Good location but all rooms facing onto busy street with 24 hour traffic noise so that sleep is very difficult. Also very difficult to sleep with the noisy aircon unit in bedroom which had no auto shut off so that teh fan ran all night. Rooms and common areas in very good condition and well maintained.

The customer service was excellent, but the hotel, overall, needed a facelift. Mainly in the common areas and hallways. I expect a higher level of quality for the price we paid.

yhis is one of the mosy expensive Courtyards I have ever stayed in. However, it didn't compare yo Courtyards at a third of the price.

For being a chain hotel, it was pretty decent. It is located close to Beverly Hills and all the tourist attractions, but in an area that is less busy. There is a grocery store directly across the street, which was very handy. Only problem was that one of the desk staff tried to convince me that I could leave my rental car in the parking ramp, leave […] the keys with him, and the rental car company would come to get it. I was suspicious and asked another desk worker about it and he said that wasn't true. 더 보기

The hotel is undergoing a renovation, I would not have stayed here if I'd known that in advance

Wouldve been nice to know that the hotel was under construction when I booked the room.

Rooms not quiet. Traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Also, hotel undergoing remodel in lobby. Hotel.com did not tell me that. Hand to go to basement to get elevator to room. Common ways looked dated and worn. Bathroom very small with very small vanity. I will not stay there again.

Not as nice as other Courtyards. Hallways are old and smell like washer/dryers that are located right off the main elavators. Rooms were neat but can saty at much better hotels in L.A. for this price.

The hotel staff, particularly the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the garage attendants, was very friendly, professional, and attentive. While the single room with a king sized bed seemed a little cramped, the room was clean, neat, and comfortable, especially the bed. Faux window valences and full sized wall mirrors were employed to cleverly make […] the room feel larger than reality. We stayed for a week but the restaurant seemed always empty: the food there was standard hotel fare. Breakfast and parking were extra. Wi-fi in the room and desktop computer internet access in the lobby near the desk were included. A free weighted gym, outdoor eating area, and semi-private gated jacuzzi tub are all in the back on the 2nd floor. The cookies and the coffee near the front desk were superb (and free). The hotel location makes it strategically close to Rodeo Drive, Hollywood and the foothills, and all points west toward the ocean while keeping you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Overall, a three and a 1/2 out of five star rating for a hotel and a 4.7out of five for a customer rating. No roach or bed bug motel here, we'd stay again if coming back to Los Angeles. 더 보기

The hotel is nice, pretty quiet and the room is well kept although the bathroom area is not convenient at all. Breakfast is also OK. Our only complaint is about the location especially because we don't have a car while staying there.....even distance to westfield mall (the closest place to get food from) is a bit far on foot. Luckily there's Ralph supermarket […] in front of teh hotel. Our recommendation applies only to those whose needs meet the condition of the hotel though. 더 보기

The entire staff at this location made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the front doors. Even the parking staff starting with Ray, treated us with such kindness and made sure we were taken care of and always knew where we were going. When in town I will always stay here. Karl

Overall had a nice stay at the hotel. It was in convenient proximity to the places we were visiting. Always had complimentary coffee, freshly baked cookies, and fruit available for its guests, depending on what time u were heading back to room. Parking attendants were also very quick, helpful and accomadating.

Great stay, can't complain about anything. Friendly staff, good snacks, great breakfast (not free, fyi), great room, internet connection was good, close to a mall (I walked there in about 10 minutes). The only possibly negative thing was that after I went jogging on their treadmill, I walked over to get in the spa, but it was cold and unmaintained. […] It was early April. The rooms are fine, everything else here feels cramped. I didn't eat or have drink here but the dining area is really wedged in, just liek the building itself. It was fine for my stay but due to its location this place is kinda pricey - althought not as bad as a couple hundred yards up the hill on The Avenue of the Stars. Did not have the king room we reserved thru hotels.com. they offered a queen or ada king. we selected the Queen and ended up in the end of the hotel in a very small room with the bathroom sink in the entryway of the room and a bathroom the size of a closet.

Hotel is very clean and neat. Loved the balcony. Good location in a very nice area. Staff is very pleasant and all of my requestes were taking care of.

From the moment we arrived, this little property had the feel of a large hotel. Friendly valet personell, check-in desk and other employees were very helpful and eager to make our stay memorable! They have a small restrauant on premises with, surprisingly, good food. The property is showing signs of old age but was nicely maintained. The rooms are large […] and comfortable. Room was clean, but small. Not ideal for 4 adults in a room.

Nice and efficient staff plus a nice neighborhood right next to Beverly Hills. Good for anything going on at UCLA as well as Santa Monica or the beach since those aren't too far off either. Real pluses are refridgerator and microwave in the room along with a grocery store right across the street. Valet parking was fast and convenient. They do charge […] for parking whether you valet or self park which seems pretty standard at most hotels nowadays. One minor negative was the bathroom layout in our room. The counter/mirror/sink area was located in the main room with only the shower/toilet closed off behind a door. It's tough for one person to rest while someone else is brushing their teeth or using a blow dryer 10 feet away. 더 보기

Nice, Great Staff, Convenient, and good price

This hotel is located on a very busy street and the road noise was very loud inside the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very small, probably due to the lack of space for properties in this area. The service at this property was excellent, especially from the valet. The hotel was clean and well-kept.

Very nice and polite employees, clean, there really isn't a neighborhood to walk around.

in generale confortevole. Purtroppo a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione la recepito e la sala per la prima colazione erano molto sacrificate.Sapevamo che il lavori dovevano finire prima di Natale, ma non ci e' stato comunicato nulla. Il personale al parcheggio molto gentile e disponibile.
