래디슨 호텔 프로비던스 에어포트 (Radisson Hotel Providence Airport) - 워릭

3 night stay. 3 days and nights without internet access, wireless or wired. Repeated apologies from front desk and statements that tech support had been called. I had to walk across the street to Best Western to get an internet connection. Room was clean and in good repair, food in restaurant excellent.

Very convenient...friendly and extremely helpful staff. Next visit I would eat in the hotel's dining room.

my partner and i really loved are stay at the radisson hotel , we were amazed at the room and comfortable it was we will definitely be back soon !

Great staff, 100% all the way. I loved being able to leave my car there for a few days while I was on my trip. I'll be back!!!

The house keeping at this hotel was horrible. They woke me up 3 times within two hours between the hours of 9:30 - 11:30. The last time I just left. It was horrible and I mean horrible service.

I have stayed here before in one of the small suites. Love the room and the comforts! Wish I could escape to these rooms more often. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

From the moment we got there the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with our first room. However, once we let the front desk know they immediately took action and actually upgraded us to a better rooom at no extra cost for the inconveinence. I couldn't have asked for better service. I wad very impressed with the room and the restaurant is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone. Also using hotels.com was so easy with great rates.

The parking package with this hotel on Hotels.com was cheaper than paying long-term parking at the airport! I loved the convenience of the shuttle and proximity to the airport. It was a great way to begin and to end my trip!

Clean, friendly place, although the room was a bit small and cramped. The best thing was that it is VERY close to the airport for flying out the next day. They offer airport shuttles, too.

Fortunately, we just needed to stay at this hotel overnight in advance of our 530am flight home. The location is very convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent ... on demand so it was also convenient. The downsides we experienced included a terrible attempt at room service ... the restaurant was closing just as we arrived so we ordered […] from the room. It took multiple calls and close to 90 minutes to get food. The food we got was delivered without napkins or utensils, so we ended up eating with our fingers since we'd already had to call room service four times just to get our food. Also, we didn't get half of what we originally ordered ... they called an hour after we placed our order to say they were out of the items but with only six or seven things on the menu, how can this be? And after hat, the food was not even good and not at all as described in the menu (i.e. there was no bacon on the turkey club sandwich and it was served on a hamburger bun). All in all, a terrible experience. This is not the place if you are in full-on travel mode and expect the normal amenities that come with a traveler-centric hotel. The room was nice and the furnishings more than adequate, but when you have a sofa and armchair in the living room area, why do you put the TV on a wall in the bedroom ... the same wall as the one the sofa is on ... so that you cannot watch TV from the sofa or armchair? Bad planning. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area. Any one of them would have been a better experience. 더 보기

We just stayed the night before catching a plane. However, the Raddisson welcomed us with a friendly staff and the beds were very comfy. The ONLY negative was the small bathroom. The shuttle runs to the airport 24-7!

Close to TF Green airport so convenient if you have an early morning flight. Didn't care much for the Sleep Number beds - but you can request a room with a regular mattress at check-in if you prefer. Pleasant staff. Next door to Legal Seafoods restaurant.

For a hotel so close to the airport, you really can't hear a thing. We had a good night's sleep for a stop over between Boston and New York, after spending the afternoon in Providence. It's not too far from Providence and is an easy drive to the highways. My only complaint is that we requested a king bed through hotels.com, but got 2 doubles when we […] arrived. Service was excellent the staff was great. The location was very central to all events and freeway. No one to assit with baggage, but not a deal breaker

Has pictures of a gym and pool, but you have to take a shuttle as these amenities are off site.

My husband, brother-in-law, and I were very pleased with the accomodations, service, etc. at this Hotel. We were only staying overnight in order to get to the Block Island Ferry the following morning. But, when we arrived we had a very excellent dinner right there in the Hotel as well as breakfast in the morning, which helped us to not to spend our […] time looking for a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile including early check-in, providing a toothbrush and holding luggage in their locker after checkout. I will definitely stay there again. Rates through hotels.com were very affordable.

The hotel was very close to the airport and their shuttle service was excellent. Most impressive was the courtesy and helpfulness of their staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were attending the Jazz Festival in Newport, RI & couldn't find a room for just 1 night so we looked outside Newport itself. Hotel was priced very well , was clean, comfortable and had good, friendly service. We spent 2 nights at the Radisson and it was an excellent choice. I decided on the Radisson because of the other good reviews I had read and the price point. We were not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Late arrival at airport, calling for shuttle - told 5 minutes, waited 15 only to find out the hotel is only 3 minutes away. Frustrating and disappointing to be lied to at the end of a tedious and delayed long flight. Then they had the gall to say they were 'busy' - at 1.30am? Yeh, right! Think my wife found it as a 3 star hotel and it was very clean, very comfortable and he people working there were most accomodating.

The first room we were biten in by something so we changed rooms and the Sleep number bed I had deflated.... Resturant is good

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Providence Aiport while on vacation. It was a great hotel with sleep number beds! The food was very good at the Restaurant and it is next to a Legal Seafoods Restaurant ~ great!

No complaints....entire staff was extremely efficient and cordial!

good value because I prepaid. Nice staff members, decent location close to airport. Restaurant next door was a must since there are no such services in the hotel.
