The hotel was in a wonderful location for the Summit Arena. Not a bad drive to Bathhouse Row. The only disappointment, was the shower in our room. I would stay there again.

The place was okay as hotels go, nothing fancy. The room was clean and (almost) everything worked well. The bathroom door stuck (that's the almost part). There was a nice leather(ish) recliner but I had a hard time getting it to un-recline (but my 11 yr old got it back in, I didn't see her do it so I don't know if there is a trick). The breakfast was […] typical continental stuff, a couple choices in cereal or oatmeal, muffins, bagels, bananas and apples, and a waffle maker. The wifi connection was spotty and SLOW, and the cable had a tendency to crackle and get all static-y. BUT we were there on vacation, not there to sit around watch tv and play around on the internet. The beds were hard as rocks though, and the comforter on one of the beds had a hole in it. Staff was civil, but not overly friendly (some probably didn't speak much english), which didn't bother me, they did what was asked and responded promptly and courteously to my requests. Overall, I'd stay here again for the price, I've been in much worse. But if I were ever to go back to Hot Springs I'd take a serious look around for other hotels first. 더 보기

A lot of hotels in Hot Springs are run down, and the best ones are really expensive. The Red Roof Inn fell somewhere in the middle. It was somewhat on the expensive side, but the hotel felt safe. The exterior of the hotel is run down; it might be in the midst of a renovation, although I couldn't tell for sure. The room was fine with the exception of the location and the a/c was loud when it ran. The desk attendant was very helpful and polite.

It was the worst bed I ever slept in. The bed was hard as a rock it made our trip miserable.

The staff at Red Roof Inn were exceptionally friendly. The room was clean. It was very easy to leave the motel and get to the Convention Center that was nearby. The only thing that didn;'t work well was the recliner but we still used it. I really think if we had mentioned it to the hotel staff, they would have taken care of it. I really did enjoy my stay at The Red Rood Inn in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The room was clean and the beds were comfy got plenty of rest. The workers were very kind and polite. The only thing I have to say is, they need to remodel and reopen the cheers of hot springs sports bar and grill. It looks bad as it is and runs people away. I stayed in Red Roof Inn for a state convention . Rooms were clean and service great. The continental breakfast was ok, but the kids said milk was bad. And the coffee machine didn't make very good coffee for my taste. But overall we had a great stay there.

Rooims are still being Rehabed after a year. I had a rehab room. No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. Must have forgotten to put i a shelf in the tile. No turntable in the micro wave. Gave me one from the Breakfast area. Did not fit my micro. Rooms are comfortable and close to Racetrack. Nicer area than next to track. Food not far away. Staff […] was nice and tried hard to please. Seemed like it was on the shady side of town, but no problems whatsoever. Actually very convenient for amusement/water park. Desk clerk very nice andaccomodating.

The Red roof has excellent Wi Fi service. Very professional staff. I will stay there again and recomend to others.

The hotel had clearly been renovated recently and all seemed really nice, especially compared to other Red Roofs I've stayed in. However, in the middle of the night, my wife and I were woken up by a MOUSE eating some of our food. I eventually scared it back into its hole behind the toilet, and then plugged said hole with a wash cloth. Needless to say, […] my wife didn't sleep much for the rest of the night. After I complained the next morning, the manager mad very meager attempts (1 phone call, which I missed) to remedy the situation. I feel that in that scenario, it shouldn't be the customer who has to do the follow up. I can only assume they've gone to lengths to rid the hotel of pests, therefore I would recommend it, as it is nice otherwise, but it's up to you... 더 보기

This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we went on a total whim to choose this place based on the other reviews. The check in & check out was quick and simple. The room was clean and ready when we checked in. The water pressure wasn't the greatest in the shower, but we got cleaned up just fine. It's on the outskirts of E.Grand & Hot Springs, but […] it's easy to get to from either way on Grand Street. It was pretty quiet considering it was right off the highway. From the curb this looks like a really nice hotel. Inside, the room looked alright. When we woke up the first morning there was 3 roaches in the room on their backs.. They also put us in a room that was connected to another, which added to the noise when they opened and shut their door.. but its affordable and a decent place.

The room has been remodeled and was very clean. Would be superior, in my opinion, except the paint jobs were sloppy in some spots, especially in the bathroom.

Non smoking room. Clean, basic good deal for me.

We stayed here for a weekend and it was very nice. The only bad thing was they had no ATM on site and the beds were a little hard. It is very close to magic springs, superlift ORV park and downtown!!

Rooms newly remodeled. Excellent location. Will definitely stay again!

When we arrived, it was really cool, so when we entered the room we turned on the heat, it smelled as if something was burning, then the smoke/fire alarm came on. So here we are opening doors and fanning the alarm at 5am....only to find out from the owner at breakfast(which didn't have many options) that the alarm was not connected to the front desk […] or fire department. The towels were very dingy. The inside of the bath tub was rough and black. But overall stay was ok...the room was clean and so was the sheets.... 더 보기

Hotel was in various stages of renovation. Rooms around the corner from mine had no doors and construction debris was all over the place. I think my room had been remodeled but not exactly finished. The bath tub had several chips in the finish. The wood trim around the room entrance door was in disrepair. The door trim and moulding in the bathroom was […] both missing in spots and broken. Nice clean hotel, beds comfy, room clean. Only complaint is the shower head was not adjustable and set for the least amount of water to come out. Area around hotle could be better but we did not have any problems.

I couldn't sleep well because a couple next door made unpleasant sound around 4 a.m. I could hear any sound they made. I was worrying my kids would wake up.

My wife and I recently left Hot Springs on Monday on the 29th. The room was pleasant with modest upgrades. It was very clean. Whenever we decide to visit Hot Springs again we would indeed stay there. We have stayed at Red Roof before and always had good experiences, not this time. The pool was dirty and not maintained, the door to our room was drafty and let in the humidity from outside. Not a pleasant time.

CONS: The hotel is in the way out of town but a long was from down town. The room was recently renovated but more a patch job not a true renovation. The employees parked in the pull-though and all the close spots...a little inconvenient. The breakfast was very slim and not hot. Pool hours were very inconvenient. PROS: The pool was awesome! This hotel was very convenient to the Magic Springs amusement park, literally minutes away from the park. The downtown area was about a mile from this hotel location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although, the upkeep of the hotel was a little lacking in maintenance and upkeep. The morning breakfast was very limited with a few pastry selections, […] beagles, bread, apples and bananas. A cold cereal and packets of oatmeal were also available. Drinks included apple and orange juice selections as well as coffee. That was about it. This hotel was fine for those just visiting the amusement park. I stayed here several years ago when it was another motel and the change is GREAT. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The room was clean, bedding and furnishings were new. The pool is large and clean. And it is the closest motel to Magic Springs - literally 2 mins away. We have stayed here twice this summer, and will be back.

lets start with the first thing we saw when entering the room,a dead beetle the size of a half dollar laying in the middle of the floor. There was a very thick black build up of mold above the shower.We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and there was only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. I know we were looking for a cheeply priced hotel but this was outrageous. I would not suggest in any way or form to book a hotel stay at this hotel. The room must have been 90 degrees when we checked in and it never cooled off. What a miserable night. When we informed the front desk, the guy behind the desk gave me a stoic look and asked "What was your room number?" He didn't apologize, ask for details, or anything. Wasted money, for sure.

The rooms and grounds are being upgraded so this may turn out to be a nice hotel someday but it still needs work. The rooms have exterior doors and ours had a fairly large gap at the bottom--large enough for bugs to get in. The vent in the bathroom was shared with the room next door and you could actually see through to the other side! The new tile […] in the bathroom looks great. This hotel was recently renovated and it looks amazing! Very chic and comfortable. The view was great, and we sat out on the main balcony every evening, enjoying it. It was only a short 1 mile drive to the convention center and bathhouse row, very convenient. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing about the Red Roof Inn was the breakfast. It was lacking woefully. After eating breakfast there we felt as if we had never even had breakfast. it was poor to say the least.

Great motel at a good value. Clean, friendly, courteous. Plenty of TV channels. Microwave and fridge in the room. If I visit Hot Springs again I will again choose Red Roof Inn.

The room was clean, the location was quiet, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city, and the complimentary soap was very nice!

The sink was not draining the morning after check in, but they got me another room within 2 hours. Good hotel for the price. Good access to the convention center. It was near capacity for SBC basketball tourney and I never heard any noise from neighbors. Breakfast was cereal, toast and pastries, very adequate. I have no complaints.
