This hotel is in a great location with shopping and restaurants near by. Easy access to the highway. It wasn't real big so the noise level was low compared to larger hotels where you here people all through the night. It was clean, friendly staff and really good breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

We arrived and were placed on the first floor. It was disgusting room, the sofa bed had some odd color stains on it, carpeting was a mess and smelly, and the walls leading to the room were ripped apart. Front desk clerk offered to move us up to the 3rd floor, the "renovated floor" WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I thought I was in another hotel. Brand new everything […] in the hallways and inside the room. Beds were very comfortable, sofa bed was great. Breakfast stunk-would recommend going out to eat. Many of the local restaurants offer a hotel discount by showing your key card. (Harvey's-10% , Denny's 15%) They had a pool that was filled with kids night and day-looked fun-but was too busy for my children to play in. 더 보기

Very comfortable stay. They are making upgrades the the hotel and it's looking good! Nice/friendly staff, clean, great coffee and breakfast. Safe & well lit parking lot right next to the hotel.

This hotel was great. It had a good breakfast, a nice pool and hot tub and it was close to everything. The pool could use to be a little warmer. The sofa bed however was awful! I had my two kids on it and I felt guilty putting them there. The mattress was horrible. If you are not using the sofa bed you will be happy!

We enjoyed our stay it was close to eateries and shopping that's what is important to us when we visit the USA

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past ten years but the past two or so has seen a decline in maintenance and appearance. The price and location are the only thing that keeps me returning.

Room was super clean, very friendly staff, no complaints. This is our third time there and we will go again.

The hotel was fine. The smell of chlorine from the indoor pool kind of permeates the whole first floor. I was disappointed with the hot breakfast. On the whole it was fine and I would stay there again I suppose.

The hotel stay itself was more than satisfactory, however, when I got my credit card statement in the mail to find out that both Hotels website and Comfort Suites had billed me for the room, I was very dissapointed. It seems that the people at the Hotel during the weekend cannot help me with this matter, and now Im stuck waiting for a weekday to speak […] with a manager in attempt to get the charges removed from my account. All staff were pleasant and respectful toward customers. Rate for a King Suite very affordable, about the same price as a regular room in other area hotels. Convenient to shopping, recreation, and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child. The only negative was on our first night the pool and hot tub were both full […] of unsupervised children (adolescents to early teens) who were allowed to run and jump into the pool sending water flying everywhere. The entire floor was wet and extremely slippery. We were only able to tolerate the noise for about 15 minutes and even our 9 year old was uncomfortable with all the running and yelling. The second evening was much more tolerable in the pool area. Would definitely stay here again when visiting our student at SVSU. 더 보기

We were just here for the weekend to visit our grown kids at Christmas time.A very nice place to stay. Quiet and so close to everything. Very professional service.The rooms are spotless.

Good location for the business I have. Surrounding business makes this place very convenient.

We were traveling with three kids in tow. The room was nice in that is had a pull out sofa as well as two beds. I felt the room could have been a little cleanier, but it was satisfactory. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

The only thing that was wrong with the our room that the sofa bed was broken. We had two children with us and needed the sofa bed for them. We complained and the front desk excuse was "we did know you would be needed it". No offer of a discount or an other room or anyting.
