We had several rooms, one room had a microwave and refrig. and the other ones didn't. One room had a ironing board but no iron, another room had a iron but no ironing board. No working vending machine.

Construction was going on to expand the hotel which madeit a little dusty and a little uncomfort. People were nice and seemed to want to help you.

The hotel is older, the room was adequate for our needs, but the bathroom needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The recent paint is the room was evident due to the splatters left on the bathroom counter. Good place to stay for what you pay there. Close to everything, quiet, would stay there again.

We reserved four rooms for a girlscout function. In two of the rooms, the lamps didn't work. TV didn't work well in at least one of the rooms. Air-conditioning not working well in one of the rooms. Two rooms called office and got no help! Hair on bed in at least one of the rooms. Phone not working in at least one of the rooms. Great centrallized location.

The rubber/latex blankets were the most uncomfortable. I couldn't touch them because of the texture. While we appreciated the new coat of paint, the sloppyness of the job was disturbing.

Overall our stay was good but 2 of the outlets did not work and what happened to the coffee pots in the rooms . I will be staying at the Econo lodge if at all possible when in Hot Springs

The motel was very dirty and didn't have the items promised. The ice box in room was so frozen up that the door stayed open and dripped water on the floor all the time. Refused to stay past the first night and wouldn't have stayed at all if I could have found another room. Will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was dirty, I could write my name in the dust on top of the armoire along with the dead bugs laying on top, it was also broken and would not close. The room was listed as a non smoking room, we had to wash our clean unworn clothes to remove the smell of smoke. The floor had not been vacuumed for some time. Some of our food was missing from the […] small refrigerator, which we left for later. The Ice machine was broken, and we had to go to the office for clean towels. The bed spread reeked of cigarette smoke, I don't think they were ever cleaned. Paint was peeling in the shower, and exposed wires were hanging from the smoke detector that was missing. The staff and mangement were great, they helped in every way rooms were big and clean. It was a nice stay and we will stay again.

This hotel stay was better than the one last month because I asked for and they put me in another building which was newer. Room was comfortable and fairly clean although the maids need to close the doors while they clean the room because they let flies in the room, i guess. A so-so experience. You can do better

The fact that the room did not have a coffee pot disappointed me. Also, the blankets on the bed were unlike anything I've ever seen. They felt like a sticky rubber blanket !! We did not even use the blanket because it felt that way. Get some other more comfortable blankets !!!

Econo Lodge was in a good location; staff was friendly and helpful. Room was dirty and linen not changed in my 3 nites. Room had Flies in it. Snack and drink locations were convienent an cheap, free paper.

We booked 3 rooms, one was a handicap room. It had no microwave, iron or board, coffee pot or any kind of cups. Room 2, the bathroom was dirty and the fridge didnt work. just bad, bad, bad!

Honestly, when booking this hotel we expected the worse b/c of the prev. reviews, but it wasn't that bad. The room for was clean. They were updating the place because the room had been newly painted. The people up front were very nice and fast. If I had to stay there again, we would.

It needed some detail cleaning. It also needs to be updated. I could not get a non- smoking room so the smell was pretty bad.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The beds look like they came out of the dumpster. They had huge brown spots all over. The rooms smelled worse than an outhouse. I will never stay at another. We ask for our money back, but that did not happen! They gave us another room & it was worse than the other. I did not sleep at all. I was scared the […] rats would come out of the walls, no baseboards, huge holes, mold mold mold !!!!!! You had plenty to read in the bathroom.... it was like a bar room.. so & so loved so & so. For a good time call so & so !!! You get the picture. Oh I did take pic's of this hellhole... This lodge will never be on my list to waste my hard earned money. Our room was dirty and the bathroom was nasty. I have stayed at alot of hotels and this is the first bad review I have written. Its by far the most nasty hotel I have ever stayed at. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. No wi-fi either!

When I checked in, it wasn't a suite. There wasn't a kitchen to cook. It was a regular motel with a small refrigerator and a microwave without coffee maker. There was a patch job on the ceiling in the bath, which had not been taken care of well. It seemed very old motel needed to update. One good thing is a location. Everything is close and near. The door would not open for the first room we tried to check into, so we were given another room. Our next room had trash in the corner, carpet that I would not let my kids walk on with bare feet, and exposed carpet pad where carpet was missing. The drywall above the shower was falling down and had begun to grow mold. When I discussed these issues with […] the front desk I was told they would, "look into it". When I called the front desk to deliver 1 extra towel to the room (we only had three and our reservation stipulated we had four), I was told to come up to the lobby, because they were busy. The only real problem was construction starting early every morning in the parking lot.

Room was somewhat worn, but clean, quiet, comfortable. Not fancy, but reasonably economical.

We could not sleep hardly at all. We only had one pillow each, and my husband ran out in the middle of the night to buy some pillows from Wal-mart. Thank God Walmart was really close. The beds were so hard!

The hotel was okay for the money, but it did not have a mircowave as indicated.

Hotel was good for the money. Clean and comfortable. However the rooms did not have wi-fi as advertised on your site. Overall a pleasant stay.
