Great customer service from hotel staff.

It is a lovely hotel. We were very pleased and comfortable. We even checked in what is normally an early time. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the LOEWS' staff. They were all very professional. Treated everyone the same. They all remembered your name! All the time... I highly recommend the stay. Tiffany in the bar and Francisco in Restaurant were great! Thanks...

The staff at this hotel know customer service! Always helpful and courteous. The room was clean and modern, although a bit noisy at night. The surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired..a little sketchy. I would not feel safe walking in the area alone.

We had a fabulous time at Loews. The service was excellent and they even brought a small fridge to our room to use. The staff was outstanding. Tiffany the bartender was GREAT and the food was terrific. Though slightly out of town, this place is a GEM.

Loews Denver proved a good choice. The service Was excellent. The breakfasts were first class and the hotel was quiet. We will stay there again,

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was fantastic-we were greeted each time we came and went and our requests were fulfilled immediately. The beds were comfy and clean. We would stay here again with our two toddlers. Great experience!

Hotel was not in the best area of town and the overall condition of the hotel felt tired.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. The bathroom was clean and I felt extremely comfortable in the room. Although we didn't require much staff assistance, they were very friendly and accommodating when we would walk in and out. I will definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and staff was wonderful, even helped with a phone call to find a restaurant. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Great not to have to pay for parking and deal with downtown traffic, except when we wanted.

The staff was friendly - the room was clean and very comfortable and they didn't charge extra for parking! Great value and I'd definately stay again.

The hotel is nice but the front desk staff is a mess. The communication and service is a terriable. I will never refer any of my employee's again. They tell you they will resolve your issue but they never do, I have to call them more to resolve the issues then I have ever had to with any other hotel and I travel every week. STAY AWAY!!!!

Fantastic!

This hotel is not any nicer than a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn. You could stay right down the street at the Hilton and get better amenities for less money. This is NOT a luxury hotel, but simply just another chain. We were not overly impressed. There was not hot water in the shower! It was warm water and ran out quickly. LAME. I stay at this hotel often, I have always been pleased with the room, service, and frienly staff

This hotel was so lovely. The bedding was wonderful, luxurious and I had a wonderful night's sleep. Please pass my comments on to the hotel. We also ate dinner in the restaurant there and it was delicious. A very wonderful experience allover.

Everything was great minus their complimentary shuttle service that seemed to always be somewhere else and when you ask for an ETA...they were off by 15-30 minutes which left us to using taxis.....

The hotel and staff are excellent. However, I find it hard to believe that in this day and age, for the business traveller to use wireless internet in one's room requires one to hope that the free Wi-Fi signal in the lobby will stay consistent enough OR for one to pay $11/day for room internet. From the moment we arrived the staff was nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was spotless. Go to Mings chinese restaurant just acrss the street and is within walking distance. Take advantage of compliemnatary valet and car service. AWESOME!

Very enjoyable staff, professional helpful staff, I've stayed in a couple of sub par places in Denver and in comparison this stay was delightful.

The best part about this hotel was the bed. We had driven a very long time & we melted into the very comfy VERY clean bed. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. I didn't appreciate being forced to use bell service or having to call multiple times to get something from the maid service, but the room was very clean & comfortable. It is right on the edge […] of Cheery Creak & close to I 25. However it is kind of a distance to the stadium & if you turn right out of the parking lot you end up in a shady neighborhood. 더 보기

despite my arrival being 24 hrs late (flight problem), the hotel staff adjusted the booking and make me feel welcome. My thanks to all Loews Denver Hotel reception staff on Jan 6th.

The hotel was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent for breakfast. We really enjoyed ourselves. The room was quiet and overall nicely appointed and roomy. The bed was great and the shower was fine.

We had an amazing stay here at the Loews Hotel in Denver. We got an unbelievably low price for such an upscale hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was incredibly nice even at the late hour we checked in. Great room and great views!

If you need to be out in the Glendale area (Cherry Creek), this is a good option. The only problem to note was the resturaunt had a fire some months ago and is not yet back on line.

Very friendly staff. Very confortable room. Ask for a mountain view. Great location if you need access to I25 or cherry creek. Will definitely go back. Had appetizers at the bar that were amazing!!!!

Lowes was a great value and wonderfully comfortable hotel. I will definitely be a guest again and again.

Lovely old property. Great service, good restaurant. Don't miss the mussels with blue cheese.
