베스트 웨스턴 프레지던트 호텔 (Best Western President Hotel) - 오클랜드

호텔이 위치는 정말 좋아서 스타이타워와 가깝고 I SITE 하고도 가까워 여행에 관한 정보를 알고 예약을 쉽게 할 수 있어 너무 좋았으며 시티에 자리하고 있으면서도 조용하게 지낼 수 있어 너무 좋네요.

Room was very sparsely furnished but was adequate for one person, more seating and table for two people required .

Why does it cost more to park a car in your Hotel over night than over night in the local wilson car park.This was just a rip off $8 wilson or $20 Hotel

Our weekend was too short as we didn't get to do everything we wanted. We had a great stay.

Gr8 location for sights & shops, buses, ferries, bars restaurents etc. good value, room LCD have been bit bigger and beds bit too narrow

Great value but single beds a bit soft and narrow! Room could have done with bit more space and bathroom fan did not work

Hotel is conveniently located. Staff was accommodating. Central Auckland is walkable from this location with plentiful restaurants and shops. Accommodations are somewhat spartan with few amenities. Wi-Fi is expensive.

I had a "business package" that included a free upgrade in the corporate floor. It looked anything but an upgrade.. the room was so tiny I could barely open my luggage. both the interior of the room and the common areas look cheap and outdated. the lobby is terrible. there was no dining options except for breakfast, as the on-site restaurant was closed […] every night. the regular TV channels didnt work and they blamed it to an upgrade of the system. the internet allowed only one device connected, so I couldnt have both my PC and my smartphone online at the same time. the only plus was a tiny kitchen in the bedroom, with a sink, a microwave and a fridge. 더 보기

In the city center and easy to reach by car too. I don't like that they do not have free internet or wifi. You have to pay an awful lot of money to be connected to the world...

Hotel is a bit dated but represents very good value for money if you're happy with just the basics. Staff were super helpful and the location in Auckland CBD is ideal if you don't have a car.

Other than the lack of free WIFI in roomi; stay was a '5' Room was HUGE! (2 separate rooms + kitchenette

The hotel is close to everyting,the city public transportation and the staff is freindly. The suite was big and all the amenities in working condition.

We found this hotel very central although our room looked into a multistorey carpark so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. When we queried the location of the room we were told "what did you expect for the money you paid" not very nice from a staff member. Had to pay for car park and the spaces were tiny.

If you have any problems walking you need to know that this hotel is on a steep street. We had a two room suite which was great. The hotel is pretty basic but served our purposes.

We only stayed one night but this hotel was an ideal location to see the Sky Tower, Auckland Art Museum, bookshops and restaurants. The clerk was very helpful and accommodated us with a car park although I should have pre-booked. The room was large, clean and comfortable and well priced.

Brilliant location - close to Sky-Tower, and an easy walk to the harbour. Excellent kitchenette for home catering and a local supermarket almost next door!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. We used staff and staff recommended babysitters during our stay and were very happy both times (as were the children). We found the hotel conveniently located and in walking distance to fantastic restaurants and sights. Most staff went out of their way to help us with any requests that we had. dissapointed when told there was no carpark space I had booked, was told carpark was full,plenty of spaces available though on the day and the very next morning at 7am, must have been a hell of alot of check outs throughout the night, wasn't a good start, to give a positive review

I stayed in this hotel for a week in December 2011 and was quite satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. The location is excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and the price was right. This hotel is a renovated office building so the rooms are not standard hotel-room configuration, and they are not small. I had a kitchenette and free coffee-maker […] too which was great. This hotel was very conveniently located, accommodating, and reasonably priced. A short walk took us to good restaurants and attractive parks. I strongly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was ideally situated for tourist activities. The room was well appointed. Only down side was that mattress could have been firmer.

Very convenient to Casino and Sky Tower but this adds to the amount of noise every night. There is also one of those "Reverse Bungy" rides right across the road which has people screaming till after 10:30 pm. The windows in our room were dodgy and could not close completely (you could fit your open hand through the gaps) so you couldn't block the noise […] out. Emergency service vehicles were common throughout the night and then the council street-sweepers start at 4:30am EVERYDAY!! The customer carpark is tiny and you need to Vaseline your car up to squeeze it into the miniscule parking spaces. Great if you are a night-owl and need something very close to the entertainment but not so good for a family holiday. 더 보기

The only thing that lets the room down is the sofa which is not at all comfortable and resembles a train seat. Everything else is really great. Fresh linen and towels every day. Clean, clean,clean. Room safe, good TV, right in the heart of Auckland. Can recommend on all counts. Cafes all round. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

My husband and I spent four nights at the Best Western President Hotel. Although it could be described as sparse in decor, everything else about the Best Western was fine. Desk staff was very accommodating to our needs and helped us several times. Our room was extremely clean and well maintained during our stay. We had breakfast each morning in the […] hotel dining room. It was a typical American buffet and had more than enough of a variety to meet our needs. Again, the staff in the dining room was very gracious and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. 5 minutes to Sky Tower and 10 minute walk to the wharfs and ferry terminal. Using Hotel.com we were able to get a rate that included free Internet access and free breakfast. We were very pleased with our accommodations and location. 더 보기

Very helpful staff. Nice room, clean and well kept. A lot of noise from the streets below (The room was on the 5th floor). There should have been a WiFi available according to both writen material and the people at the desk. No sign of that att all. Expensive breakfast.

The hotel closes to everything, however it is not reflecting the "Best Western" style and standards. It is very old, the lift makes some noise. And the room is noise too. I guess the owner just wants to save money.

This is a well located hotel, very pleasant room with kitchenette. It's on a rather tacky block but close to wharf, shopping, Albert Park. Reception staff was very helpful.

Room was fine however, 2 points you should know before you book; hot water is only on for 15 min. then takes 45 min. to reheat. I understand this is a good way to minimize water and energy usage, I just wished I knew in advance. Secondly, the noise outside every 4:00 am was terrible. We could not figure out if it was construction, more likely garbage […] pick up and disposal. Still do not know but be aware very noisy from about 4;00am to 4;45am. Good location, everything worked, internet was a bit prcey, but that is the same most places in Auckland. Functional rather than luxury, but good for the price.

Excellent location... especially for a budget priced hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy... bare bones, but had everything a busy person needs. Kitchenette was tidy and had enough bits and pieces to keep you happy. View was spectacular. My partner said the elevators made her feel sick... their breaking was very tightly tuned. Was a 'mature' hotel... […] that perhaps has seen better days from a decor point of view... but there really wasn't much to complain about unless you've come straight out of an expensive Dubai palace.... 더 보기

Great location right in the cbd of auckland close to public transport 15mins walk to vector arena, 10mins to downtown britomart. friendly and helpful staff. Just one gripe really the couch in the room was probably the worst piece of furniture I have ever come across in a hotel it was uncomfortable and just plain horrible, I hope i never have to encounter […] one of these ever again.Otherwise a great stay room was spacious, (especially as it is right in the city) and very clean, bed was comfortable 더 보기

Picked this hotel after reviewing earlier guest comments and were not disappointed. The hotel was excellent value and the central location perfect. The staff were friendly and polite, pre allocated parking is required if you plan on using a car. Only point we found is that to spot the hotel from the busy road was not easy as there are bus stops outside […] which when in use block the hotel signage. GREAT LOCATION Centric and safe. room is OK. my sheets had some stain, not sure what it was and don't want to really think much about it. hotel staff was alright. probably second language barrier, I don't know. Definitely could be courteous, especially over the phone.

Very disappointing, particularly the service upon arrival which was outright rude. Not welcoming or interested in accommodating to guests needs. Our group consensus was to not recommed this hotel.

I can't fault it, Excellent location, Staff were very accommodating, Rooms Were clean. I will stay at this hotel again.

The room was spotless. Top marks to your staff. Great view will use it again and good to get parking.

awesome stay so close to skytower etc so good for the money got a real bargin primo service at reception and breakfast area nice clean rooms only bummer thing i think was the carpark its so tiny was freaking out that our car wouldnt fit in but hey beats paying public parking highly recommend would def stay again

The half price deal I got through Hotels.com for the President Hotel Auckland was a fantastic deal. The Hotel is close to Queens Street, the Sky Tower and an easy walk to the Waterfront and ferries. I had a 1 bedroom unit which included a lounge, and was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Other people had commented […] on noise at night from the central city location. On the 7th floor, and possibly because of the position of my room, my nights were very quiet. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others and will stay here again if I get a similar deal to the one I had. 더 보기
