The managers reception is a joke. This is the second and last time we will stay there. Franco-American soagehitti as your offered food! The breakfast was garbage also.

Hotel employees friendly. The appetizers and 2 free drink should apply to how many are in the room. There were 3 of us and they only issue complimentary drinks and appetizers for 2. Maybe it should apply to the number of people in the room. ALSO, when I turned the blankets back, there was a long hair on the sheet. YUCK!!!!

Shabby but convenient. Room smelled musty. Elevator to upper levels is not well lit for late night arrivals - sort of scary.

I will most likely stay there again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This place was great! My boyfriend and I have a single king room and it was lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean, and I cant forget to mention how COMFY THE BED WAS! Oh my gosh, it had a soft foam top and the sheets/blankets were clean and cozy. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we get a chance. Everything was great. The customer services couldn't be any better. It was a great stay for my husband who is really into March Madness. For the price, this hotel was a good deal. I was hoping that we would have two separate rooms (living area vs. bedroom) since was a suite but it was all one room.

The Hotel Maintenance and Service seems to have slipped in the last year. Our Shower worked Very poorly. Quantity and quality of food in the dinning room is less than we experienced in previous years.

The motel was clean and close to shopping. I wish the rooms would of have had larger beds but other than that it was great.

The hotel must have booked an awesome photog cause the actual hotel looks nothing like the pictures! The room was like stepping back into the 80s. The bed was rock hard. The shower head was falling out of the wall, the walls were paper thin...I was able to hear our neighbors participate in some crazy extracurriculars. It was all bad. Except the staff, […] they were reasonably friendly... And the breakfast was decent, definitely better than a standard continental breakfast.... But not enough to make me wanna ever go back. Nice but the only thing is. They should give you the correct time of breakfast. Yes if your thier for sat & sun. Differhours on weekdays. Missed a bery hood breakfast. Good enough to ruin the day. Ut good service.

Good price and the breakfast was filling but the bed uncomfortable, the walls thin and could hear the neighbors watching tv, could hear when people walked upstairs, the pipes made tapping noises at night, and the door didn't have a proper seal. It was clean but if you want a good nights sleep I wouldn't reccomend this hotel.

We were close to everything we had to do in Roseville, and even had time to take a morning dip in the hot tub with the grandkids. The breakfast in the morning was better than most others. something there for everyone, including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and to the kids delight, even waffles and maple syrup.

Right off the highway, but you'd never know it once you get inside the room. We had a Executive King Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids LOVED having their own private room (they called it their apartment) and we loved the big super comfy king bed. Wonderful breakfast included - hot, fresh and tasty. Great staff, clean rooms, beautiful grounds.

Hotel was GREAT for the price! Unfortunately, the people in the next room SNORED SO LOUD I could hear it thru the walls and over my music!!!! Everything else was good!

beds seemed smaller than a queen will book a king next time

Asked for a ground floor room. Got a room on the third floor across from the ice and vending machines. Desk clerk said the hotel was full but the parking lot was only one third full. Did not give me coupons for breakfast. Elevator was dirty. Dated furniture.

Overall, my husband and I had a fantasic stay! Clean rooms, great service, comfy bed, big pillows and a bomb breakfast!!

I felt the condition the hotel was in, was more like a Motel 6. Next time I will shop and check the other hotels in the area for the same price range. Holiday Inn, Hampton, Hilton. My recommendation is to shop and check before choosing the Orchid Suites.

Hotel staff was excellent. Room was adequate but some furniture is quite dated. Also ran out of certain breakfast foods quite early. Would still recommend highly and will stay here again since they accept pets.

The rooms were decent sized and the hotel was in a convenient location. Both tv's in our room didn't really work. It was really fuzzy and the beds weren't the most comfortable. Overall though it was an ok stay.

Like the location: right off the freeway and close to many useful shopping and dining options. Hotel is overall kept clean, but fixtures and amenities are starting to age. Wasn't able to try the free breakfast the next morning, would have liked to but overslept. I have to say, this is the first time I've checked into a hotel where I was given two free […] drink tickets upon entry - it was like going to a nightclub. Okay, I went to Sacramento for a conference and found a good deal with this hotel. I liked that it had an inclusive breakfast. Can't complain, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs and biscuits with gravy. The design of the hotel opens up into 2 separate courtyards. This was a big negative for me. Kids in the pool screaming when it opened and people talking/laughing/hanging […] out in the courtyard past 1030pm. Neighbors down the way had their door open and were smoking pot heavily. The other side of my room was surrounded by trees which was nice but countered by all the noise on the other side. Manager's reception drinks were simply a few choices of beer and wine. Nice concept but not very impressive. It's a much older hotel and the style shows. If you are coming to the area to party and swim in the pool and drink a couple of free beers in the evening for free then this is the place for you. If you're in the area for business and want some sleep and quiet, choose some place else. 더 보기

Really bad experience. Upon arriving, the room was hot, smelly and stuffy. The Sofa Bed was advertised as "full-size", but it was only a twin size and in completely dillapidated condition, extremely uncomfortable. Then we discovered that the Toilet in this room was out of order, and we had to move all our stuff to another room. 24 hours later the toilet […] in the first room STILL had not been fixed. The sofa bed in the 2nd room was a full-size, but also uncomfortable. The decor in both rooms was dreary and dated. Also, there was a group of young males staying there who were obvious drug users. Fairly typical hotel, seemed renovated. The lounge with the "free drinks and appetizers" was a little disappointing, but hey, it was free. The free continental breakfast was actually pretty good. Very pet friendly from my observations.

Extremely understaffed, waited 45 minutes to get checked into my room when I already had a reservation. The concierge was new and was left alone to help everyone and wasn't fully trained. Was not smooth at all and if you have a reservation you shouldn't wait 45 minutes to be helped and checked in.

The hotel felt more like a motel than a hotel. I did enjoy the accomadation of the amenities that were avaliable for example the fridge, microwave and ETC. The room may need a little bit more cleaning but with the great price that week it was well worth the stay. I would stay there anytime due to the amenities and the low suite cost. ManG

We stayed for 4 nights in a king suite room. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed this hotel.

The Orchid Suites in Roseville..was a superb hotel...the room was large,comfortable,well maintained and clean.The Executive King suite was really nice..I thought it would be more given the name executive king suite...which means that it has a king sized bed...which was very very comfortable btw....vert soft and sheets,blankets and pillows...the suite […] part must refer to the additional sitting area with a sofa and a coffee table...it had a refrigerator and a microwave..which in my book is a must nowadays to have as standard a microwave and refrigerator..it just makes the whole stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing to have cold drinks and any leftovers...ie.pizza available...very nice hotel great proximty to a large variety of restaurants and stores including a very large Frys right next door..I will be back! 더 보기
