복도/엘레베이터가 몹시 좁다. 호텔 직원들은 그냥 그냥 적당히 관심을 주고 적당히 무관심함. 방에 냉장고나 기본적인 물품들이 없었음. 다음날 비행기를 타기 위해 로아시 버스 라인 근처로 방을 잡은거라 특별히 불편한점은 없었지만 몇일씩 머물기에는 조금 불편할듯. 호텔 앞에 있는 피자집은 좋다.

역사가 오래됐는지 택시 기사들도 잘 알고 있구요, 파리의 다른 호텔들처럼 방이 작지만 알차고 욕실은 넓어서 숙박하기엔 편안했습니다. 직원들도 친절하구요. 컨시어지 서비스가 만족스럽습니다. 청소도 매일 아주 깨끗하게 해주구요. 다만 욕실의 물 수압이 낮아 샤워할 때 아주 불편한 점이 있으니 감안하시구요. 가격 대비 적절한 선택이라고 볼 수 있습니다.

파리시내에 위치한 대부분의 호텔들이 파리관광과 쇼핑을 편하게 할 수 있는 위치에 있지만 여기에 토닉 호텔 두 루브르를 절대적으로 포함시키고 싶다. 1) 샤를 드골 공항에서 전철을 타고 샤틀레 레 알 역까지 한번에 와서 쉽게 찿을수 있고 (사람에 따라서는 어려울수도..) 2) 퐁 뇌프 다리, 노틀담대성당, 팡테온, 루브르 박물관, 오르셰 미술관 등등 걸어서 충분히 다닐수 있는 거리에 위치한 명소들 3) 조금만 더 걷기를 원한다면 샹젤리제 거리를 지나 개선문과 에펠탑까지도 충분히 지도보면서 쉽게 찿을수 있는 위치 4) 근처에 있는 생미셸 노트르담역에서 베르사이유 궁전까지 편하게 전철로 한번에 이동 (40분 거리) 5) 5분거리에 위치한 셀프-세탁소 (불어로만 되어있지만 그림보고 물어가면서 금방 따라해요) 풍성한 과일로 입맛을 즐겁게해준 과일가게 6) 쇼핑하기두 편해요 리볼리 거리 (걸어서 5분이내) 방돔 광장 (걸어서 15분 이내) 오페라 극장 (다른거 안쳐다보고 계속 걸으면 20분 이내) 샹젤리제 (쇼핑이 목적이면 택시를 권합니다. 10 유로 정도. 여기까지는 조금 걸어야 하거든요. 7) 짐이 많아 전철을 타기보다는 셔틀버스를 이용하고 싶다면 싸게 에약이 가능. 단 비행기 출발시간을 고려하여 시간을 충분히 갖고 예약해야한다. 이 버스가 여러군데를 돌아 다른 사람을 픽업하다보면 시내에서만 한시간 가량을 소모하는 경우도 있다. 사전에 이 버스가 다른곳을 들리는지 그리고 몇시쯤 공항에 도착하는지 확인 필수 특히 한국행 비행기는 저녁시간이므로 최소한 5시이전에 셔틀버스를 타야 러시아워를 피해 마음 안졸이고 공항에 도착할 수 있다. (저 버스안에서 마음 고생 무지했어요.)

Paris’ main international airport lies northeast of the city centre. A free shuttle bus links its three terminals. RER Line B3 (Roissyrail) trains run from Terminal 2 to Gare du Nord and other central Paris RER stations, taking about 25 minutes. Roissybus shuttles link all three terminals with Place de l’Opéra. Buses depart every 15 minutes; journey time is about an hour. Air France shuttles stop at the Arc de Triomphe.

I think the facility of the hotel was good to stay and to go to bad. However if you go to city to make a journey , I will not recommand you. That is why it is very far away from the city but it is near from the CDG airport. So if you go to make a journey, it is better to catch a hotel in the hotel, in oder that you are good travelling in Paris.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice room. Great location for going in and out of CDG. No restaurants nearby so you have to eat in hotel.

Airport Shuttle Service was invaluable! Great room for the price and LOVED that you could not hear the airport traffic (Planes) in your room.

The hotel is nice, but I did not appreciate having to pay €11 to park my car overnight. Surely guests should park for free.

Continues to be rated four-star despite not having a fitness center, but has a very nice indoor pool. Internet access is a definite problem. There is no wi-fi; they gave me a cat 5 cable at the check-in and told me internet was free. It was, for that afternoon and evening. Early next morning, I tried getting on-line, no go. Called the desk, he tells […] me something about plugging the usb cable from the large t.v. in the room and accessing for 15 euros. Right. I'm checking out in a couple of hours, I'm going to pay 15 euros for something they told me was free. Same with the business center. Almost everyplace else, the internet access is free. "Radisson Blu - a good choice for Paris"
Very nice hotel convenient with free shuttles to the airport and train to Paris. Initially had problems with free internet access. Staff had to have me use $15 / night paid access but waived the fee. Also had a problem with a very noisy fan on the heater. They could not get it repaired during our weekend stay but did send up a portable heater. Overall […] very friendly and helpful staff. Suggest avoiding their overpriced restaurant which features American cheeseburgers and fries at ten times the value and a basic bland breakfast buffet for triple the value. 더 보기
"Convenient for early flights out of CDG."
Nice enough facility. Friendly staff. Restaurant so-so. Free shuttle a blessing although hard to find when you get to CDG as airport is huge and confusing. Shuttle runs every 20 min. Hotel is about 20 min fr airport--not on the street with so many of the airport hotels. FYI: -Phone number to call the hotel begins with 39. Don't punch in 39 or the phone […] says "hang up." "Good for a stopover"
We arrived late into Paris, so we decided instead of travelling through to central Paris that we would have a night at this hotel. The free shuttle was a great service. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We decided to have a drink at the lobby bar, which was expensive (even by Parisian standards). Otherwise, we didn't use any of the other amenities […] at the hotel. The room is a typical American style bedroom. Shower was great and everything was working. The bed was comfortable. the sheets were clean and crisp, but unfortunately there were a couple hairs on them at the same time... We didn't make use of the breakfast as we were in a hurry. We used the transfer service again to get back to the airport to use transport links. I would recommend this hotel but only for stopovers etc. Not for a holiday, as the surrounding area is a bit bleak and the airport never seems to end. 더 보기

"Poor Hospitality"
The room was fine. The pilllows and bathroom stand out in my mind as having been pleasant. These were overshadowed, however, by the terribly trained and managed staff. Clearly management at this hotel has failed to train their staff in hospitality, or to ensure quality service. We had to wait 20 mins to check-in at 9:30pm. There were only two people […] in front of us. After a long journey this was a very poor reception. The front desk staff had to be reminded to have the roll away bed we ordered sent to our room. But the real experience that ruined this stay was the restaurant. The hostess was rude and lazy. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated because the hostess forgot to get us when the table was ready. The waitstaff clearly was working hard (running around at top speed), yet the result was slow and inhospitable service even by Parisian standards. No apologizes from anyone. The cost and quality of service do not match. I wish we had gone with a cheaper hotel where at least you get what you pay for. This hotel clearly relies on one-off or business travelers with corporate accounts, but NOT returning customers. Eye-rolling staff in hospitality? Management fail I say. 더 보기
"Long wait at check in"
When I arrived there was a long line at the check in. I had to be in Paris for a meeting and I had wanted to check in quickly. Only 2 people on the check-in desk; no porter to take bags. I had to find one of the bar men to explain that I wanted to leave my bag and check in later because of the line, and because I had a taxi waiting. You should only be staying here for convenience (e.g. if you have an early flight to catch and don't want to wake up and travel too early in the morning). The Radisson Blu is located in an area that is very difficult to find, even with GPS. Similar to most hotels in France, those put in charge at the front desk consider that it is your privelege to be served by them. This was again the case during my stay despite speaking fluent French. "Radisson CDG - bad service"
This hotel is not easy to get to during the weekends. The hotel bus signs indicate that they service this hotel, but that is NOT true - you have to take the Radisson shuttles. During weekends they only service Terminal 2, so I ended up spending $25 on a taxi just to get there. The airconditioning wasn't working and despite complaining for 3 days they […] never bothered to fix it. Their "total satisfaction guarantee" doesn't work I would say. "conveniently located to airport."
Excellent airport to and from shuttle service. Room was very comfortable. It was nice to have tea/coffee service in room. The only downside was the very long wait (approx 4 hours) in lobby awaiting a room even though I had a reservation. My flight arrived early morning 8:30AM and they would not give me a room till it was check-in time.

Hard to locate since the streets were not in the rental car navigator. It would be nice if the hotel gave more detailed instructions and/or a larger map.

Room smelled and was unclean. The room was hot and was not unable to turn the thermostat any lower. I complained to the staff the next morning but her response was simply "sorry". Definitely not a radisson quality room.
"excellent but two problems"
Good room and restaurant. Two problems. 1. Slippery bathtub-I fell, please supply rubber bath mat. 2. We were dropped very far from our actual departure site in the airport, which was not the case last time.

Radisson brand value took a hit with this stay as there were repeated problems with bathtub not draining, while "fixed" two times. Chair in room was coming apart, and wifi was not accessable. Too often the only suggested option was "we'll change you to another room", which is itself a hassle once unpacked. The only difficulty was to find the shuttle bus at the Charles De Gaul airport. More detailed instructions would be helpful. Also the printer for printing my boarding pass at the hotel did not work, but the stuff took care of it quickly.

Temperature in the area was way below freezing and the heating system in the room was not working. When requesting a portable heater at the reception desk, they were all gone. Did it mean that the whole heating system in the building was down? Not good!

"Poor Customer Service"
The physical location, breakfast buffet selection and shuttle to/from airport were wonderful, but we had problems.... 1. We checked in late, went to our room and found it pitch black with no power. Apparently you have to insert your room key into a slot in the room to get the lights to work. We were not told this at check-in. I had to go back to the […] desk to find this out. No apology... 2. At 6AM the TV came on and blasted us with an alarm. We did not ask for a wake up call, and we could hear all the rooms around us had the same wake up call. It happened again at 7AM. 3. We arrived at the breakfast restaurant at 9:30, it was open until 10:00. There were no clean tables. The wait staff was busy setting tables for lunch, and upturning chairs, meanwhile people were wandering around with plates of food and nowhere to sit . We finally cleared our own dirty table, and got our own clean silverware and coffee cups from the sideboard. SO.. If the staff would be trained better I would rate this at the top, but because of the these problems, I only give it a 3. 더 보기

"Radisson Blu Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport"
Shower drain was clogged. We had to change rooms at in the middle of the night due to a problem with the room. Then transferred to a room in which the toilet didn't work. So basically not too happy...

This is typical 2,5-3 stars hotel, but not 4 stars as it was listed. Near the airport. Do not expect stable water temperature at the shower,….. You can't open a window...
"Excellent stop-off hotel"
This is an excellent stop-off, airport hotel. The shuttle to/from CDG runs every half hour during the day/evening and was prompt. There is a different shuttle to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, which makes the trip much more efficient. I got an excellent rate on hotels.com, and the people at the front desk did not hold that against me. The room was quiet, […] a real plus for an airport hotel, clean, and looked over a lovely view of the countryside. The carpet was somewhat worn, but the rest of the room was well kept. "Black and/or Red Mold in Bathroom Showers"
Stay February 2010 Staff very good and courteous, showed me other rooms to choose from - even upgraded me to remodeled rooms and after viewing nine rooms - they all had molds in the shower. I just stayed in the last room viewed, due to just being tired! Left the bathroom door shut to not breath spores - if any. The hotel food is good, 2nd floor rooms […] remodeled - but still have mold problem. Staff is great and service is very good... suggested to manager to use cleaning product to kill mold. Carpets are stained in older rooms and I would have never thought this to be a 4 star hotel - maybe a 2 star. 더 보기

"convenient and efficient shuttle"
We came into Paris from Venice for an overnight stay before leaving for Atlanta. The shuttle was good, the hotel was located close to the airport, and the room was good. We were only there for a few hours, but everything was better than expected. The wait for the shuttle at the hotel was just a few minutes and was on time.

Very nice room and service. With the free shuttle from and to the airport, it made traveling a breeze. Although it is close to the airport, I never heard the sound of an airplane, and my window offered the view of the beautiful rural French landscape.

I'm very satisfied about my stay at the Radisson. I had no problem to find the Shuttle but I know CDG very well as I lived in Paris for years. You just have to follow the "hotels' sign. I arrived really early, but, I was able to check-in, I really appreciate it. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean, room was fully equipped and very […] clen and comfortable, I enjoyed the free wifi in the room as most of the time you have to pay for that. My only complain will be that the water was not warm enough in the shower. Restaurant was OK, the place is nice, but the menu choice is really small. Anyway, I will stay there again. 더 보기

"Tæt på lufthavn og messe"
Dejligt hotel men meget venligt personale. Deres shuttle service fungerede perfekt. Maden i restauranten var dog ikke noget at råbe hurra af. Vi booker dem gerne igen, hvis vi skal på messe. Vi kunne dog godt have brugt en kiosk eller supermarket i nærheden - der er intet.
