C- is the grade this hotel should get.. unfriendly staffs. not so clean room. bathroom shower door was broken. bit of funny smell.. everything is soso..

Hotel is located in a area where most locals live, work, and socailize. If you are a tourist and want to stick out like a sore thumb, this ,is the place for you. Great hotel and Great location although wasnt in the centre but was 2 minutes from transport and 20 minutes for the centre by foot.The staff is welcoming and realy helpfull.The area of the hotel is full of great local shops and resturants. It was everything we ecpected and more. Breakfast wasrealy good.

do not go to this hottel, its terriblle bad service bad location.

We booked the Hotel Mozart at a good rate, BUT when we arrived we were told that the airconditioning was not working and that it was only expected to get fixed two days later (on the day we were leaving). Other than that it was a decent hotel. The rooms were a bit small. The bathroom was recently updated and in excellent condition.

i liked tis hotel a lot but it was hard to find and parking is impossible. easy walk though to the duomo and the heart of milan

hotel ottimo in tutto...dall'inizio alla fine....solo un problema.....milano e' un cantire aperto e anche il navigatore impazzisce....ma con un pò d'intuito e pazienza si arriva a destinazione..........

Hotel mt confortável, excelente atendimento, quarto e café da manhã mt bons, porém o único detalhe é que a internet não está inclusa, somente 30 minutos, então tem que pagar pelo serviço.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le proprie esigenze. Non di recente costruzione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht sehr groß, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch das frühstücken war für italienische Verhältnisse wäre überdurchschnittlich gut. Gerne wieder.

Все было отлично ! свои 4* оправдывает полностью, приятной неожиданностью оказался включенный и так в недорогую стоимость завтрак...

Dejligt hotel, godt beliggende lidt uden for centrum, men med gode trafikforbindelser.

Trevlig personal. Väldigt bra frukost. 200 m till buss spårvagn mot centrum. Restauranger i området. Fräscha rum. Vi trivdes jättebra och har inget att klaga på.

The staff at the hotel Mozart is very nice and helpful.

The hotel has probably been very nice once. Just now it seems as it needs a refurbishment - and we saw that one was going on while we stayed there. Most things were OK. This is not a bad hotel. However our room smelled quite strongly smoke (even though we ordered a non-smoking). We did expect more since this was a 4 star hotel. To get into the centre […] of Milan you needed to take a bus and then change to the metro. It would take 15 minutes, which was as expected. All in all this is an OK hotel at a low price, but I would rather try another hotel next time I visit Milan. 더 보기

Personalen pa hotellet var vänliga och tillmötesgaende och gjorde vad dom kunde för att hjälpa oss. Frukosten var enkel och god och dom fyllde pa maten hela tiden. Sängen var lite hard, men vi som tycker om harda sängar var den perfelt för. Enda nackdelen med hotellet för stunden var att dom höll pa att renovera pa andra vaningar, sa det lät lite mkt […] pa morgonen, men det överlevde vi (och det är NU, juli 2010). Hotellet var nära centrum när vi lärde oss första vilken linje pa vagnen vi skulle ta(14). Har absolut inget att klaga pa, det var ett toppen hotell! 더 보기
