Nice, clean hotel. Good price. Not a luxury hotel, but much better than other Wichita properties in the price range.

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was large w/ a large flat screen TV, Nice clean loby and the staff was friendly and professional. Being across the parking lot of the Town West Mall made it easy to get out for something to eat and a place to walk if the weathr was bad. Easy access to the highway. Only a couple miles to the airport.

Close to airport, highway 54 and Towne West (an older mall, but good to have close if you forgot something, as we did). Staff was very friendly. Hotel is older, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Location was quiet.

There was nothing too offensive with this hotel, however, there were some maintenance issues. The toilet in our room didn't flush properly and didn't sit level. We got moved to another room for our second night. The toilet in second room didn't function properly either, as we had to hold the flush lever down for about 20 seconds in order to flush. We chose this because of a pool, but it was being renovated. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing I was dissapointed in was that the pool was not ready so my grandkids did not get to swim while we were there. The breakfast was really nice, the people that worked there were polite and helpful, and the room was really spacious.

When we checked in we were told that the water would be off for approximately 1 hour and the pool would not be available as it was undergoing some renovation. When booking the reservation I specifically requested a hotel with a swimming pool. The room was very clean - looked like it had under gone a renovation-had frig and microwave. We left for approx. […] 3 hours and upon our return were told that there was no hot water and did not know when there would be any. I contacted Hotels.com about the issue and we were moved to a different hotel. We immediately checked out. 더 보기

Rooms we plush for the price, staff was very friendly.

I am sure that this hotel will be more up to par once the upgrading has been completed. Location is great...near the airport and near the mall for anything you may need to pick up. Breakfast was ample and the breakfast service was excellent.

Nice hotel in good location. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was clean and recently redecorated. I appreciated the complementary breakfast.

Hotel was older and TV didn't work well at all. When booking we were looking for a park and fly. We picked this because that is what we thought we were getting. When checking in we were told that it was $5 a day to park. At this point we had already paid for the hotel and were now stuck with 11 days of parking. We could have stayed at the Airport Hilton […] for what we paid here and the accomodations would have been nicer. We also were taken to the airport by a cab driver and picked up by a cab driver used by the hotel. Going was fine, but, when we called to be picked up she said that they had to use a special cab company. So we waited, when he came he was unprofessional and we think he was on something. He wasn't sure where to go. This was not a great experience. We will not be staying here again. We will be really careful to check what park and fly to each hotel really means. We have park and flown for many years and this is the 1st time this has happened to us. We do not recommend this hotel. 더 보기

Excellent customer service, we were able to check in at noon, big relief when you have been on the road for 10 hours.
