Traveling with our 90 year old mother we asked for a room change to the first floor, we received it to room 144, upon interning the room an unpleasant odor met us. ( well just and older hotel) Then we found former dirty linens from a former tenant by the bed. the Toilet had urine on the seat and toilet bowl. the bathroom floor had body hair in the corners, […] and the tub outside wall need a cleaning. Mom was to tired to make a move we found the beds clean and comfortable. the next morning we shared our concern with management and got a full refund. sad but thanks 더 보기

Overall very satisfied. We stayed only one night on our drive to Orlando. It was about 5 miles from the main interstate that takes you toward FL but the rooms were clean although small and loved the continental breakfast. Nice variety. 4-15-2012

Non smoking room smelled badly of smoke. Cigarette burns on toilet and tub. Tub was awful would not wash my children in it. Had to kill spider in bathroom. Very noisy. Could see light all the way around the door.

The only nice thing I can say is that it had a decent free breakfast. Our room was nasty. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled of smoke. Everything was worn and the bath area looked dirty. I would not recommend this hotel nor stay at a LaQuinta again.

The tub was so black you need bleach to clean it!

This was a good hotel. It was located right off the freeway by plenty of restaurants and shopping. I thought the floors were a bit dirty, especially the tiled area in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly.

I would not have stayed here longer than one night. I called the hotel before booking and they said they had a hot breakfast with bacon and eggs. They only had waffles, bagels, and cereal, and not much. We had to stop somewhere for breakfast. The hotel room was clean, except we found a very large dead bug under the counter. This is a good place to stay […] IF you get a good price. Make sure to book ahead of time; when we stayed it was full and we would not have gotten a room if we had not made a reservation in advance. 더 보기

Easy acsess. Clean and comfortable. Good dining close by. Good continental breakfast. All around good vaue!

The room was nice and clean but the rug was thin and stained. The desk clerks allowed my wife to leave her leftover food in their refrigerator during the day since we had reservations at a nearby motel the next night. Great service!

i guess i'd stay here again, but if i could get a comparable price for something nicer, i'd change. it was an overnight stay on a longer trip up i-75, and for that purpose i guess it was okay. it's an older property, with outside entrances. it shows its age....breakfast was typical of the low budget chains.. which is pretty bad. if all you need is […] a pretty decent mattress, a tv and a shower, take it. if you want a few more creature comforts, look for them elsewhere. 더 보기

It was a nice stay. There was nothing really bad or nothing was outstanding. I think its a little over priced for the standard of the room and location. It had a nice HDTV 32 with really good reception and FREE WFI. The room was clean, but had one little spot on the sheets (which we got changed) The bathtub was clean, but had a tough time turning […] off the water after a shower. The room was small like a microtel. The staff was GREAT. They helped us with directions and very friendly. Ashley, checked us in quickly with no hold ups. She actually stopped everything she was doing to help us. (which sometimes is rare when checking into a hotel) Breakfast was good. Waffles, toast, hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, coffee and hot tea. Overall pretty good. We would stay again, but only for a lower price. This appeared to be an older motel that had been remodeled. The room was small, but that can be expected with a single bed room. The carpet, bed, furniture, and bathroom all were nice and new. TV was a new HD flatscreen, albeit with only 15 channels. Convenient location to highway and lots of restaurants too. My only complaint was you can hear everything […] going on in the rooms next to you if they're occupied. I rented a room for a job interview after driving all day. The people in the next room kept their TV at full blast all day which I could hear clear as can be. The walls must be really thin because I could even hear them talking clearly and they didn't even seem to be talking loudly. Then to top it off I could hear them having sex all hours of the night. Really convenient when you've been driving all day and just want to rest for an important interview the next morning. 더 보기

The Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a little on the skimpy side.

We only stayed for one night. It was clean and the location was great. The beds were super comfy and i and my family got a great nights sleep after a full day of fun!

The overall hotel experience was good, however the bathtub was dirty!

Although the rooms are very nicely updated and comfortable, please note there is NO elevator to reach the second floor. A real inconvenience should your room be on the 2nd floor and you've got multiple bags. Definetly a workout. Some of the smaller issues.......no liners in trash cans in room. The bathtub appeared dirty although I'm sure it was clean. […] Just stained with years of use. So it's no so appealing. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the maidservice. They were very helpful and answered and fullfilled every request we had. On my next stay in Chattanooga, I'll probably not stay here in large part because of the incovenience of the 2nd floor rooms. Also the breakfast served in the a.m. in the lobby was a little underwhelming to other La Quinta's I've stayed in. The rate was very good, but, in hindsight you get what you pay for. 더 보기

Good value - clean rooms - comfy beds - friendly staff. Breakfast was very good - fresh and great variety but seating was limited as it is situated in the lobby right by the front desk. Pool area looked very nice but the weather was way too cold to take advantage of it.

I was attending a weekend business meeting in downtown Chattanooga and was extremely pleased with the La Quinta's convenience, cleanliness and price. If there is a better value in the area, it's well hidden. I definitely recommend this property--even the breakfast was done well.

If you are okay with mediocrity -- somewhat cleaned bathrooms, scratchy towels and chipped paint -- then sure, its okay. I just wasn't satisfied but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had to go out of town on Christmas for the first time in my life and my 2 small pets had to go with me. I always stay at a LaQuinta because they accept pets but never again at this one. When we checked in we was asked if we had pets and I said yes so they made me sign a paper that if my dogs barked over excessively I would be asked to leave. Then […] she proceeded to put us in a room at the back of the hotel. The hotel was not booked at all but for some reason we was treated like a outcast due to my small dogs. I am a responsible pet parent so I control my dogs barking and I also clean up after my dogs. When we took our dogs out to do their business there was no place to take them. We finally saw 2 island like areas with grass. Well it was dark and we was trying to get the dogs to go in the grass they would not even leave the concrete. We could not figure out what was going on. Then we finally saw what it was. There was so much dog waste in the 2 islands that there was not one spot to even walk without stepping in it. My question is if you are going to carry your pets with you on trips why not pick up the waste. As far as LaQuinta why did they not have someone to clean up the area because you would have thought they way we was treated at the front desk that the place was in immaculate condition. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas and stores. Public transportation is close Wireless internet was very good.

Room was ok, but the mattress' were sagging to the center. Bathroom was fairly clean, vanity & sink area could use a good wipe down. Overall, it wasn't a Comfort Suite or HI exp. or a Hampton, but for the price it was ok.

I recently stayed at this property and was greeted very warmly and sincerely by Ashley at check-in. I have stayed at this property many times over the years as it is a regular stop on my trips. I have stayed at other property's at this exit but have been staying with La Quinta exclusively for the past 2 years as it has everything you need at a great […] price. The hotel is old but they do a good job of updating. I do wish they would get the curved shower curtain rods and better towels though. 더 보기

The staff was fine. The condition of our room, #248 was not good. The carpet was sticky and dirty. The upholstered chair we had had a large stain on the seat. The darkening curtains was filled with holes.

Cleanest, friendliest cheap hotel I've stayed in. You can't walk to anything from here but it's easy to get onto the expressway. Very clean. Staff was nice.

Upgraded linens: down-style comforters and good sheets, pillowtop mattress. Busy weekend but very accommodating service by staff. Could use more areas for dog walking, but not bad. Annoying speed bumps on way in past Staybridge. Good restaurant choices (Steak n Shake! and lots of sit-downs) plus right on I-75. Major bummer: no ESPN in the rooms on the […] night of the LSU/Alabama game. Major plus: great TV screensaver with relaxing ocean sounds. 더 보기

We had a great stay. Great Location, Hotel staff very accomadating. Provided early check inn. Bedding was clean & comfortable. Wil stay there again. Outdoor Pool looked great, however weather was to cold to enjoy. late Oct stay.

Friendly helpful staff, one of the best breakfast meals we've had on the road. Would stay again. Pizza was delivered from Papa Johns in less than 15 minutes.

Passing through and needed a place to stay for one night. Fit the bill as a quiet nice place. Great plus is there were about 60 restaurants within a couple of miles
