The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful, although it is a lovely hotel I unfortunately will not be able to stay there again due to the low..very very low timber ceilings. It is so claustrophobic, not only along the corridors but in the room. we stayed in a delux room which we thought would be quite big, but with the low ceilings it felt like […] we was in a small box.The worst part was in the shower, with all the steam and the ceiling literally a few inches away from my head im 5'8. Thought i'd stay here as this is where my employer chose for our xmas party last year and it seemed nice.The hotel room (although very small in comparison with other i have stayed in) was clean and well furnished. The Bed was extra comfy I just wish i had got to sleep in it properly as unfortunately we went to bed quietly about 1.30am and was wide awake […] due to loud banging at 3 am this continued on and off until about 6 am . It seemed the rooms are not very soundproof and every time a door or wardrobe banged it could be heard. Breakfast was nice , had a nice view of the river from the window with the occasional swan/duck going by. I think the only oversight was that the coffee pot that was given to us only had enough in to give us both a small cup each. Also on that note there didnt seem to be enough coffee sachets either in the room,(2 each) All the staff were polite and professional. When we checked in we was told that the room we paid for did not include breakfast which I thought was rectified when i showed my printed booking receipt. I was also told this when we checked out and my refund from the incidentals deposit was going to be refunded less breakfast until i advised them again. Its a shame that the health club you can use up the road is not attached to the hotel .Nice hotel but too noisy for me. 더 보기

My partner and I stayed at the Albert and Victoria at the beginning of Oct for two nights. Having booked the hotel online there is always a worry that it wont live up to the pictures and expectations - however this hotel does!! It was amazing after a 4hr drive to pull up outside the hotel and a valet service to be available. We decided to upgrade our […] room and this was worth it as we ended up with a beautiful suite with bedroom and sitting room. The decor was lovely and the super king size bed was so comfortable. We ate in the hotel both evenings - once in the bar and then in the main restaurant, both lovely and enjoyable. We decided to go shopping to the Trafford centre on the saturday which was a short drive and then a tour around Old trafford on the sunday which was less than 10 mins away. Just returned from an excellent stay at the Vand A. The hote isin a perfect location.It is spotlessly clean and all staff are friendly and very helpful. Will use this hotel again the next time I am in Manchester.

The quality of the hotel and the service we received was superlative, nothing was too much trouble.The rooms and the general hotel is immaculate. This is our second visit and we cannot find fault. Just a short walk to the town centre and two minutes from Granada studio the location is very convinient.

Friendly staff, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was just great. I would recommend a stop here and in fact I am booking to go back very soon. Most pleased!

The hotel is in a converted warehouse and has retained lots of original features. We arrrived after an early flight and the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and gave us access to our rooms straight away, provided us with maps and the concierge got us a last minute booking for dinner. Breakfast was a buffet and there was lots of choice […] and the quality was excellent. Hotel was only 10 mins from canal side and centre of town, but it was so quiet we could have been anywhere. Only down side was the bar prices were a bit expensive -£10 for a large G&T was a bit excessive. However, overall the hotel was great and I'd definitely go back. 더 보기

Excellent from start to finish. All staff had name badges and couldn't do enough for you. We had a dreadful experience at the Marlow Marriott so were a trifle worried. No need - very attentive staff. We stayed here recently and I must say it really is a fabulous hotel. The room was great, it was close to all the sites and the breakfast was fab. Most of the staff were helpful and polite. When we go back again we won't eat in the hotel restaurant tho...bit pricey for a family! Overall....fantastic :-D

The hotle was very nice and the staff where all fantastic,I will be taking my family back to this hotel. It was really close to the city centre and just over the road from coronation street so ideal for fans, also just a short walk to old trafford.

Stayed in this hotel to attend concert in Manchester with my wife. Was very pleased with comfort, service, quality of breakfast etc. Room was excellent and nice and quiet. Top Preis Leistungsverhältniss, wir hatten das Frühstück inkl. gebucht, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, das einzige was es nicht gab auf dem Buffet war Baguette, dafür gab es Toast und Bagles! Auch Rauchlachs, und frischer Aufschnitt (Salami, Schinken Mortadella und div. Käse) war zu finden am Bufffet sowie verschiedene Fruchtsäfte und natürlich […] der typisch Englische Teil vom Frühstück! Greit hotell, veldig bra frokost. Noe varmt på rommet! Husk at Kingsize-bed er en seng med kun en dyne, det visste ikke vi... Ikke så kult for en 13 åring å dele dyne med mamma. Det var vanskelig å få dem til å forstå hva vi trengte, men vi fikk da en ekstra dyne til slutt.
