In the room we were in, the air conditioning/heating unit rattled terribly all night. We told the front desk and they didn't seem to care all that much. Also, whoever designed the bathrooms did a terrible job. The toilet is right up against the bathtub. The room was very spacious so why they made such a tiny toilet/bath room is ridiculous.

I like the Hyatt Place chain and found the staff very accomodating. The mattress on the bed could have been more comfortable, other than that, a great stay.

I got my diamond ring stolen from you room!!! I left my ring in a jewelry box that was hidden under my clothes in the cubby under the TV! I woke up late packed my belongings did not discover my ring missing until I returned home. The hotel is claiming that because I did not realize my item was missing UNTIL i got home that their insurance would not […] pay! Their employee purposely went through my belongings opened my jewelry box and stole my ring! They probably got rid of their problem but left me being a victim of a crime... if you stay at this hotel don't leave anything behind or simply refuse housekeeping...these are professionals at what they do. 더 보기

I had a problem with Hotels.com but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the advertised price for the room. The Hotel is clean and the 24/7 availability of hot food was an added bonus. After a long trip I just wanted to rest. Will be back!

Very nice hotel...

The best thing about staying at a Hyatt Place is the flexibility it offers. You can get as much or as little from your stay as you want. There's a cafe/gallery area in the main lobby from which food/drinks are available at all times. The cost would be about the same as a typical casual dining establishment, for comparison. I have two small children […] and they loved watching their cartoons on the big screen like that. I just plugged my laptop into the panel and let them watch movies. It's a little far from town and the pool is outdoors, but everything else about the stay is fantastic. 더 보기

Good hotel, comfortable with very good service. they have to be more organized with their automatic food ordering but overall, great experience with very nice staff.

Hotel is in a great location. Right off of major highways, near shopping mall and dining. This trip was a belated Valentine's Day celebration and we wanted to do a little celebrating in out room and located a package store less than 10 minutes from the hotel. It was in the town square and not in some seedy part of town. The front desk gentleman was […] super friendly and directed to all the places we had decided to visit while in the area. The hotel was very clean and my friend commented each time we returned to the hotel that it smelled like a banana split. Not a bad comment considering how some other hotels smell :). Our room was a very nice size, TV awesome size, sectional in room was nice and comfy. Only negatives I could see was bathroom rather small and no microwave in room or dining area of hotel. Would have liked to have been able to warm up my leftovers as a midnight snack. Other than that, this Hyatt will forever be my home away from home when I am in Cincy! 더 보기

Very large comfortable rooms, nice staff.

This hotel was a great choice for our weekend trip to visit family. They have 24 hour food service made to order and a bar that serves until 12. The front desk staff was awesome. They put my family in adjoining rooms as a last minute request which was great. Free wi-fi was easy to use and very convenient. Water pressure in the showers is GREAT! The hotel was very comfortable and the staff seemed to enjoy the guest. the free breakfast was standard but additional items such as omletts and pototes were resonably priced ($6.50 for the platter). both the tri county mall and the kenwood malls are about 15 minutes away. Popular food chains like Ruby Tuesday and starbucks are within walking distance. […] I truly enjoyed my stay. the only downfall no indoor pool,but the attendant was kind enough to ask another hyatt about 6 miles away to accept us as swimming guest. 더 보기

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Place in Blue Ash (Cincinnati), Ohio. It was over the Christmas holiday and we still received excellent service. The only opportunities that I see that the hotel would have are that the restrooms in the rooms do not have a vent and we believe that my fiance was bite by a spider.

After staying at several hotels that make a lot of promises and fall short on delivering them - the Hyatt Place stands tall! Great hotel, staff and location = an wonderful experience.

My wife and I have used this location to spend weekends just for some get away time and we have fully enjoyed. The service has been wonderful. We have always felt welcomed and look forward to going again in the furture.

I've stayed at many hotels and i've never seen a more friendly staff. the shuttle driver gave us directions and even suggested we call him if we get lost. I definitely highly recommmend this hotel.

We stayed here when we went on our 2 day Kings Island adventure. It was fairly close to the park (10 minutes) and the hotel was very nice. Room was spotless, nice panel television. Slept like a baby, hotel was quiet and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Complementary breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. Lots of people and limited […] seating. Seemed to run out of the good stuff, and short people couldn't reach the glasses off the higher shelves. Have stayed at this hotel before, and have always enjoyed it. Location serves my needs, plenty of space in rooms and staff always great! The area for complimentary breakfast gets to be a little bit of a log jam with crowds, and probably can't be helped.

Second time my wife and I stayed there and we were pleased once again. The hotel is super functional for a business or family visit. Close to major freeways, Sharon Woods park, 15 minutes from King's Island and 25 minutes from downtown. Room is comfortable with plenty of room to relax.

disappointing stay with a king size bed instead of double bed room, non working heater and "sorry" at the check out. discount price from other sites doesn't work probably. you'll get what they have and not what you booked.

Very nice people! Offered to give me a tour since it was my first stay with the chain. Room offers more than your basic hotel. It's nice to not feel like you're spending all your time in a bedroom, the living room area was nice. Weird there was a fridge and no microwave, though. Sink is in room and shower/loo is in own space...it's a little tight but […] workable. Bed was very comfy, sofa was a little hard but probably because there was a bed underneath the cushions. Flat screen tv was nice. Amenities in the lobby very nice. You can go down and order food 24/7. Alcohol until 11pm. Didn't take advantage of any of that because of the nature of my stay but nice to know it's there. Surrounding area is sort of industrial but plenty of stores/restaurants/gas just a short jaunt away. Has a gym but didn't get a chance to use it. Free wi-fi is always a nice feature. Elevators were in need of cosmetic repair but overall a great choice for the money!! 더 보기

Me and my lady had a great time in this great hotel! Plush sofa, even better bed! I just wish they could have moved their check out time to later!!!

Upon arrival, we found dirt on lip of a coffe cup. I went down to lobby/kitchenette for a new one, as I could not get phone to dial front desk(confusing...had to dial 0 not button labeled front desk). The host @ front desk did make note of the dirty cup and my room number. Was a very, very busy weekend with national soccer tourney...someone had taken […] the soap dispenser from lobby men's room. I let front desk know, however, 3 hours later it had still not been replaced. Upon reporting it a second time I was told they had to go to a store to get a new dispenser. They could have temporarily put the same bar soap they have in the rooms in the mean time. The back door did not lock, so security was an issue. I have stayed at the Hilton Place near Fields Ertle Rd and was much more impressed with that location. Was not particularly impressed with the "complimentary" breakfast the first day(not much of a selection... oatmeal,bagels,muffins,and fruit). Second day better but have had better(sausage gravy/biscuits,and bagels, muffins, fruit as day before). It seems there is much more emphasis on you purchasing breakfast than providing a better free one. As I have said before, I have had much better complimentary breakfasts at other hotels in which the rates were much less than here. If my family and I would have purchased breakfast it would have been over $30 for the four of us. I would like to say the room, itself, was very nice. I do like the design and t.v. is awesome. Movie prices are very high. I understand it is pay per view but I can get the same movies @ home for 1/4 the price. I rated this hotel location a 3 and would have been a 4 if it had not been for failure of attention to detail issues with cleanliness and broken lock on rear door. 더 보기

My stay here was fabulous, I would do it again.

rooms were very good for the price. the first room we got did not have a stopper in the tub and a light was out. We were moved to a second room without question. The second room was better. The heat seemed a little hard to regulate and the hotel itself was in good shape but seemed old. I would recommend and would go back!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for his birthday and we loved it. It was nice to have the bed seperated from the little living room. We were able to be comfortable in the room without feeling like the room was overcroweded with furniture. The staff was very friendly as well.

Our room was pretty comfortable. Need more amenities like a microwave or vending machines. Refrigerator didn't get cold and the elevator kept breaking down the 3 days we were there.

Yes i would stay there again, very nice staff too.

This was a very nice hotel in a nice area. The only complaint me and my friends would have is that the pool would be nice inside or enclosed and if they had a jacuzzi. Also if they offered a little more choices on the continental breakfast, but other than that this was a great room. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.
