It's okay. Odd odor in the lobby and room, perhaps a sewage problem.

Great location to the airport,rooms are abit old and the bed was very worn out.

Wichita is not my favourite place to be, between the confusing road system and the rain this time of year, but staying at the Clarion was definitely the highlight of the area. It was extremely clean and comfortable. I felt welcomed by the really nice staff and was a neat little haven to stay the night after a long day of driving. This hotel was very spacious and clean. It wasn't the newest place in town, but still very well kept. I actually booked a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa, needing room for six people. We were pleasantly suprised when we walked in to find out the sofa bed was actually in an adjoining room so we ended up with 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, 2 t.v.s […] It was great! Great pool and outdoor space as well. My only concern about this hotel was the location. Not a bad neighborhood, just located right next to a few bars, so it had some traffic late at night, but we honestly wouldn't have even noticed had we not been at a late movie and gotten back to the hotel late. 더 보기

Bathroom door knob, fell off, had to partially put it on to use the room. Floor was not vaccumed well. The electrical socket behind the bed stand was out of wall, had to find another location to plug in my CPAP machine for the evening. The breakfast was horrible, the batter for waffles had set so long it was starting to rise in the cups, the sausage […] patties were over cooked, and very difficult to cut, the gravy was pasty. Not a nice attitude at the front counter when we checked in, the 2 young ladies at the counter were snotty, rude, and difficult to get answers from. As a totally disabled veteran, with a left leg amputation and heart condition from Agent Orange in Viet Nam, I have som difficulty with stairs and long corridors, and had asked for a ground floor room, close to desk, was placed on the second floor, down a long hall, and was told by the desk ladies, take the stairs. Need to be told on arrival that there is only one elevator in the lobby.

Not a good experience. The Hotel front desk staff were not too friendly, and did not seem to know what they were doing. The main reason I chose this hotel over the others on the website was because they advertised a shuttle service from the hotel. We went to see a concert and did not want to have to worry about driving and parking. We went to arrange […] the shuttle and the time for pick up and were told, we dont know if we will be able to give you a ride,it depends on staff. We were then told, that was incorrect information. We set up the time for the shuttle ride and half an hour before we were to leave we were told, that hotel policy changed they could not give us a ride here is a number for a cab. We decided to go ahead and call for a cab which took about 45 minutes to get there and by the time we got into the concert the first band was starting. We spent $40 on cab fare due to this. This was disapointing because we drove for 9 hours to see this concer for my daughters 17th birthday and celebration of her graduating from High School and getting into college. I have also stayed in Clarions before and the rooms have all been much nicer. 더 보기

While the hotel was nice but didnt offer wifi connections. One of the mattresses was broken and if you sat in one particular spot, you sank pretty far down in the mattress. Other than that, the stay was nice.

VERY comfy room with a bed that wraps you in softness! Great for me, but a little too soft for spouse. Could have used a few more easily accessible outlets to charge electronics. Was so looking forward to a good breakfast, but our flight left before they started serving. Free shuttle was tops. Thanks for a good night.

This hotel needs a management team that will actually make sure that it looks presentable to guests. I don't beleive the carpets had been swept all week. Needs a good cleaning! As other guests have written the halls and common areas were uncomfortably warm. This hotel also tends to pull in a pretty noisy clientele is what we witnessed. Another minor […] inconvenience was the numbering system of the rooms, it just didn't make sense, and if the front desk clerk hadn't pulled out a map and showed us where to go, it would have taken a lot longer to find. Over-priced for the older hotel. Yes room was clean and comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. No microwave in room and the coffee had a funny taste because the coffee was probably new. A very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel facility and the room were fine. I read in another review that the hallways were hot, but didn't fully understand what that meant until I got there. With the exception of the office and that immediate area, it seemed like there was no AC in the hotel hallways. July in Wichita means it was over 100 degrees, so it was stifling to go outside […] the room, which had a separate AC and was fine. We stayed at this hotel after attending a concert at a nearby venue, so we didn't even get there until after 10:30 p.m. and it was still very hot. This included the restaurant where they served breafast in the morning. The food and service there were great, but even by about 9 a.m., it was just too hot to stay there very long. Another reviewer complaned about the place being noisey, and while it's true this hotel borders the airport with a highway on the other side, this wasn't a problem for us in a room facing the inner courtyard around the pool. The other reviewer also mentioned nearby train tracks, which I never heard or noticed at all. I think If I'd known beforehand that there were so many mom-and-pop hotels in the immediate vaciinity along Kellogg Drive that did not show up on the hotel reservation websites, I might have waited and done something differently just because they may have been less expensive, but I'd certainly consider staying here again. 더 보기

EXCEEDED my expectations!! The friendly staff really made me feel welcome. The Hotel has been refurbished; room was clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent; the server, Beverly, was so helpful, that I tipped her. Nice experience overall at reasonable price!!

Room smelled bad, carpet was wet, staff reported this has happened several times. We left one day early because it was so bad
