The only complaint I have about my stay is the noise/sound coming from Past Times Cafe in the middle of the night until early morning. When I mentioned it to the staff, they apologized and didn't charge me for that night. I will most definitely come back.

front desk stood there post..very friendly, veery clean, breakfast area, also, very friendly and clean.

Nice people, nice facility, but too noisy (and challenging to get in and out of the property). I'm a solid sleeper, but this was too much for me. The HVAC system was very noisy, outdone only by the highway sounds. There's a nice Hilton Garden Inn not far away. Stay there instead.

Convenient to Frederick shopping, dining, etc. Very nice breakfast package. Everyone very polite. Quiet and clean. The only negative thing was finding and ice machine that worked. Finally found one on the 3rd try. Had to go floor to floor to find one.

A wonderful stay at the Hampton. Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Pet friendly. Thought I was going to be put in a "not so clean" designated pet room, but my room was clean and nice. Nice breakfast. The only negative would be the sound of traffic all night.

Clean & comfortable room. Good breakfast included. Only downside was we could hear the traffic outside.

Very nice accommodations and polite and helpful staff. The breakfast was very busy, but very well stocked and replenished constantly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Hotel in Frederick MD. The service was great. The front desk ladies were awesome and friendly. They were very helpful when we asked them questions. The hotel was not far from sight seeing attractions. And the continual breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint is the dining area needs to be larger for seating.

This was a great pick, I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly as soon as I stepped in. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean too! The king size bed was soo comfortable. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, at night we didn't hear any noise and were able to sleep very well. This hotel was convient to our business related stay. The hotel itself was a little older, but fairly recently updated. It is located next to the highway, but never heard the traffic. The pool area was very large with plenty of chairs & tables, but sadly we didn't have time to enjoy it ... and it was HOT this weekend !! Will stay here again.

I was very impressed with comfort and cleanliness, and the staff willingness to oblige. Only detraction was no run service and quality and menu choices of food in restaurant.

Probably the worst maintained Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. There was no room service, the receptionist was semi-rude, the server at the breakfast table took away our plates before we were finished eating. Very surprising, as usually Hampton Inns have impeccable service.

Terrific place to stay. We wanted a Maryland Crab restaurant for dinner and the person at the front desk knew just where to send us, The directions to get there were accurate and easy to follow, I appreciate the consistent quality when I stay at a Hampton Inn.

My room was on the 2nd floor - and I had to be up very early in the morning. Around 10 pm, I heard very loud music and thought it was coming from one of the surronding rooms. Turns out the music was coming from the bar/restuarant next to the lobby. The noise level was insane (for a practically empty bar). Luckily, I was able to relocate to another room […] on the 4th floor (where I could still hear the music). As I was complaining to the front desk, additional people from the 2nd floor were complaining as well. About 1am the music stopped. Thje next morning I again told the manager I was very unhappy about the situation the night before - only to have him tell me they were aware of the loud music problem from the bar/restuarant, but they had no control over the music becuase "Pastimes Cafe" was an independent operation seperate from the hotel. I am not usually a person to write bad reviews, but trust me, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!!! 더 보기

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay: the room was clean and nicely decorated; the service staff was friendly, efficient, and eager to please; the breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. The breakfast area was clean and the service staff kept tables clean and food options fully stocked. Five star rating!!

The hotel is new and in great condition. The breakfast service is great and the fitness room was as expected. The only negative was that my room was on the highway side and got a bit noisy time to time.

Enjoyed our stay in Frederick, hotel was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfortable and a nice array for the free breakfast

When I first arrived to the hotel the staff told me my room was not ready because some things still needed to be put in the room. They asked my husband and I to come back in half an hour to check in because their housekeeping staff was very busy. We returned to the hotel 45 minutes later to discover our room still wasn't ready. We waited for over twenty […] minutes before they gave us the key to our room, which still wasn't ready. When we arrived upstairs someone was in our room putting in a shower curtain and we still had no towels. I asked the hotel staff and called them three times over a three hour period to ask for some towels. Someone from housekeeping finally called and said our towels were in the dryer. We got them an hour later from a very confused cleaning lady who thought she had to clean our room. When I first arrived I was very angry and dissapointed with the Hampton. Also, during our stay there the late afternoon and evening staff were sometimes rude or impatient with us and other hotel guests. The hotel rooms are clean, the free internet and breakfasts are very nice, but the staff is very inefficient. 더 보기

From Monroeville,PA to the Hotel only took me a little bit over 3 hours and the rooms were clean and the staff were good. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very accessible from either 270 or 70.. The free WI-FI was another good point for the hotel.

Lots of parking, right off the interstate, fuel and restaurant next door, hotel had a bar/lounge and was clean and quiet. The price to stay was good too.

Front desk person ruined an otherwise great stay!

The people at the hotel were great...the night long traffic on 270 was a bit intrusive...the neighborhood was too remote and was a little too far from the city itself.

We stayed here for a weekend because I was a best man for a wedding. The location was convenient for us. There was a bar on the first floor that was overpriced but nice to have at the end of the night after the ceremonies. Bar also had a dress code which we found odd considering the people that were there. Close by to a movie theater, restaurants and […] shopping. Room was very comfortable and clean. The elevator broke while we were there and the groom's parents were stuck inside before the rehearsal dinner but it was fixed by the following morning. 더 보기

Though the hotal was satisfactory the arrangement with the restaurant was not. I was given a "ticket" to give to the waitress when I went to the on-site retaurant with my two grandsons. When I received the bill it indicated the full charge and that $45 was to be charged to my room. It then listed the remainig amount I owed. I left a little more than […] owed plus a tip in cash. The next morning I discovered that the complete amount of the restaurant bill was charged to my room. I spoke with the morning clerk and showed her the restaurant receipt and my hotel bill. She said she was sorry but the restaurant was on conctract with the Hampton Inn. She could not issue a credit. My complaint would have to go directly to the restaurant. I said that they may infact have a contract but they also have a responsibility to their guests to make sure any business on their hotel property conducted business with its guests in an above board and legal manner. She seemed aware that this was not the first time this occurred but shrugged off any responsibility. 더 보기

Our family was on the way to the Outer Banks, NC and this was a great stop for the midway point from Akron, Ohio. It was right off the highway and was very clean, quiet and full of the ammenties we needed while traveling with two young children. It had a great breakfast and was close to other restaurants. The room was lovely, clean, quiet and the staff were very nice. The only problem we encountered was the complimentary breakfast. As this was a weekend, people showed up a little late and the place was packed at 9 am, with not enough space to sit down.
