Very nice stay. Very close and convenient to Opryland.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first visit to Nashville. The lobby and eating area are great and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is apparently an old hotel made over. The bathroom area is small, towels thin and rough and coffee maker and mugs are on the vanity counter. I would not make coffee with all the hair around. […] There is free coffee in the lobby. The room was small, decorated nicely but furniture looks like it was refurbished. It did not compare to the Hampton Inn. No free breakfast. Overall hotel is just okay 더 보기

Had a great stay at this hotel. The people working here were all very nice and helpful. We were greeted each time we entered the hotel. The pillows were so comfortable, I wished I could take one home. It was very close to the Grand Ole Opry and tour bus picked us up at the hotel. The hotel had a shuttle which was very helpful also. This is probably one of the best motels we've ever stayed in. Our room was clean, comfortable and well supplied with towels, etc. The front desk staff was friendly and even came from behind the desk to show us where everything was. The lobby was spacious with separate areas for using computers, dining, and plenty of seating. My wife , son and I stayed 4 nights for son's 21st birthday to hit Broadway honky tonks , four of his friends drove down and stayed 3 nights and all enjoyed the accomedations. All Staff Members especially evening shift were excellent on info, directions, places to visit, tour, suggestions to eat, shuttle and cab services. Very clean room, maid service […] was good and no noise distractions , the pool and hot tub were always well maintained. Nice hotel, nice people, good price. Missed the free breakfast but all in all it was good.

Very friendly staff, close to some good restaurants, clean rooms, nice pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Marriott. The hotel was newly renovated, and we were welcomed by a trendy restaurant and front desk. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city. They went out of their way to be kind and recommended several great places that we enjoyed later that night. no complaints! the room was actually next to the ice machine, which I thought would be a problem, but it really wasn't. Clean, nice staff, easy access to Opryland. Would stay again. Have 3 small kids- they loved the pool and such. No fridge in the room, which may be a must in the future.

The hotel was very comfortable. I should have asked for a handicapped room though because the bathroom shower bar was no help to me. The vanity top was scarred and wasn't very pretty to begin with. The beds were comfortable & the staff was very helpful.

We are older people and we got a room on the ground floor near the door. That was great.

We found this to be a good value. Our room was clean and we were very satisfied. The price was better than others we checked into before going to Nashville. Would stay there again!

Great hotel close to Opryland.

STAY HERE!!! The staff was very kind, helping us to find restaurants, replace a charger, just overall nice people. You only pay for the shuttle one time $10.00 per room!

Very surprisingly nice hotel. Obviously refurbished but very well done. Very comfortable and quiet stay, will be back when coming through Nashville.

Very convenient to anything. Opryland very close to hotel. Could walk to Opryland if you wanted to. Enjoyed the visit at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

We take 6-8 overnight/weekend trips per year, and stay at a Courtyard in every city that we go.

The hotel and staff were great. Our family stayed in Nashville for 3 days/2 nights. The area was good and there were lots of things to do. The newly renovated Opryland Hotel was very close and the has a shuttle van to give you rides for $10 which will save you a little money since parking the the Opryland Hotel is $18 in your own car. We used the pool […] twice and it was perfect both times. There were plenty of towels and it was very clean. I stayed in this hotel in two rooms with a group of friends. We came to Nashville for the Florida Gators vs Vandy football game. The hotel lobby was state of the art and looked brand new. The rooms were extremely clean with glasses sealed in plastic to insure that they remain clean until used. The only complaint I would have is that when we wanted […] to use the hot tub, the temperature was quite low and although the hotel sent someone to fix the problem straight away, it wasn't in time for us to enjoy it. The hotel was recently remodeled and it definitely shows. Love the color scheme of the room. Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but did like it. Beds were very comfortable and I have a bad back so that was a plus. Convenience of Starbucks right there. Just remember, no fridge in the room.

The hotel was nice but the surrounding tourist area has died.

Stayed in a few sub-par hotels on this trip so was greatly pleased with this one. A short drive to downtown Nashville. Very easy highway access. wonderfully friendly and professional staff.

Customer service was excellent. Their staff was always friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. All 3 people in my party thought the beds were very comfy! I had no problem with road noise and slept soundly each night. I would most certainly stay there again.

Staff was nice and helpful, but the lobby was under construction which made things a little difficult. The new lobby area and check-in is set to be done early December. Our bathroom needed more attention when cleaned.

The Hotel was OK but overpriced.

Nice room with very comfortable beds and good location.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the rooms were decorated very nicely, new mattresses,bedding, and carpet, new flat screen tv's. We were told they have finished with the 3rd and 4th floor except touch ups. They will also be updating the lobby furniture.
