It was convenient because they accepted pets but the online review said indoor pool. We had to go across the way to use the indoor pool which wasn't conveniently due to cold temps and having to walk over to a different hotel every time we wanted to use the pool.

My husband and I just stayed at the Quality Inn and were very pleased with it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I actually told them all that I would be sure to enter my comments ASAP. The place has obviously been renovated and while it isn't a luxury palace, that isn't what I expected nor was paying for! They have obviously made many improvements over the past twelve months and I encourage anyone traveling through the area with pets to stay the night. We would definitely come back! 더 보기

Having been gone all day after the previous nights stay we found our commode would not flush.The young mexican lady working the counter would not work with us. The Comfort Inn next door was owned by the same people. She sent my wife next door to check into a room. They wanted us to pay appx $100 more the the night stay. This made us upset. We went back […] to the room to decide what to do. I went back down and she offered to refund me and send me on my way. She had no one who could fix our commode and she offered nothing to settle the problem. I wanted to move to another room but she said they were filled. People kept coming in and she brushed us off making us to wait. My wife told her to call the owner, the reply was that they are in Mexico. I offered to let her use my phone to call the owner and she refused. I was totally dis satisfied with her and the way business was conducted. I will never stay at this motel again. The room could have been cleaner and the TV didn't function

THis is perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed in closely paralleled by the Quality Inn Tifton Georgia. The rooms were filthy in general and the bathroom floors were spotted with some kind of stains - my belief is they had not been washed in a long time. After looking at the condition of the room it was difficult to believe that the wrinkled sheets […] were clean. This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in and is overpriced for the age and condition of the rooms. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was kind for the most part and tried their best to make us happy ,but there is only so much they could do in a hotel that is run down and dirty. First, we specifically chose this hotel because […] it was supposed to have an indoor pool, as well as access to (as referred to by other reviewers) the pool next door at the Comfort Inn. Well, the pool at this hotel was completely out of service. The manager did give us a key to the one next door, but once in the pool room we found that all the windows had been left open despite the outdoor temps being in the 40's, rendering it as usless as an outdoor pool would be in such weather. Quite an oversight if you ask me. Second and more importantly, the overall condition of this hotel is very poor. If I owned it I would tear the whole thing down and start over. They are trying to remodel but doing a very poor job. We had to go through 4 rooms to find one we could stand to stay in. I must mention that we have never, ever had to change rooms even once in any hotel we have ever stayed in, and we travel 3-4 times a year. Every room we tried at this hotel had a lingering smell. The furniture was falling apart in 2 of the rooms. The air unit was moldy in 2 of the rooms. One room had the moldiest, dirtiest showerhead I have ever seen. The refigerator would not keep our toddlers' milk cold and it had to be thrown away-this may seem minor but the refrig/micro use is always a deciding factor when we choose a hotel. Again, lots of details which were overlooked. Lastly, the breakfast was even worse than these continental/free ones usually are. The boiled eggs were a strange color and had a slight odor. The waffle iron would not cook all the way through. I normally would not care except that it is just one more thing that is not maintained in this place. This place would be ok if you 더 보기

This hotel was right off of the interstate, which was extremely nice. We needed directions and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and told us exactly what we needed to know. To room was nice and the beds were comfy. I would stay at this hotel again.

This is no fancy hotel by any means. We were just looking for a cheap place from a long trip and it served its purpose. Would I stay again no, but if I had to I would deal with it and have a good sleep.You ge what you pay for

We checked out the outdoor pool, and it was hot. Moreover it was dirty, like they don’t clean their filters. They also had an indoor pool, but it was down for maintenance. When we complained, they sent us next door to the “Comfort” Inn, which also had an indoor pool and reciprocal privileges. We went there. Pool hot! Spa cold! We sat in the spa. At […] least it was clean. When we left, we told the desk people perhaps they had their temperature controls reversed. We saw that once before, a hot pool and a cold spa, in Tifton, Georgia. So they said they would fix it, and went to change and eat. We were in there for two nights and we figured we’d check it out again the next day. We also wanted to do laundry, but “Quality” didn’t have one, and, although “Comfort” did, they didn’t have a dryer. The wifi didn’t work and I had to use the hotel’s computer station to catch up, and that’s how I discovered the lobby was full of flies. We wondered why that was, but we found out the next day. We found out the next day when they served rotten (green/brown/gray) boiled eggs for breakfast, Clearly, the flies had gotten advanced notice! The pools were still unusable when we returned. The “Quality” Inn people shrugged when we complained the pool was still dirty, and the “Comfort” Inn people lied and said those were the legally required temperatures for their pool (hot) and spa (cold). Now, that's just a complete fabrucation. No law requires a pool boil its swimmers. Just fix it! Finally, there are no convenient outlets in the room, and the bathroom still had wet paint when we arrived, so wet that when we used the shower, it melted and ran down the walls. Classy! 더 보기

The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is rather old, but clean and comfortable.

Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Decent breakfast. Reasonably comfortable bed. We'd stay here again.

The hotel room was mediocre. There were a few stains on the floor and the drain in the sink wouldnt stay opened unless you took the whole stopper out. Also, there weren't any elevators to get to the second floor (or none that we could find). Other than that, the price of the hotel was good and the beds were comfortable. The room we were in also included […] a hairdryer, microwave and fridge which was a plus. Despite the negative things though I probably would consider staying here again. 더 보기

This is the old style "Motel" with doors on the outside and stairs to the second floor. The desk clerk was very unprofessional. Seemed to discuss personal issues with everyone. The bathroom smelled like urine. Yuk!
