훌륭하고 친절한 직원; 좋고 편리한 아침식사. 각 층은 북적거리지 않았다. 불행 이도, 다른 많은 호텔과 마찬가지로 방을 시원하게 하는 것은 잘 열렸지만 밖의 도시 거리의 소음을 그대로 통과시키는 창문 밖에 없었다.

오래된 건물이었지만 직원들이 최선을 다해 청소를 하고 호텔을 관리했다. 청소 서비스와 정문 데스크의 서비스는 매우 좋았다. 호텔은 각 층에서 좋은 아침 식사를 제공했고 손님들은 매일 저녁에 공짜 와인 마시는 행사에 초대 되었다. 우리는 머무는 동안 즐거웠고, 다시 돌아갈 것이다. 조그마한 단점은 우리의 방이 창문을 여는 방법 외에는 온도를 조절하는 방법 이 없어서 너무 더웠다는 것이다.

호텔이 너무 좋았고 직원들은 훌륭했다. 호텔 사장은 우리가 도착했을 때 로비에 있었는데 이 호텔이 가족이 운영한다고 말해주고 실제로 이곳은 그런 분위기를 풍겼다. 나와 나의 직장 동료 모두 머무는 동안 즐거워했다. 샤워기의 수압은 매우 높았고, 이는 내가 이곳에 머무는 동안 가장 좋았던 점 중 하나였다. 난 앤드류스를 강력히 추천한다.

Jody was a great in helping me to efficiently plan the visit to many SF sights which were part of my sixth grade classroom scavenger hunt that my students researched. My room was tiny but had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient (and I actually liked having to take a tray back to my room to eat it). If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in a convenient location and you're wiling to put up with a small room in an older building, this place will do just fine.

This is an old, noisy place. Maybe this is a supply demand issue, but I felt that I got very little for my money. The room is small, feels like an old bed and breakfast and smells wierd. But the location is pretty good, the breakfast was ok, and there is intermittent free wireless.

Excellent! Somewhat European. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar on each floor is just the best ever--great breakfast pastries. The hotel is a short walk from the shopping and transport centre of the city, making getting around very easy. Although older style it was comfortable and well serviced, with friendly and helpful staff. A bonus was the excellent Italian restaurant next door which offered a free evening wine to hotel guests.

The hotel is a couple of blocks from Union Square and we were able to walk to all of the public transportation / tour bus starting points from there. We got a glass of wine in the hotel restaurant each evening (limited window - only if you happen to be there during that hour and a half) and the […] breakfast each morning was amazing - fresh fruit (choice of bananas, apples and oranges), gorgeous assorted pastries with butter and jam, orange juice and coffee. The nice thing is that we could take breakfast back to our room and eat there - it is served on each floor. The only problems were the size of the bathroom (in our particular room, your knees are under the sink when you sit on the commode) and the wireless didn't reach our room - we had to stand in the hall with the tablet to make tour reservations, etc. Good value, served our purpose as a landing spot each evening after sightseeing, would stay there again. This is a nice quaint old building - I'll give it that. And with old hotels, expect small rooms. However, for the price I do expect a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and clean conditions.
