Terrible. I arrived late - around 2am, but had called ahead to say when I would be arriving. Front door was locked, and despite ringing the bell, banging on the door and finally calling the front desk 3 times, it still took over 10 minutes for the desk clerk to wake up from the lobby couch and let me in. He said not one word to me - and then couldn't […] work the computer to check me in. I had a pre-paid room but he didn't know how to get me a key. The entire process was awful - and it was unsafe to be locked out of the hotel in Memphis for that long. He never apologized - or really said anything. I know it was late at night, but the service was the absolute worst I have experienced. Stay somewhere else. 더 보기

Clean and comfortable, perfect for short term stay.

The hotel is not far from the main highway which made everything easily accessible. There are a lot of places to eat nearby without even having to get back on the highway. EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!! My only complaint is that the pillows were terrible(lumpy!). We opted to go to the nearby Shoney's for their breakfast buffet so we didn't try the continental […] breakfast. All in all our stay was great. I will probably book here again. I only hope they change the pillows before I go back. 더 보기

Someone had used the bathroom to dye their hair. The maid came and said room was not clean they would change our room. Hotel was full. She cleaned bathroom, but there was purple dye all over shower and curtain.

I wished all the comfort Inn's had rooms like this one. It was a very nice hotel room, bed was nice, parking lot was clean and big enough spaces. The bathroom was big enough for move around in.

This was an adequate choice for a short stay. If this Inn were to be nearly booked full, I suspect parking might be somewhat limited but, otherwise, I was overall quite satisfied with the stay.

A mattress that felt like it was forty years old.The air conditioner didnt work right.All of the way up on the hot water was about 90 degrees.1 towel per guest.The breakfast buffet was over quick because nothing extra was cooked.Go down the road to another hotel.

Hotels.com said this hotel was near the zoo and it was way away from the zoo. Room was nice but they don't have an elevator. The room was perfect for us, but I have never been in a suite with a roll out couch that did not have the linens in the room already. Plus the hotel said they could only find one extra blanket.

The room seem to be alright at first appearence. I was bitten by apparently bed bugs all over. Had to wash and throw out things before I could bring it in the house.

For what we needed, this hotel fit the bill. The location was right for our visit and the beds were most comfortable, which is very important when you've been running around all day!

On check in the front desk staff was not very welcoming. My questions were answered in monotone and abruptly. I got the feeling that I was putting the clerk out. Oh, well, I won't be back so their loss.

This hotel was evrything I was looking for - for the price. Staff was efficient, breakfast was good, bathroom was well stocked with towels etc.

After car problems, we finally arrive at 1:30 a.m. The clerk let me in the locked lobby (female with daughter) to check in rather than the window for after hours check-in. Not the best neighborhood, but well lit. The were very helpful with directions the next morning.

Great place, friendly staff, full breakfast. not a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhood. slept like a baby.

I had great time there with my family. I like that they have healthy choices for breakfast, the rooms are clean, have fresh air, and workers are friendly.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out-fast,easy. Friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable and convienent.

From the outside, this hotel doesn't look so bad... but you don't exactly feel all that safe in the neighborhood that it is in either! We walked up the steps to our room and the first think I noticed was how discusting the carpets were. It was quite apperant they had not been cleaned in quite some time if ever. We proceeded to our room and while the […] bathroom looked as though it has been updated recently, the room itself had much to be desired. The hotel was great, but the cleaning crew placed my child's two stuffed animals in a VERY comprimising position on the bed. That was NOT called for!

I felt very safe at this location and it was convent to where I was going. The carpet in the hall was a little stained but it is expected from all the traffic it gets during peek operation times. Room was clean and bed was great. Good value .

Very good value for an economy priced hotel; really better than I expected. However, there was a stain on the bedspread and some of the towels had stains. I believe everything was clean, it smelled clean, but stains give the impression of not clean. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Location was quiet, dead end street in what appeared at night […] to be a mixed light industrial and commercial area, but it felt safe. Convenient access to/from the highway. Breakfast was ok; have had better and worse. There did not seem to be anyone assigned to attend it, so, when things ran out or got messy, someone had to go to the desk for help. Wi-fi internet signal was excellent. All things considered, I would stay here again. I have paid more for much less. 더 보기

There were no elevators for this hotel so we had to drag everything upstairs. The carpets were disgusting and discolored and overall this placed smelled. The breakfast they offered was terrible to include old everything both mornings we were there so it was not a coincidence.

The hotel itself was fine. however, it was 18 miles from Graceland. If you want to be closer, try a different hotel.

This was a basic room and hotel. I can't really say anything negative about the room or hotel as a whole; it was clean and quiet. It was right off the expressway which made it convenient to get where we were going.

Hotel is situated on a short dead end street which provided for a quiter stay. Rooms (2) were well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was mainly cereal but included a waffle iron. We avoided the bacon and eggs that were sitting out, breakfast area could have been more timelt maintained. hotel rooms are clean and servicible but the public areas are in desparate need of a clean especially the curtains and carpets. The breakfast is a lesson in economy with scrambled eggs in a crock pot and the remaining items from Sams club (gallon jugs of syrup) The manager /owner ? needs to loose his bare feet, flip flops and untucked in plaid shirt […] and look professional starting by shaving and improving his own dress code. 더 보기

The room was clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was good. It was a very restful stay. Very quiet. We did have trouble with the door key cards not wanting to work. It took several swipes at times to get the doors to unlock.
