COVENIENTLY LOCATED OFF THE M6 THIS HOTEL OFFERS COMFORTABLE CLEAN ROOMS AND A HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE WHICH IS TO BE EXPECTED WITH THE HILTON GROUP

Great hotel, lovely gym pool and treatment room easy walking distance from nice restaurants and local supermarket. Be warned though you will have to pay a few pounds for the privilege of parking there overnight.

Overall the hotel was very good, but being charged £5 a night for parking at a hotel on an industrial estate without nearby transport seems a rather moneygrabbing approach.

Very well located for motorway network, and convenient shopping with some eateries close by. Decor quite tired which doesn't help the feel of cleanliness in the rooms, but the location and convenience of this hotel outways the decor downside. I stayed at this hotel recently as I was attending a one day conference during the weekend. The facilities were great for both conference and also as a weekend break. My mother had accompanied me on the trip and the hotel staff were so helpful in offering advice of things to do and see in Coventry while I was at the conference. All the staff from reception, […] housekeeping and the restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful hotel (not unlike a number of hotels that I have stayed in within the USA on holiday) and had a lovely relaxing feel to it. Would highly recommend. The only drawback to bear in mind is that it cost about £13 single taxi fare to Coventry town centre. It is a bit out of the way (although there does seem to be local public transport) situated within a industrial estate with a number of businesses nearby. The restaurant serves lovely food but is a bit pricey especially for drinks. There are a couple of local eating places, pizza hut, burger king and Premier Inn within walking distance but due to the charm and ambience of the hotel, we enjoyed 2 lovely meals within the hotel. the hotel staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms probably need updating, mine had water stains coming through the ceiling. Apart from this it was great for what we used it for.

Very clean and modern hotel with good size rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful staff (especially in the restaurant where we were made to feel very welcome indeed by the floor staff, the manager and the carvery server). i always go by the staff way are looking at their work,i found one thing that was missing was friendlyness,all a lillte too cold. bedroom-good bar and feeding area remote type service

The Hilton in Coventry is well placed with good access to the M6. It is comfortable and clean. Like other Hiltons it is quite expensive for food and drinks, but not prohibitively so. The rooms feel fairly modern throughout, except for the age worn windows, which are in need of replacement. My biggest 'gripe' is that when we asked if we could join breakfast […] early (earlier than the 'official' opening time by about 15-30 minutes) we were told yes on both evenings of our stay, but on both mornings we were told that we couldn't and then proceeded to make it look like a 'chore' to get us in. On our second evening (a Saturday) when we went for dinner we were told the restaurant was fully booked until about 9:15 and then were told they could 'squeeze us in'. My issue with this is that at no point during our meal was the restaurant more than about 1/2 full. 더 보기

Good quality hotel, didn't get the double I’d booked - something to do with booking through an agent, but the twin was fine. Pool changing room very shabby - not what i was expecting from an otherwise excellent hotel. And there was a £5.00 parking charge for the night that i saw no mention of in the hotels details.

As you would expect - clean and tidy. Great location right off of the M6. Recommended as a convenient stop off point.

Booked this hotel to stay over when seeing Kings of Leon. The hotel was ideally located near to the Ricoh Arean, just a 5 minute taxi ride away. Clean hotel, fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay there again .

For a 4 star hotel I expected more attention to detail. The towel rail was loose, there was mould under the soap dish in the bath and the bathroom smelled to damp cloth. The food was a bit like a canteen. Also the night I was there the TV was showing a international football match so was very noisy and not suitable for a business woman on her own

Great overnighter with a good location, Nice decor and clean and tidy.

Stayed one night for a function, this is one of the good modern Hiltons. Good breakfast, good clean rooms and bathrooms. Only negative was air con did not work in the room and make sure you dont pay for the parking if you visit the Hotel - parking is specific to the Hotel but is a ticket affair.

Hotel was very nice and clean and staff were very friendly, food was also nice.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the service we recieved. The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked how they offered a discounted meal deal when we arrived. We would choose Hilton again on this showing.

Standard hilton type hotel,good standard of service,clean rooms,nice dinner,ok breakfast,but the usual rip off wine prices £25 for a £4.00 from tesco.why?

Parking Charges was £3-00 per night and should be free. Good gym facilities and did not try dinner because it was too expensive

The staff were a credit to the company Excellent service from all staff, especially when i dined with my sister who is disabled. Only complaint was poor room service.Meal took over 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive, and was off poor quality and overpriced. All other meals especially breakfast very good. Leisure centre nice addition

Really good hotel and not too far from the motorway. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Leisure facilities were excellent with the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and pool. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The only drawback was the price of the breakfast which was £11 per person if you purchase a voucher at reception. I go to hotels quite a lot and to keep asking for things which are SUPPOSED to be there for me is poor rating and quite tiring. Service was excellent but this is for items and services we were meant to have in the first place so in this case it doesn'c count as good service. 1. We were given a twin when we had specified ( and called to request) for […] a king. 2. The kettle in the room had green mould inside !!!! Disgusting it was and another one was brought. 3. There was no remote for the TV. I know this sounds picky but if the hotel said i will have it, then i expect to have it because i paid for it. I would go there again but will bargain heavily on the price. I also wish they could furnish the hotel with items they so proudly list on the website. 더 보기
