minute trip downtown on the Tram and you will find a never ending variety of places to eat at. When going downtown, don't miss the FREE touist bus that you can catch by the Arts Center or in front of St. Paul's Cathedral. Both right close to the main stopping point for the Tram before entering Swanston Street, one of the main drags downtown. Look for the the Red and White Free Tourist bus sign. Buses come about once eery 20 minutes at each stop and there are 13 different places around Melbourne where the bus stops for various sights to see. Friendly and helpful staff and a nice change from other hotels.

The staff at the hotel, from reception to housekeeping and kitchen staff were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. No request was too much of an effort. They were available at all hours of the day and night, and exceeded my expectations in all areas. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

While we were at the hotel it was fine, the room was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location wasn't as central as I had believed it was but free parking was a big bonus. The halls had a old musty smell to them. The big let down for this hotel for me was returning home to find a large mini bar bill when we didn't even touch anything […] in it! The bill was not itemized either making it even more frustrating. I have emailed the hotel for an itemized bill and have had no response whatsoever which is not very professional or helpful. We usually stay at Eden on the Park because they offer great deals. the rooms are always clean, comfy and welcoming. The staff are very good. the last room we stayed in wdid n't have the usual nice view but then we didn't specify that and it is not a big issue.
