Surprised we had to ask for soap, and then that we had to ask again the second night because the housekeeper apparently threw it away. However, the desk staff was always very helpful in this regard. Breakfast was nice. Kids loved the waffles.

It was very convenient to the airport, and we were able to leave our vehicle there while we were away. The price is excellent for the quality.

Great stay overall but its right next to the highway. Could hear traffic all night and turning on fan on high was the only way to mostly drown it out. Rooms, service, the overall stay was great though! Kerr

It was a good clean room other then the continental breakfast was not much to talk about no variety and out of stuff

Hotel room was not clean. There was black mold on the bathroom walls. The pillows were paper thin and the beds were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The lobby was beautiful, the breakfast area is large with plenty I places to sit and eat. Waffle makers and lots of carbs. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs updating. This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. It is close to the airport, but we heard no air traffic noise during our stay. The fitness room was greatly appreciated, as was the nice complimentary breakfast. The bed was comfortable, amenities were great (small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot). This hotel deserves high marks!

I called to reserve a room for my handicap husband and myself. I spent a lot of time on the phone with someone explaining that I need a handicap room, with easy access to the outside as he is in a wheel chair and smokes. After several minutes I was assured he woud be in a handicap room, near an exit door, would be able to have a roll in shower. On arrival, […] I asked the desk clerk (who was dressed in an unironed blouse) to make sure that we had all these thing. She told me we did, sent me to park to an entry door to the main hallway of the first floor. I parked, got out and look at the entry.....several steps going down to a sidewalk entry.....this doesn't work with a wheel chair! So I drove to the back of the building, found a handicap parking spot, at a ground level door entry just a few feet away. Only to find that the doors were out of order! Someone came out of a small door off to the side, so I was able to catch it open, wheel my husband to the room, come back and get our luggage to only find I could not re-enter the building. So I carried the luggage back around the building to stair entrance! I went to the front desk and told the clerk about the situation, her response was..."You only said handicaped, nothing about a wheel chair" She was very unconcerned and didn't offer any solution. So we went from the back of the hotel, to the elevator, up to the 2nd floor to the main lobby to enter and exit the building. A hard task with a man in a wheel chair. Later when we were going to bath him, found it only had a tub.....I was not happy and I will never recommend your hotel to anyone. The bed was horrible too. 더 보기

Awesome hotel . Nice staff and great shuttle 24hrs clean place and a pleasant location easy to find

They gave us a room that had not been cleaned and weren't the only ones that night. They did up grade us but he carpet was wet. :(

Mattress needs to be replaced and PLEASE think about fitted sheets.

Room was ok, the TV was an old 18" dinosaur. A dog turd was lying on the sidewalk in front of the main entrance. We had two sinks, a bathtub and a shower and just one tiny bar of soap. Never stay here again.

Our door was left open when we entered our room for tghe first time. Maids must have left it open. The toilet water ran all day and night called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Our room overlooking the pool gave us a spectacular morning view of the mountains. And the folks at the front desk were great! The bathroom was showing a little wear, but it was clean.

the lady at the desk was very pleasent and helpful and she gave us a d\elivery restrants list that was very helpful

Clean and quiet even though next to the airport.

The Shiloh Inn was a great place to stay the night before an early flight out. The hotel was very affordable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was large and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. I would and will stay here again in a heart beat.

I stayed at 2 other shilo inn's in the past, very pleased, but not all shilo inn's are created equal. It took forever to check in. Location is next to nothing, no food nearby. No phone book or suggestions for any restaurants. TV remote wouldn't work and literally after the front desk trying 15 remotes and having no maintenance person, they brought in […] programming instructions and I helped try and fix, didn't work and everyone gave up, so manual tv. They couldn't afford fitted sheets for beds so used top sheets on top and bottom that bunched up when you slept. Old crappy run down hotel. 더 보기

Comfortable and friendly airport hotel. Staff was ready at any time to accommodate my needs. Exercise room with steam room, sauna snd whirlpool well maintained.

As long as you have in mind that you are checking into an in expensive hotel you will have a good stay. For well under a hundred bucks a night it is worth it. If I was gonna be in town for several nights then I would probably stay somewhere a bit nicer. Staff was nice enough and room was clean. This place was well-lite, clean and a nice place to get to after a long day on the road. We were headed to Seattle from TX and walking into this place was a nice ending of a cold, wet day. Snuggled between the freeway and a truckstop lies the Shilo Inn Boise Airport. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Just fast food at the truckstop so actual dining involves driving over the freeway and down Broadway. If you just need a place to sleep near BOI this place fits the bill, rates are reasonable. A good deal! The early morning desk help was rude but everyone else was wonderful. The room was large and the bed very comfortable!

The room we were assigned ot was a non-smoking room, the entire hotel was suppose to be non-smoking, upon entering into our room it had a terrible odor of smoke. When we requested to have a new room the wouldn't move us just told us they would put a deodorizer in the room which failed completely and we suffered through the stick as it was late and we […] were to tired to fight with the staff to get a new room. Very disappointed in there willingness to accomidate us with simply moving us to a new room. Also our other party requested on hotels.com to have a room with one king bed and they did not provide this to them. Simple things they could have fixed very easy, but they didn't and that doen't show very good custom service and in this ecconomy that is most important to give the customs exactly what they request. 더 보기

I stayed twice at this mid-range hotel when flying into and out of Boise. While a bit close to freeway noise, it is easy to locate and access from BOI. A decent restaurant is next door is a station for refueling your rental car. My only complaint is about the breakfast service. Too close to interstate and edge of town --Trucks Thottling down all night--otherwise good--- I would request room opposite interstate next time

Was not notified that they change their park and fly policy. Had to pay extra to park car there while we went on vacation. Only reason we chose Shiloh was because of their park and fly policy. Now I will find some other hotel that will let us park for free when we go on vacation and leave our car at the hotel while staying at least one night.
