Loved this particular Holiday Inn. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was beautiful. The only downside for me was the business center. The computers are antiquated and took forever to load what I needed from the Internet. Other than that I truly enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel near the airport but no real restaurants in the area. Had to order delivery since I'm not familiar with the area. Also no selection of vending machines but you can buy from them at the front desk. 1.50 for a small candy bar seems high.

The room was simple, yet clean. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were not. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but was ok. My children loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. Overall can't complain as the rate was very good and the hotel was nice enough for the money. Very close to the MOA which was a plus.

I had an early flight so booked this room. Great location. The room was very nice and clean. While i didnt use it, they also had a shuttle to the airport. Would definitely use again.

Very accommodating, close to airport, were able to leave our car at hotel. Staff & driver of the van that took us to the airport was wonderful.

The front deks staff was nice, the beds were hard and lumpy. I wish the rooms would of been a little larger, tiny for a family of four. The pool was nice, not as big as the photo show, but warm. The resturant was BAD!!!! The whole tables eggs were cold, the Hash browns were cold, the French Toast was not done, you couldn't even melt the butter on the […] pancakes.....NOT GOOD!!!! This is a very nice property, excellently located for easy access to MSP Airport, the Mall of America and all southern suburban activities. It is in excellent condition and, though just off the freeway, in a quiet location. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant (for an airport hotel), business center. Would be my first choice next time.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Eagan in Menneapolis and enjoyed our hotel room. The room was clean, and the location was not only about 10 minutes from the airport but also near all shopping centers, the center city and the "famous" Mall of America. The room that I was in was in a shocking condition. The linen on the bed looked as if somebody else had slept in it or alternatively it had been washed and put straight back on the bed. It was creased and besides that the sheets were threadbare and torn. I will never stay there again.

Hotel was everything we expect and more. Very nice, pool great and room quiet.

Reservation was for Queen Corner Executive room. It wasn't a corner room, and it certainly wasn't executive. But it did have ONE queen bed. OLD TV, very uncomfortable bed. Just needs updating everywhere. Once you have been in newer hotels, it really sucks to go backwards.

The staff was great but the pool area could use a remodel. Very outdated and the pictures make it look much larger than it was. Close to the airport so lots of air traffic but inside the sound was mostly blocked.

I'm 18 an supposively Crowne Plaza is a hotel for 21+ only and they almost didn't even let us stay there for the night that i reserved it for. I reserved it a couple weeks ahead of time and the least they could've done was called me an let me know. Also after my stay they charged me a 30 dollar aditional fee which made me real mad. They arelocated so […] close to the airport that an airplane RIDES OVER the hotel EVERY 10 MINUTES. Made me really mad. The hotel didn't even have a microwave in the room so when i needed i i had to go down all the lobby to cook my food which was FAIL!!! The people at the front desk asked me to keep it down and to not party in the room like i was goin to make loud noises. Just becase i reserved theroom doesn't mani'm going to mak tons of noises and cause problems. They didn't even believe that i was 18!!! I I reserved the hotel because i thought it was a 4 star hotel but i say the motels i've stayed in before were better. 더 보기

Older than I anticipated, but the price was right. Crazy things going on with the heating system. Clean enough.

Staff was so friendly and hepul. Room was large and comfortable. Would definetly stay there again.

My 10 y.o. daughter and I flew in from SLC and missed all connections home. We had to spend a short night in MSP and get up early the next morning to catch a rescheduled flight. My husband and I stayed at the Crown Plaza with our two kids this past weekend. I was a little hesitant about the hotel because we had such an awesome rate. The hotel is just under 4 miles from the Mall of America and very easy to find. It is in a business park setting, so not touristy...but that was fine with us. Other reviews talk about sound of air planes, personaly to me it sounded like the furnace turning on. I had my 1 year old with she did not wake up because of planes. I enjoyed the fact that a crib was avalible and we did not need to set up the pack and play. The pool was also very nice. And the front dest people were very freindly called down for asking […] for a phone number for a local pizza hut, and then called about pop machine took my money, they were able to help both times. Also when we checked out they gave my little girl oreos for the ride home. Enjoyed our stay, o and not to far from lots of fun stuff( about 5 to 10 mins for most things). The hotel was dark, room was small and the bed was very hard. The worse thing of all was we spend over 20 minutes to find parking spot and everything was full, we came in side to ask where could we park and we end up walk to cross the street in 9 degree out side for parking spot and we found out the hotel let out side people park their car at the parking […] lot when they go out of town and pay for the parking spot that why the guess stay at the hotel have to park at cross the street. I enjoyed my stay there. Nice quiet bar with a friendly staff to relax in. the room was nice and spacious also. Their shuttle service was excellent too.

Quite enjoyable! Responsive and helpful staff. Room was comfortable. Gym was great. Breakfast omlettes terrific. Easy access to Mall -- even a courtesy shuttle available.

You get what you pay for. It’s a plain room with simple amenities. You definitely hear the planes as the airport is right next door. It’s loud enough to wake a baby or a light sleeper, but does not interrupt a conversation. It’s just a hotel room. Nothing fancy. The bathroom could use a little work. I needed a hotel that I could find late at night close to the airport. Although not right on the main highway, a quick call to the front desk took me straight to it. It was fine for what I needed, and there was a decent breakfast buffet in the morning. Honestly, it was not terribly memorable, but that can also mean that it wasnt really bad, either.

I just needed a place to stay on the way home from a trip to Europe, and found this hotel for a good rate, near the airport. The hotel sent a very nice man to pick up my son and I at the airport, and even though we had trouble finding him, he stayed and waited for us, and was very helpful.
