Niantic Motel was convenient and I was given a very clean room. The room seemed recently updated as was the office and reception area. Had a very pleasant stay and lady at the desk was very nice and helpful...

Phone did not work, remote did not work and as the manager was in room because of this a roach crawled up the wall. He did nothing but say how did that get in here. My husband killed it as I freaked.

When we first walked into our room, it was freezing cold, so we went to put the heat on, and it kept on blowing out cold air. I wanted to switch rooms, the guy brought us to a second room, which was just as cold as the one we just left, but this room had a litte space heater in it, which was not working at all!! I do not understand why these rooms did […] not have working heat in them at the beginning of the Winter!! So I was getting very angry, because it took atleast 2 hours to finally get the heat working in the original room we were in. This was our experience on New Year Eve!! For the price of the motel, it wasn't bad, but worrying about having heat in your room should have not been even a question in our minds!! 더 보기

Booked 2 rooms for Sat. night stay for trip to Mohegann Sun Casino. Kevin, mngr. was very courtious and helpful with directions and local place to eat as we were pressed for time! Gave us two adjoining rooms which were quiet and comfortable. Not a palace, could use some updating but clean and perfect for overnight or two. I booked this hotel for price and convenience to New London Ferry. It was not bad except for the smell in the hallway like indian food. It was not bad in general and would stay there again.

Seid is the manager. He was the most helpful person. Staff was great, pool was awesome. Very Great Hotel for price !!!

Rooms need to be updated a little. Few spots in the bathroom, but overall was ok.

pleasantly surprised......could use a little more soap and towels and an elevator would be nice on the third floor...but otherwise just fine
