This is our second stay at this hotel because our first was so wonderful. Just minutes away from all the Phoenix downtown attractions. Light rail nearby. comfortable, spacious, two room suites have lots of amenities. Luxurious beds ensure a blissful night's sleep. Excellent buffet breakfast, our favorite, included with stay. Superb fine dining in the […] Hotel's Belvedere Restaurant. A professional and eager to please staff. Close to the airport, but you never hear an airplane. User ratings for this place were really high but I didn't really see why. The place was decent, kinda out dated, pretty clean, and pretty quiet. Free breakfast sucked. Food was terrible, coffee tasted nasty and one of the older guy waiter/staff was a jerk. I heard the supervisor talking to him later. Said something about how he can't do this or that. […] Whatever. The hotel is convient to the airport and to the light rail. Shuttle service was great and the breakfast was great.

We absolutely loved this hotel. This was one of the hotels we stayed in out of the 5 different ones spanning an 8 day trip! the room was modern, well kept and spotlessly clean. Beads were very comfy. When I booked the room I wasn't sure about the hotel for the price I paid. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was the best complimentary one we've ever had. THe location was great. Short distNce to both downtown Phoenix and Tempe by lightrail. I wpuld definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night prior to our flight out of Sky Harbor. This is clearly an "aiport services" neighborhood. No restaurant options beyond the hotel (except, I suppose, other hotel restaurants). One gas station/convenience store across the street. When we checked in around 4pm, there was a room service tray with dirty dishes outside the room, presumably […] left by the guest who had checked out that morning. I enjoyed my 6-day stay at the Doubletree Suites Hilton. My girlfriend and I shared a hotel suite. I slept on the pull-out sofabed in the livingroom and was able to sleep comfortably in it. The middle support of the frame can be felt but since I'm small in stature I wasn't pressing down on it so I wasn't bothered by it. Even though I would fold up the […] sofabed every morning, the housekeeping staff would redo the bedsheets of the sofabed when they came to tidy up the room. The Queen-sized bed was super comfortable and loaded with pillows. The fridge and microwave were very convenient in the kitchenette area. The shuttle bus was very convenient. Our driver was very friendly and gave us excellent tips on where to go and how to stay safe if we ventured on our own further east on Van Buren. The Chinese market in the nearby small shopping square had excellent prices on water and snacks. The hotel is in a very convenient location for traveling by car. We rented a car and was able to visit Mill Avenue in Tempe near Arizona State University (11 minute drive, no highways) and also downtown Scottsdale (15 minutes drive, no highways). It took us 7 minutes to get to the airport terminal and 15 minutes to get to the car rental return from the hotel. We had breakfast every morning at Belvedere Restaurant at the hotel. Weekdays breakfast ends an hour earlier than on weekends. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Full breakfast complete with fruit, yogurt, eggs, pancakes or waffles or french toast or biscuits depending on the day, toast, breakfast sausages, applesmoked bacon, breakfast potatoes and muffins. The coffee tasted good too! After breakfast we would hang out by the pool before we headed off to our swimming boot camp nearby. The pool area is very comfortable. The towel rack was restocked often which was very convenient. The complimentary wi-fi in our room and everywhere on hotel grounds was very much appreciated. This was a good place to stay close to the airport and served us well for what we needed. The full buffet breakfast was definitely a plus for staying here. The warm cookie at checkin was also nice. Pleasant weekend stay in a quiet comfortable suite near the pool. Complimentary Sunday morning breakfast was also a plus.

Close to airport, about 25 minutes to get to all things we were doing while in town for wedding, much lower cost than Scottsdale. Great hotel, breakfast buffet was good, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us while a couple family members were ill during the stay. The staff at this hotel was not as helpful as others in the area. We will go back to in the neighborhood as the staff at others were much more accommodating. The shuttle driver was the most disappointing.

The staff went above and beyond. I was very pleased with the service and the ease I had getting to the places I needed to go.

Our recent stay was very good and the breakfast incl. was an extra, however the staff did not tell us that the time chages for seving between Weekdays and Weekends, so we missed out .I suggest, that you inform your guests of this!

Stayed 3 nights. Free breakfast was great!! Almost like Embassy Suites. Only one minor issue. the day of the rock n roll marathon, needed a couple of spoons, went to the lobby, night mgr says, umm no plastic spoons. If that was me, I would have gone and given the customer silverware but i would have never said "we don't have any plastic spoons" again […] not a big deal, i managed. Overall very nice place. 더 보기

The room smelled a bit like moisture and smoke and the AC didn't work. We were located on the 4th floor and it was hot in the room even with the windows open. I called for maintainance and I was told that they had left for the day (@6pm) and that the best that could be done was a fan provided for in the window. I had to talk to several staff members […] before they finally moved us to a different room. The second room was cleaner and didn't smell. 더 보기

We've stayed at a hotel right down the road that was more expensive and not as nice as this place was. The room was large quiet and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was very friendly. the grounds were very secure, and we never had a problem finding a parking spot fairly close to our room. payed for 3 people , sofa bed was the MOST uncomfortable that i have ever slept on (well layed on it could not sleep at all) the so called mattress needs to be trown away. The regular bed was great. would not recomend for more than 2 people in a room

This is one of the nicer airport hotels I've stayed in. Staff were prompt, polite, efficient. The warm cookie at check-in is a really nice touch. The courtyard was lovely, and the business centre handy to print boarding passes for flights (included in my rate). Shuttle was quick and the driver was friendly. The room was very large and the bed was super […] comfortable - being so near the airport I also found it surprisingly quiet. The only negative was that the bathroom walls and ceilings needed some renovating/updating as they were starting to show signs of wear & tear, and I mentioned that at check out the next day. The staff immediately apologized and said they would put a note in the system right away to have the room inspected and put on the list for maintenance. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. A couple of extra nice things - room service was closed when I got there - the doubletree cookie saved the day. Then the airport shuttle driver took me to a meeting then picked me up and took me to the airport. Then I realized that I left my eyeglasses in the room. Pillow top mattress, felt new and just-right balance of firm support with surface softness. Full hot breakfast, with eggs, sausage, hash-browns, and bacon, plus toast, pastries, fresh-cut fruit. Buffet constantly being refreshed. We'd stay here again inna heartbeat. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours, only about 7 minutes to Sky Harbor (PHX) Airport.

Pleasant suite. A suite is perhaps wasted on a one night stay prior to an 0545 flight. 24 Hour shuttle service is useful though.

Needed a hotel close to Phoenix, AZ airport. My daughter was on a late Holiday flight and I didn't want to drive 2 hours to Sedona after her arrival. So chose to check in to hotel early. Had a lovely dinner at the in-hotel restaurant. Took me 10 minutes to drive and park at airport from hotel. Love the buffet breakfast included. We were thoroughly impressed with this Hotel. The beds were wonderful, which is of #1 importance to us when we travel. The food in the onsite restaurant was excellent.

The service was excellent. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends. We plan on staying at this hotel again when we plan another trip flying home to Vancouver area.

very good customer service.. fresh cookies when you check in which my kids loved! very big pool.. nice big room... needs some maint in bathrooms, facet handle fell off and my son got cut by a lose part of the drain..

A quick stay and a very comfortable hotel. It met all our needs to include a nice Thanksgiving dinner and a hot breakfast the next morning. The room was spacious and comfortable....beds very comfortable after camping out for the last several days. We totally enjoyed our stay! We were upgraded to a larger suite upon arrival. The staff was helpful and friendly in every way. The morning breakfast buffet is not you usual pastries and cereal breakfast. It's a full breakfast! We would not hesitate to stay here again.
