The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are good, the location is close to downtown. If the quality of the service could be improved, it would be great value. We found the check in person to be disinterested and a little grumpy, so our stay didn't get off to a great start. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool, and when I rang reception […] at midnight to ask them to turn off the sound system in the pool area (closed since 10pm) I was told that only engineering could do that and that they had gone home. When I told the person on reception that that was unacceptable, it seems the message got through. In 5 minutes the sound was turned off. It's little things that make a difference and unfortunately this hotel didin't seem willing to go that extra mile. The bar tender was happy and friendly, but be warned - the bar prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the bar. 더 보기

This was by far hands down THE worst hotel I have eer stayed in. They had a fraternity reunion at this hotel. The partying and loud music went on late into the night and early morning. Loud music blaring at all hours of the night. Crowds of college kids hanging around the doors to the entrance smoking and drinking. Most were walking around barefoot […] and walking back and forth thru the lobby from the pool and hot tub creating a filthy mess on the floors. The stench was nauseating. The stale odors of this place were disgusting. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Should have stayed at the Hilton Anatole. 더 보기

We stayed there on a layover between a ski vacation and driving home. It happened to be New Years Eve night, so we called a taxi and they took us to the Westend, where we found some great places to bring in the New Year!

we have been staying at Hilton Garden Inn -Market in Dallas for about one year. each time we have had a great stay, but this past week we were not completely satisfied. very loud neighbors, beds too small(not appear to be gueens as requested) night manager very rude when asked questions!! will stay again ,but last chance!

The facility was very clean and quiet, even though right next to the interstate. Smoking rooms were offered for a reservation, and being a smoker, I reserved one. There is no smoking permitted at this hotel, and the front desk clerk was slightly surly about it. The heating and A/C control for the room was very user unfriendly. Great location, friendly staff!!

I stayed at this hotel with my 2 yr child for one night. I was not very pleased with my stay. While the room was ok other issues left more to be desired. The set-up of the hotel is not convenient if you have a lot of bags. The only elevator is in the middle of the hotel and it is not very easy to get to.There are only two entrances (front and back). […] The main parking was full so I was forced to park in the back of the hotel. I was a little uncomfortable because there were very few cars back there. I felt like I could get mugged at any minute. There was also a lot of construction going on so there was equpment everywhere. But what was really upsetting was the when I got to my floor there was an odor like a broken sewage line. I also noticed dirty sheets in the stairwell which was a safety hazard had a fire broke out. We ate breakfast the next day and I thought it was complimentary but it I had to pay. The food was decent but I'm sure we could have found better for the price. This hotel is very clean and quite.

The staff was helpful.

We had a vehicle broken into while staying at this hotel. When the police arrived, they indicated this was a common occurence for this hotel. There were not any security cameras on the exterior to discourage theft. The theft happened between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. There was an additional vehicle broken into after lunch and another whose tire was tampered […] with. The neighborhood did not appear to be anything to be concerned about, but I would think twice about staying there in the future. 더 보기

I've stayed here a few times while working at the Infomart. The hotel rooms have always been clean but are starting to show their age. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast used to be included (I think Hotels.com shows that it is) but the breakfast buffet is no longer included. The only thing that really annoyed me this last […] trip was that the air conditioner drips water from the ceiling in the bathroom into the tub below by design. I kept hearing the dripping noise and found it slightly distracting. I think this solution is cutting corners a little too far. I normally leave very positive reviews for hotels. However, I was truly disappointed with my stay at this site. In my opinion, the term that best describes it is disorganized. The management and staff do not communicate arrangements that have been made with customers. You have to pay $10 for the breakfast buffet, but it is not properly monitored. As […] a result, many customers did not pay or (in my case) were overcharged. In addition, the servers had bad attitudes, loudly expressed their frustrations with management, and accidentally knocked over our trays TWICE. The rooms smelled like boiled eggs and was outdated. Also, I was also alarmed by the prostitute offering services in the front lobby. The most irritating encounter occurred when the front desk clerk overcharged my debit card by placing an additional $150 hold on my card. She then tried to blame the charges on the night auditor. Regardless, no one did anything to resolve the matter. It was not released for almost a week and interfered with the graduation expenses that I needed to cover for that weekend. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE. It truly devalued the Hilton reputation and served as a very unpleasant experience. 더 보기

The hotel served our purpose with a 3 day meeting across the street at the Anatole and the price compared to the Anatole was well worth it. The only comment is that for Breakfast they only had a $10.99 buffet which was quite limited in food choices. Normally the breakfast bar is free at a lot of regular hotels. There were not any other restaurants in […] the general area as an alternative. Otherwise the accomodations and amenities were great. The Hilton Garden Inn on Stemmons Freeway has the best front desk staff. From check in thru check out time this front desk service was excellent. They not only made me feel welcome and important, I watched as they greeted other guest with the same warm, friendly service they had given me. Truly an impressive staff and manager. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the event I was attending. It is located in an excellent neighborhood and close to downtown. The hotel was extremely clean. However, the customer service was not good. I paid for a room with two queen beds online and upon arriving at 5PM (check in began at 3PM) was informed that all double bed rooms were […] sold out, as were the king suites with a couch. The hotel offered to find us another room at another hotel but the concert began at 7PM and we needed to get ready to leave. We were given a room with one king bed. The room was nice but the air conditioner was not working properly. We called and maintenance came to fix it. It stopped working again during the night and the room was extremely hot. There was nothing we could do because the hotel was fully booked for that night. I recommend that anyone who stays at this hotel arrive at 3PM on the dot so you hopefuly get the room you booked. 더 보기

My stay was ok with nothing special to report. I was first assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned and smelled terrible. Fortunately, they changed my room immediately. I was disappointed there wasn't a complimentary breakfast provided and the rooms/hotel feels very outdated. I was comfortable for a four night stay, but will not be returning.

When I walked into my room it reeked of smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I was there two nights and did not sleep well partly due to the stinky room. My clothes smelled like smoke just from being in the room and people commented on this. I thought that because this was a Hilton that it would be nicer. I will not stay there again.

This hotel was very close to Midevil Times and we asked for a shuttle there. They asked what time and set it up. Super friendly. The cookies they set out were warm and wonderful. The only drawback was that they did not keep the hallway we were on picked up. The same glasses, pizza box, etc were in the hall when we arrived at approx 4 pm and were still […] there at 8:30 the next morning when we left. 더 보기

Super friendly staff let me check in very early. Gym and pool are excellent. Front desk staff was helpful throughout my stay. One issue, though, was that my nonsmoking room seemed to be adjoining a smoking room and the smell came through

I don't think it's outrageous to charge for breakfast. But, I do feel like there should be some sort of complimentary food for those who've had a long night of being out on the town. Just a little something to get them moving along on the rough day and week they have ahead. after a day of gun show, sam moon and dinner at a longtime favorite resturant we were ready to relax and sleep. our room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. the king bed slept very well. shower temp and flow right on the mark. 2 minor drawbacks, no cont. breakfast and our toilet flushed a little funky.
