The location was perfect as we were going to shop in San Marcos and explore Gruene. The staff did a great job with the breakfast and the variety was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The only down side was the hotel was a bit old.

I had just stayed at the Comfort Suites in San Antonio which was beautiful. This hotel is older, kind of worn and dingy looking.

Staff was very nice and friendly upon arrival. Nice clean room.

The room for really nice for the price. I chose the location to be close to Schlitterbahn and didn't realize it was closed in March. Instead i was able to do some shopping in San Marcos and the drive was not far at all. Overall my visit was very nice and the staff was too.

Good hotel for the price. $25+ dollars cheaper than surrounding hotels with the same services, including free breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

mattress had a huge indention....needed to be replaced a LONG TIME AGO. I have had a terrible backache since my stay. Surely this hotel chain could afford new mattresses.

Guests included many apparent construction workers, and in some cases, their wives and girl friends. You're entitled to earn your living howver. (I grew up workIng hard on a farm, but keep it down to a low roar and no partying in the hallways.) Desk clerk said, "The hotel is filled to capacity tonight." Well, yes, but can't they party in their rooms? […] Couldn't they park their F350 4x4s in ONE parking space rather than two? Must they wake you at 5:45 am. by beeping outside your window? 더 보기

Only downsides are.. - the cleaner (?) they are using in the main lobby smells like formaldehyde - the corridors are hot Otherwise a nice place to stay...room & bed comfy

We've stayed all over NB and paid more for less. Courteous staff. Clean property. Easy access location. This is one of the better properties offering a comfortably roomy Jr. Suite for a very reasonable price. No frills or thrills - just clean, comfortable and reasonable priced. I would stay again.

The room was extremely clean, service was great, the continental breakfast was also very satisfying. We would definetly stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

As we were going to our room, a housekeeping personel was vacumming the hallway. Two of our group stepped over the power cord, but as my wife stepped over it, the lady pulled the cord, tripping my wife and sent her sprawling across the floor, causing bruises and twisted wrist.. And the AC didn't work in 100+ degree temp.

We stayed in the two bed suite. It wasn't really a suite--it was a two bed room with a sofa bed. We were comfortable and slept well. I only wish there were blankets on the sofa bed or elsewhere in the room. Great location and staff was friendly. Thanks!

Had super comfortable stay. The hotel is close to the Outlet Mall in San Marcos, in fact it is only 9 exits away. Also it is very close to Gruene and Schlietterbaun. So you do not have to stay at the hotels near the actual water park. Much quieter.

The only issue i had with our stay was that the hotel stopped serving breakfast at 9 am, but i thought the woman said 10 so we missed breakfast. a.

Destination Schlitterbahn? This hotel is located at the exit to Schlitterbahn on Interstate 35 S. We found it very convenient for our stay in New Braunsfels and don't overlook the New Braunsfels Smokehouse just a few blocks away.

The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was great, but.... the desk clerk snipped at me when I asked where the elevator was (they don't have one) and was really rude to my 18 year old son when he asked if the pool was still open when we checked in (at 11 p.m.). She was also rude the next morning when I asked for a copy of my bill..... I hope she is […] in a better mood when you stay at this location. 더 보기

What a dump! We reserve a non smoking room, and the non smoking room was smoked in. They move us to another room, only to find out the AC is broken in that room. Then we move back to the room that t was smoked becasue they had no more rooms to offer. Room was dirty, sheets look like they were never washed. The breakfast was nasty

Located on access road of I 35 with easy access,road noise was not an issue. Breakfast closed @ 9am-we didn't know this. Old bar of soap was left in the bathtub (Ewwww). I would try this facility again.

This hotel may not have quite as much "curb appeal" as some of the surrounding facilities, but I think it's a very good value for the money. The staff is great, the rooms are nice, and this hotel is $20 or more less per night than the others, so if your staying a number of nights, it can be a real savings. Our room had a brand new flat screen TV with […] all the cable channels. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are clean and nice. The a.m. breakfast is standard fare. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we will stay again. Do be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor. 더 보기

The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels, but not all were clean. Some had makeup on them.

Everything was fine except this is a two story facility with no elevator. It was no problem for me but might be for others.

Comfort Suites in conveniently located close to Schlitterbahn water park. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We checked into the room around 3-4pm. Stayed in our room for a couple of hours when we noticed the A/C was not cooling properly. Got with the front desk and they were going to work on it. They did not have a room complementary of what we had asked for, they were sold out. The maintenance man came by and said he could put in a new A/C at 8:30pm at night […] when my kids were needing to get to sleep. They found another room for us down the hall that was not the same as what we had. It was not as convenient for what we needed. Got to our other room where the A/C was not on fully and took up to 4 hours to get to comfortable temperature, 1:00am. The Hotel was not in anyway considerate to us on compensation for our troubles and discomfort of the stay with issues on their A/C issues. Left General Manager voicemail messages to call me back to dicuss the issues and will not return my phone calls. 더 보기

This hotel is very convenient to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park and other Comal River and Guadalupe River sites including Gruene. Comfortable room, comfortable location, and good amenities. Is even a potential base for Natural Bridge Caverns (a must-see) Sea World and other San Antonio sites. Staff helpful and courteous. Will stay here again.

This was one of the cheapest hotels in the area close to Schlitterbahn - our destination for the weekend. The hotel was clean had a decent free breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close to several good restaurants and right off the highway (no highway noise from our room). The outdoor pool was also appreciated and not crowded. […] I would definitely stay there again 더 보기

Very easy to find the hotel, east on, east off I-35. Very clean lobby and rooms, service and personnel very polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and very well put out. All in all a very plesant stay and would use the hotel again.

This Hotel seemed pretty new. It clean and comfy and very central to New Braunfels.

The hotel room was great, but ig you carry alot of luggage, like my wife does, make sure you get a bottom room. This hotel does not have an elevator. And don't expect to get into the pool area at mid afternoon, to relax, it is on the wrong side of the hotel, you will probably burn.
