하얏트 플레이스 멤피스/울프체이스 갤러리아 (Hyatt Place Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria) - 멤피스

We needed a place to stay while traveling along I-40. This was a perfect location...close to the interstate. Even with prom and baseball kids, it was very quiet. We had trouble with our reservation due to the wrong date but they were very nice and worked it out for us. We will be staying here again!

It was a very nice stay and I will use the hotel again. Everything was excellent to say the least.

The staff was very friendly. My son was very upset that the pool was not open for our entire stay. We were told on our first day that the inspector was scheduled to come that day, but unfortunately that didn't happen and the chain was on the pool our entire trip. Needless to say, I had a very upset 5 year old son!! Lol!! Our air conditioner in our room […] kept kicking off and it went from hot to cold in our room. Great hotel. Wonderful service the minute we walked into the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. If we are in Memphis again we will for sure stay here again.

A one stop district for shopping and to enjoy plenty of wonderful places to dine for the entire family our for the couple in need of a date opportunity. I can't believe I am saying the Microtel Inn stay I had was better than this. I can't stand going to a room and it was not clean. I literally felt like I had walked in behind a guest who had checked out before housekeeping came. The toilet was so dirty with bowel movement stains splattered on the toilet. After I checked in I told the front desk to have […] housekeeping come and clean it up. They happily obliged (I will say front desk did a good job with customer service). But when I returned to my hotel there was still a couple of stains splattered on the toilet bowl. The uncleanliness of the toilet made me wonder what else was clean so I had a paranoid mentality and didn't sleep well. When I took a shower the next morning the drain must have been clogged with hair because within the first couple of minutes of my shower I was standing in a pool of water. It was disgusting because no telling how much water backpeddled. When I was finished the water did not recede which indicated that they do not take their plumbing seriously or check it often. The location is off of Germantown Parkway but any hotel located by the mall (let alone a Galleria mall) will have traffic. Then on top of that the location was long and windy. Either you have to go to the first traffic light off the highway and make a U-turn then go off a side road to get to the hotel OR you can go through the shopping center (across from the mall) which is long, and windy with speed bumps so you can imagine how that is if you are trying to come in and out of your hotel frequently. BOTTOM LINE: I would NOT stay here again and I don't think it is a fluke on why my hotel just so happened to not be cleaned thoroughly or why the drain was clogged because a hotel stay is supposed to be relaxing and it was far from that. Then, the next morning I received TWO phone calls from housekeeping asking if I was going to stay another night. I specifically took the necessary steps to avoid this from occurring but it still happened 더 보기

If you are staying longer than a couple of days I wouldn't recommend the Hyatt Place in Germantown, TN. Grant it that most people have cellular phones that can do anything but they had no phone books in the room. Cleaning service didn't do a great job. My family and I left for the day, when we returned back to our room we found everything left the same […] way. Loved the room layout! Was only there about 8-9 hours for the whole stay but very comfortable. Easy to find from the interstate.

There was only a few problems at our stay at this hotel. Some of the plug outlets didn't work and also the tub didn't drain well which when you take a shower you were standing in a tub of dirty water. The breakfast was not the best one I've had at a hotel before. The staff was friendly and overall the hotel was very nice. The Price, Cleanliness, and Size of our room was a Big Bang for the little cost. We enjoyed it and Wii stay again. Very friendly staff.

Great stay. Nice people. Just one problem with a delivery truck at 3 am. throwing boxes on the tail gate of his truck. Was taken care of by front desk. Just hard to fall back asleep.

This was a great value for the money. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and roomy. I would highly recommend staying there.

This is a wonderful hotel! Great location for shopping, eating and close to the highway. The staff is top notch. Even the overnight crew were as cheerful and helpful as the daytime staff. I've stayed at this hotel twice in the same year and was blown away by the level of customer service from the moment I walked in the door. In a time when most people refuse to give any customer service, the staff at the Hyatt Place went above and beyond on a daily basis. This hotel is a little hard to get to but it is a great place to stay. Once you have found the hotel it is located around several shooping centers and restaurants.

Great location, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

A OK hotel, but the service a bit abscent. Our two lamps by the bed did not work and there was nothing to do about it before the next morning. You have to pay extra for eggs and bacon etc. Bad breakfast.

I travel 100% of my working time and usually stay at Hyatt because the customer service is great and the rooms are clean. This Hyatt in Memphis suckkks, this woman at the front desk seems to have a huge chip on her shoulders and she goes out of her way to be a complete azz, the night person who is a real fat guy also could care less about customer service, […] my room did not clean and every time I ordered food it would be very cold, like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time. 더 보기

This hotel could not have been better positioned for my business meeting at Kraft Foods, which is located just across the parking lot. As is typical with Hyatt properties, the experience was flawless: great bed, spacious and comfortable room, and a good value. The front desk person was less than helpful. The woman working the food section at evening was great she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was minimal. The place it was served was messy and not well staffed. Trash was full, coffee empty.

I have stayed at many of the Hyatt Place hotels and they are the best for the money IMO. comfortable beds, Nice modern look to the rooms, and very easy check in and check out. The light breakfast is just ok, but hey, get out and enjoy some local cuisine.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Aside from the company I booked through completely screwing up my reservation I really don't have any complaints. Very close to shopping centers on Cordova, 15 mins to the Memphis zoo. I do wish that the shower area was a little bigger but all in all it was a good place to stay for the weekend.

I travel to Memphis many tmes during the year and now that I found this hotel it is the only place I will stay. For the price it beats all of the others. The location is perfect and near the Wolfchase Mall, and next door to Joe's Crab Shack! 5 stars as far as I am concerned!

Staff went above and beyond. The actual room was nice, but there was trash in the Murphy couch/bed. Nicer than most, but cleaning was definitely only on the surface

The hotel itself was very nice. The lobby, hallways and elevator were all clean and well maintained. The room as a whole was the same until I laid down in the bed. Lovely hotel, comfortable room with great conveniences for the business traveller. Nice complementary breakfast, conveniently located not too far from the highway, close to a very nice shopping area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely be back. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We plan to return in February with our daughter and son-in-law for the ball game and we will definitely stay here!!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location was convenient, easy to find, and safe. I was originally concerned about staying so close the the shopping areas on the weekend after Thanksgiving, however, traffic in and out were fine. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room were nice, clean and comfortable. What was a disappointment was the inclusion of breakfast. When the reservation was made, the website said complimentary breakfast. That was true but this meant fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, and bagel/toast/english muffin only. If you wanted anything warm, it could be ordered from a self-service kiosk for a charge. […] I think that is deceiving. They were busy Saturday morning and at 8:30 (breakfast started at 7:00) the breakfast foods were wiped out. The breakfast staff could not keep up with food or clean silverware/dishes and had run out of coffee. We ended up going out to breakfast. Sunday morning was better as far as availability of food, but the coffee had grounds in it and was undrinkable. I would not stay at this hotel again because of this. Great hotel, as aspected - had some problems with our reservation, but the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was great, especially the cosy beds. We will go there again.
