We got a very good deal here for the first week of January. Staff were very friendly and lobby had good internet access and printer - useful for bus/ train timetables. Though not quite as grand as the Tivoli in the Palacio de Seteais up the road, it was perfectly located for the village, buses and trains for the local sights and to access the coast […] and Lisbon. 더 보기

While this is not a luxury hotel, it was maintained nicely, the staff was very friendly and responsive, the rooms were clean though simply furnished, and the location was great---all for a very reasonable price. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service were both good--the ambiance could have been improved a little by turning down some of the […] lighting. 더 보기

I would agree with other reviewers that the outside of the building is in need of decoration but everything else about this hotel was great. The furninshings are shabby chic, but this just adds to the charm. We booked a village view but were put in a valley view room and the views were stunning. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and always pleasant. […] The location was fantastic, we parked the car outside the hotel on arrival and didnt move it until we left. Public transport is easy to use and we also did a lot of walking. The breakfast spread was great, plenty of choice and the views from the restaurant added to the enjoyment.Room was clean and comfortable. Definately would recommend this hotel to others. 더 보기

Location was superb! Huge negative, however, was the mattress. The bed was full size, not queen, with a thin and hard mattress. After a day of sight seeing, we would like a good night's sleep...not possible on this hard, tiny bed!

Great location, good price, good service, great breakfast, dated rooms (carpet), very poor A/C).

Great stay in lovely Sintra, Tivoli is a lovely hotel with good staff, great views, we would hope to return. M&B Dublin.

This is not a 4 star hotel, but has a 5 star location, right across the street from the Grand Palace. The room was nothing special and rugs needed replacement. On the other hand the location of the hotel is perfect and my room had an incredible view of the valleys and the ocean. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Lobby and surrounding area looked […] better than the rooms, as is often the case. Great place to stay if you don't mind a 2 1/2 to 3 star room. The rooms have a seventies feel, but otherwise clean and charming. Cant beat the location across the street from the national palace. Parking right in front. Breakfast was great. Great views from the dining room. Overall, very nice.

This couldn't have been any better! Though we were expecting a "room", we were put in a beautiful suite!!! I was reluctant to ask at the front desk if there'd been a mistake or an upgrade...I was afraid they'd move us out! Such a treat! The location is across from the Nat'l Palace (the quiet street, not the busy one!), and around the corner from the […] Info office. The bus is nearby for transport to the train station and all of the palaces & tourist sites that are outside of the village. The restaurant was a disappointment. Compared to some of the small eateries around town, the price was on the high side so we had corresponding high expectations. Unfortunately, a very large loud (hard-drinking) group were also dining, and the two waiters were unorganized with the handling of the other tables. Oh, well... Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and stunning views.

Nice inside, great location but dont be put off by the fact that the outside could do with a repaint. Rooms are adequate and it's a great base to explore from.

Este hotel não merece 4 estrelas. Nem tinta nas paredes exteriores tem!!!! a limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. TV? apenas canais quase pré-históricos. Enfim, não volto e não recomendo.

Procedimentos inadequados, surpresas desagradáveis !!!

Apesar da boa localização, o hotel precisa urgentemente de reformas.

o hotel tem otima localizacao, quarto grande e confortavel e estacionamento gratuito.

precisa somente de uma pequena renovacao

Très bon hotel, la façade est à repeindre mais l'intérieur de l'hotel est en excellent état. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Le personnel est agréable. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus, il vaut cependant son prix ! Vraiment exceptionnel avec là encore une vue imprenable.

Aunque quiza se le cae una estrella de las 4, está inmejorablemente situado en todo el Centro y con unas buenas vistas. Calidad precio correcto

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Von aussen sehr heruntergekommen, schöne Lobby, aber alte und miefige Zimmer. Für ein Tivoli (haben mehrere in Portugal besucht) sehr enttäuschend. Zudem sehr teuer, das liegt aber an der guten Lage in Mitten der Altstadt von Sintra. Das Personal an der Reception war wenig interessiert, uns Restauranttipps zu […] geben und verwies auf das hauseigene Restaurant. Für Tipps in der Umgebung sandte man uns zur Touristeninfo, welche aber längst geschlossen war. Ausserdem bekamen wir zuerst ein Raucherzimmer, für ein Nichtraucherzimmer hätten wir einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Nach einigen Diskussionen hat man uns dann aber trotzdem (wie gebucht) ein Nichtraucherzimmer gegeben. Kostenloses Parken in der Garage möglch (Platz sehr begrenzt), gratis WiFi in der Lobby, aber nicht auf den Zimmern. 더 보기

Encuentro que es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. Además no debemos olvidar que aunque la localización es muy buena, no dispone de suficientes plazas de aparcamiento; por lo que algunas veces teníamos que volvernos locos para encontrar aparcamiento, y claro luego volver andando al coche. Creo que ganarían clientes si por el precio que cobran, ofrecieran […] el desayuno. 더 보기

Angenehmes Hotel, unspektakulär aber gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, das Zimmer sauber und gross, mit Balkon. Bar+Restaurant mit Abendsonne und Blick auf's Meer. Gutes Essen. Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt gleich gegenüber der Kirche.

Hotel bem localizado para o deslocamento (á pé ou de onibus) para todas as atrações históricas da cidade.

Hotellet ligger i det historiske senter av Sintra - rett ved Palacio de Sintra som er tidligere tiders kongers sommerresidens. Det svært mange turister der på dagen da det arrangeres bussturer dit fra flere steder i det sørlige Portugal. Det er bedre om kvelden når de fleste dagsturistene har forlatt området. Flere gode restauranter, men relativt høye […] priser til å være såpass langt fra storbyer. Selve hotellet er OK - med hyggelig betjening, men virker litt gammeldags og ikke helt nyoppusset. En gammel TV med svært dårlige bilder forsterket dette inntrykket, men vi var ikke kommet for å se på TV så det var greitt. Kan anbefales. 더 보기

La relación calidad-precio me pareció muy buena. El desayuno buffet, genial, y con unas vistas estupendas, al igual que la terraza de la habitación. En general, muy bien. Sin quejas. Si acaso, que pondría almohadas más grandes. Pero vamos, la cama, supercómoda.
