유니온스퀘어에 가까워 위치는 좋았지만, 전객실 Wi-Fi 라는 말이 무색할 정도로 신호가 잡히지 않았다. 로비 한귀퉁이와 복도에서만 무선인터넷이 될 뿐, 객실안에서는 무선인터넷이 되지 않았다. 그것만 제외하면 무난한 비즈니스 호텔로 그럭저럭 지낼만했다.

이 호텔은 정말 좋습니다! 저희는 정말 잘 대접받았고 모든 요청 사항을 적절한 시간에 전문성 있게 다루어 주었습니다. 만약 시내 중심가와 가까운 위치를 찾고 계시다면 이 곳 입니다. 차이나타운 정문에서 1블록 떨어져 있고 리틀 이태리는 걸어서 15분 걸리며 마켓 스트리트까지는 1분이 걸립니다. 전체적으로 모든 편의 시설까지 가는데 정말 좋은 위치에 있으며 믿을 수 있는 훌륭한 직원들이 있습니다.

이 호텔은 고속 통근 철도(바트) 역까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리 내에 있으며 정말 멋진 레스토랑과 쇼핑센터 등까지 합리적으로 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 로비는 아름답고 객실은 장식이 잘 되어 있습니다. 저희 객실은 제가 일반적으로 예상했던 것보다 더 작았습니다. 화장실도 그랬습니다. 하지만 모든 것이 깨끗했습니다. 이른 아침 노숙자 들이 소리치는 소리, 쓰레기 차 소리를 포함하여 소음이 있었습니다. 하지만 전체적으로 호텔은 정말 좋은 선택이었습니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 적절한 위치가 있었다.직원은 친근하고 유익했다.방은 너무 작고 침실은 너무 조그만했다. 전기면도기, 전기칫솔 등을 제외하고 진열 공간이 없었다.킹사이즈침대는 매우 편안하고 베개는 깨끗했다.호텔은 오래되었지만 깨끗했다.

나와 교류한 모든 직원들은 따뜻하고 친근하고 친절했다.호텔은 훌륭한 위치에 있었지만 아름다운 로비와 안락한 객실이 있었다.(직원들은 진짜로 서 있었다.)체육관은 매우 작고 친근하진 않았지만 모퉁이를 돌면 나오는 24시간 피트니스 센터가 쉽고 편리했다.

샌프란시스코에서 즐거운 이른 겨울휴가를 보냈다.조이드비브르 호텔체인의 팬으로써 호텔닷컴에서 합리적인 가격 옵션을 보고 감격했다.중심지에 위치했고 매력적이며 물론 조이드비브르의 고객서비스는 설명 그 이상의 것이었다.조만간 다시 방문할 예정이다!호텔닷컴에서 이러한 옵션을 봐서 기쁘다.

A nice boutique hotel in the City for the price. I would stay here again if traveling alone on business, but it might be a little too tight for two people. Perfect location, decent amenities and they even offer wine everyday in their swanky lobby between 5:30-6:30pm.

The only thing I can be negative about was the hotel room looked out on a wall with an alley below. That alley was quite noisy with delivery trucks, garbage trucks, etc. however, the room price was good and maybe that is just where they have the cheaper rooms. I stayed here with my friends for my 21st birthday. Walking in, the lobby is really nice. we loved the fact there is a free wine hour! We mentioned to the girl at the front desk we were visiting for my birthday. After coming back from dinner, we got a knock on our door, and it was the girl from the front desk. She brought us a present! It was a birthday […] bag filled with snacks and a card wishing a happy birthday. It was the sweetest thing! We had a great time, and in the morning we got to drink our coffee on the 3rd floor outside garden. I am planning on staying here for my future trips to the city. The location is perfect and the staff is great - they were extremely polite and helpful. The down side is the rooms. They are tiny and not very comfortable. Making matters worse was the noise. The walls are paper thin and you can easily hear when anyone is in the hallway. Overall, not a bad option but there are better hotels in the area.

We were told this was a remodeled room, however the bathroom is small; no place to put your toiletries unless you move hotel amenities (extra paper, kleenex) from the toilet tank behind the bowl. Sink sides and back are not large enough to place personal items of 2 adults - a shelf would be so helpful. No hook for your used towel which you are encouraged […] to reuse but again, one person's towel over the shower top and the other towels will go over a chair back at the desk. Bed is very firm; thought it would be ok but it is not a pillowtop; there is no cushioning and I had difficulty sleeping. Another person might find it ok, but it was not luxurious. Noise level from outside is very high throughout the night (not to mention garbage trucks - that's an experience!) Great location if you are here to see the sights. Union Square, Ferry Building, cable car, China Town, all within walking distance. Hotel is older, but elegant. Very nice wine reception every evening.

very good location, easy to get in or out driving, good size rooms, good price. Only problems to get your car each time you need it, you can call them even 20 mins before leaving and they will keep you wait.

The hotel has been renovated tastefully. The location is convenient, especially since the city has Bart, street cars and buses that go everywhere. The staff could not have been nicer and more pleasant. However, they could be more knowledgeable, but they are willing to try.

It was a great stay overall - very attentive staff, and a really lovely hotel. The only problem was the construction during business hours. We stayed over Presidents' Weekend and the construction started at 730 am on our floor that Monday. When we called the front desk, they said that it was "soft construction"- but unfortunately soft construction consisted […] of scraping paint or wallpaper off of walls and not at all conducive to sleeping in! Hotel was so nice. Room clean, quiet, bed comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasantly decorated. Walking distance to cable cars, Union Square shopping, Chinatown and other neighborhoods. We stayed here because we were touring The Academy of Arts University, which was very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a friendly, comfortable mid-sized hotel with a great downtown SF location. Big enough to provide 24 hour help and attention if required; small enough to feel at home in the cozy lobby. Excellent service from staff, especially concierge/valet guys. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel was great. Located in the heart of the financial district walking distance from the China Town and much of what SF has to offer. Needed to spend a Saturday night in the city and picked Galleria Park for location and amenities. We had a high floor room so street noise was absent. Comfy furniture in the lobby and a fireplace was a welcome sight at the end of a late night.
