We arrived around midnight and were welcome received. Employes speak a litle bit of English which was great. The rooms were very nice, spacious, comfortable with Air Condition, TV and safe. We didn't use the TV neither the safe. The room didn't had frizzer. The room was in the opposite direction of the train station, although near the elevator it was […] very quiet. Never heard other guests. Breakfast was buffet style and with my oppinion with very good quality (continental breakfast), including fresh fruit and iogurts. The hotel is located 10 meters of a subway station, two minute walk from a pharmacy and ATM. Only stayed two nights, so I can't evaluate Cleaning Service. The hotel had Wifi but I didn't use it. The only bad thing is price, although below average for the type of hotel I still find it a little bit expensive but I guess that's Paris... 더 보기

This is an excellent hotel for business trips as it is great value and close to the Gare du Nord/Eurostar (5 minutes walk). The surrounding area is rated as 3 as its typical of areas in close proximity to rail termini, i.e. downmarket, but it's literally above a metro station so you can get anywhere in Paris from below the hotel. Just beside Chateau Landon Metro... actually Metro runs through underground tunnel below the hotel! Location was also a quick access only just 5 mins walk from Gare D l Est Station. We were a couple went for first time to Paris and wanted a metro nearby so that we dont have to worry about finding the right streets in the night while coming back after a day's excursion. To our surprise the Metro was our Hotel's Neighbour!! Yes it was at the next door and it made our life so easy that we could roam till 1am in the night as we only […] had to come out of metro and get inside the hotel next to it. That made it a perfect location from safety & travel perspective. There are quite a few restaurants in the nearby locality, which were small though good. Just check for the internet and TV in the room as in our case it wasnt working fully.. though we hardly had the time to use any of them as there is so much in Paris to see. Overall excellent!! This is the second time I've stayed at an All Seasons in Paris (the first time was at Place de la Republique) and I'd recommend it highly. It's a small room (it IS Paris) but with large enough bed, decent sized bathroom, and very clean. This particular hotel was located a bit far from the city center (about 25 minute train ride to Louvre) and the name […] is kind of misleading - the hotel is ten steps from the metro but not from Gare de l'est. Which means that for almost everywhere you want to go in Paris, you first have to go one stop away to Gare de L'est and then walk a good quarter to half a mile in underground before getting on the train that takes you to the city. I chose this hotel over one closer to the city for one reason - the breakfast. They give you a generous breakfast including a variety of breads, fruits, yogurts and fresh orange juice (other canned juices) included with the room. In paris, this breakfast could cost up to 20 euros per person, so for a family trip this was quite nice. The hotel also gives a nice free map of the city. 더 보기

Location is just next to metro. Staffs are very nice. One of the trainee came from Hong Kong. She was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also good.

Pros: staff is friendly and helpful free breakfast clean rooms Cons: -wifi did not work for the entire stay and lobby computer was out of service - rooms were nice but small -hotel is located adjacent to train station--you can hear the trains and the train arrival announcements. very difficult to sleep.

Hotel is near to a metro, the only concern is a walk away from the big train stations. if given a choice, i might choose other hotel.

The hotel is situated next to the Metro train service. Very convenient for travellers to move around Paris.

The services at this All Seasons hotel is the worst I had ever experienced! We endured a couple nights of cold shower due to the fact that the hotel ran out of hot water, the wi-fi didn't always work until midnight when everyone else went to sleep, the housekeepers always clean the room even when you don't want them to, and all the greedy front desk […] staff cared about was the commission from the airport shuttle. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. When you come out of the Chateau Landon metro stop, the hotel is right there. We enjoyed our stay and would most definetly stay there again.

I loved my stay at this hotel, location is great ! You are around the corner from the Hop on Hop off buss, and five feet from the local Metro. Mr. Jamel the manager, provided me with information to get around Paris, that mad it easyer to get to where I needed to go. They even have a laundry mat up the street for 5 euro you can wash and dry a load. lots […] of Resaurants around the hotel. I loved the free breakfast also.... so much to say. The hotel is close to Paris Nord station (about 400 meters walk) which is very convenient since we had to catch a train to London by Eurostar. The hotel has good breakfast; helpful staff members except that the room is a little dusty. L'Open tour bus station is also within walking distance which allow us to catch bus each morning without trouble. […] You could purchase the tickets for 32 Euros for 2 full days at the station. 더 보기

Great location, next to metro, excellent service. Extremely helpful staff and we got a very spacious room.

This was our second stay in Paris in within a 4 week period, our first was at Montparnasse which was a very nice neighbourhood. We had then thought this time we would stay right near the main stations Gare Du Nord and Gare de L'est...easy. Wow what a horrible location. The hotel itself was nice, very clean and modern reception and breaky area. Comfortable […] if simple room. Free wifi, free tea facilities most of the day. The staff generally were decent however unwilling to provide recommendations for local places such as their recommendation for dinner or local barber shops etc which I didn't think were that difficult a task. The location of the hotel was very convenient being immediately above Chateau Landon Metro station and approx 500 metres from Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est, even carrying two suitcases after 5 weeks worth of souvenirs it was still achievable without too much issue. Although very convenient the area around the train stations is not the most salubrious, a large number of locals hanging out on the street drinking. After a fairly decent holiday still with rose coloured glasses of Paris I was actually a little scared to be outside if the sun wasn't fully up. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel, however next time I won't be walking around the area and will only walk immediately to the Metro downstairs and avoid the locals. 더 보기

I made a non-refundable reservation one month before and when I reached the hotel, they said it was overbooked and moved me into another Ibis Hotel, which was very bad, no airconditioning, very bad service, they did not even bother to call and find out how it was. Very bad hotel! Dont risk your vacation by booking in this waste hotel

We selected this because it had a good price and was within walking distance of Paris Gare de Nord where the trains from London arrive (20 minutes walk). However, the overall neighborhood was not as nice as those in the left bank and there was a lot of graffiti on the buildings in the area--leaving one with a slightly different impression of Paris than one would get in a different spot. Not exactly an authentic Paris hotel, but what do you expect with the name and the price. It actually worked out great because we paid online and did not have to use our credit card when we got there...just checked in and out. Which is good considering American cards don't work there. Plus they held our bags the next day, had free wifi, free breakfast, […] and nice guest services....but the hotel basically just pumps out guests (hence the Cattle Car), nothing fancy about the room, and I was woke up in the morning by announcements made by the train station that is right outside the window. It's next to a metro stop and is quite convenient to get around Paris. There is a laundramat and phone service right acorss the street. The air conditioning was wonderful. Room was small but that's to be expected in Paris. There was a tub and shower, easy to use. It did smell a little musty in the shower area but once the air conditioning was on, it […] went away. Hotel is very conveniently located next to Metro station. It is next to massive railway track, however, the noise of train is acceptable. Furniture inside the room is pathetically simple. Morning breakfast included in the room price is very good quality. Wifi connection in room is free and consistent.

The All Seasons Hotel in Garede L'Est area of Paris is just wonderful. Situated over the Metro station Chateau Landon, this is a very convenient hotel if you plan to take international trains to Belgium, Netherlands or Germany from Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est. We used the baggage hold of the hotel for storing our luggage when we travelled (on Eurail […] pass). The breakfast was included in the price and the breakfast was sumptuous. The staff members were exceptional - they gave some juices and yoghurts for us to carry with us on one of the days as our children and us were rushing to catch a train early in the morning and were not in a position to sit and have breakfast. The All season concept is great - No Frills, staff without uniform, but great value adds for young families, unlimited tea and coffee in the lobby, lots of toys in the lobby as well. The family rooms have two single beds and a king size double bed as well as a large walk-in closet area. The bathrooms had a few tester French toiletry products and this is the only hotel in the world where I have seem kids' shampoos being supplied apart from the adult shampoos. All Seasons hotel is a great stay for young families. Most recommended. 더 보기

Lage etwas abseits, dafür direkt neben Métro - kostenloses W-LAN - Frühstücksbuffet Auswahl gering, aber ausreichend und man kann nehmen so viel man will bis 11:00 - Familienzimmer war zweckmässig und mit genügend Platz - Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit - Preis/Leistung ist gut, vor allem für Paris-Verhältnisse.

Huone siisti, sängyt hyvät. Kylpyhuoneessa kaikki oleellinen, suihkusaippuaa tuotiin päivittäin lisää. Aamiaisella tuoretta patonkia, croissanttia, makea leivonnainen, hedelmäsalaattia, juustoa, kinkkua, mehuja ym. Kiva lisä, kun saa itse puristaa tuoretta appelsiinimehua. Metro Chateau Landon noin 30 metriä hotellin ovensuusta, ympärillä ruokapaikkoja […] ja lähellä ruokakauppa. Tullessamme oli huoneen kassakaappi irti seinästä, kävin huomauttamassa, niin joku tuli liimaamaan sen kiinni silikonilla. Kyllä se siinä kiinni näytti pysyvän. :D Henkilökunta osasi hämmästyttävän huonosti englantia, ihan perus-sanat olivat vieraita (mineral water, room safe, eggs). Hotelli sijaitsee välittömästi Gare de L´estin vieressä, junan äänet kuuluivat ajoittain huoneeseen, mutta öisin ei ääniä kuulunut. Metro jyrisee alla, mutta siihenkin tottui melko heti. Das Hotel entsprach der Beschreibung im Internet und wir erlebten daher keine negativen Überraschungen. Es liegt sehr nahe am Gare de l´Este und kann daher einfach zu Fuß und mit Gepäck erreicht werden. Direkt unter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Métro-Station. Da die Fenster schallgedämmt sind, hört man kaum Lärm. Dank der Lage können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten […] einfach und schnell angefahren werden. Über das Frühstücksbüfet waren wir angenehm überrascht, es war recht vielseitig. Der Frühstücks- und Empfangsbereich ist überhaupt sehr freundlich und modern gestaltet, für Kleinkinder gibt es u.a. eine Spielecke und man kann sich tagsüber kostenlos am Wasserspender, Tee und löslichem Kaffee bedienen. Ebenso kann man kostenlos ins Internet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, spricht allerdings kein deutsch. Die Familiensuite für vier Personen, welche wir bewohnten, war sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein TV war vorhanden, jedoch gab es keinen deutschen Sender. Da unser Zug am letzten Tag erst abends fuhr, war es sehr praktisch, unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen zu können. O custo benefício foi bom, mas no caso de ir a Paris novamente, pesquisaria e pensaria um pouco sobre pagar um pouco mais por um conforto maior. Valeu o preço que eu paguei, mas o quarto era muito pequeno com o box e o sanitário distribuídos cada um em cada ponta do quarto (não tinha um banheiro em separado). Em Berlin fiquei no Meliá com um conforme […] muito maior e por um preço menor que no All Seasons Paris. 더 보기

Alldeles bredvid metro och Gare du Nord och Est. Med andra ord perfekt för dig som kommer från Beauvais flygplats eller skall åka dit på morgonen. Bra matutbud bredvid hotellet och matbord på rummet. Helt ok städ och frukost men otroligt dålig vent och väldigt varmt på rummet.

Chambre très médiocre (bruit, esthétisme, joints SDB en décomposition). Un bon rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Environnement de gare avec tout ce que cela comporte mais bouche de métro juste à côté et WI FI gratuite, donc très pratique ! Par contre petit déjeuner extra (fruits pressés, thé de qualité...) et personnel aimable.
